The front desk associate was very friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. The room itself was adequate. Absolutely no amenities-- not even a chair at the desk. No microwave, no fridge, tiny TV, no coffee or coffee maker. Bed was clean as were the towels. Bathroom had some issues: cracking sink, rotten wood around door, bowing side wall (water damage?) side molding was coming off. The price was too high for what was -or wasn't -- offered. Denny's next door. Didn't expect much, didn't need much. Got exactly what I expected.

Front office clerk was rude while checking in, the room 628 was allotted, where the heater was not working, just 2 pillows were given, the blanket was very thin and couldn’t get myself warm enough to survive the night. The room had no chairs, only one piece of towel was provided in the bathroom. Possibilities of bedbugs in the room. Would never go back or recommend someone to stay there.

Lobby in pictures is not used and locked to public. Staff comes and goes as they please, leaving the desk area with no one there and there is the issue of the NON ENGLISH SPEAKING staff that knocks on doors for you tovacate even when you are paid til the next day. There are NO AMENITIES!! ONE towel that should be a rag, no fridge, no microwave, no toilet paper and no hair dryer. Drug addicts overdose here on a regular basis. State police and ambulances are a NORMAL THING

Everything was in deplorable conditions. The toliet was completely off and not bolted down. The tub had a 2in gap around the whole tubs middle section where cold air was coming in. It was so cold, maintenance never responded.Only one towels and wash cloth called front desk and they said it was coming, never showed up. It completely started my vacation off on the wrong foot. Couldn't check out because everything was booked. Checked out first thing next day. I feel completely taken advantage of. Staff Couldn't speak English. Uhgg! Horrible! Can't believe the hot water took a half hr. to get hot. I have NEVER stayed in anywhere with the Wyndham name on it that looked like this!. I would appreciate a FULL REFUND!

The gentleman at the front desk was professional , polite, and efficient. The room. No television, which is fine but one was advertised. 1 very small very thin towel. No wash rag. The floor was filthy, leaving our socks black. Bathroom lining at the bottom of wall was coming off with long nails sticking out where they were supposed to be the wall.

If I could give less than a star I would. It doesn’t at all deserve 1 star. We booked a 2 double née room for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 kids. There was only 3 pillows and no towels. The phone did not work. We had to go to reception and insist on having at least 2 towels. The receptionist refused to give us a pillow and finished by “you got what you paid for”.
We ended up buying a pillow in the end.

The room was durty, tub broken, noisy as it’s on the highway. Will most definitely never go back to this place

The heater didn’t work when you turned it on it made loud noises like it was going to blow up. They didn’t have an extra blanket so I froze most of the night temp outside was 28 degrees. The tv had a crack down the muddle of it. But the guy at the front was very nice and offered a late check out at no additional charge so we will see if he follows through. Because I did not get much sleep and the bathtub had soap scum in it and only one towel

I added another day to my stay, before checkout time and went to work. I told them I would be paying when I got back at 12 o'clock they shut off the electric to my room and told my wife \"pay now or we are keeping your deposit\" then when I try to call them, they don't answer the phone. people were going in my room every time we left it. a lot of things , expensive things , the cleaning staff is rude and speaks negative about us when they think we aren't listening or thinking we do not understand Spanish . the trash cans are often overflowing. the roof leaks, the bathroom door doesn't close , the sink pipes are not attached. we rented the room because it has a kitchenette. there was not. but all the fridges and microwaves sit in a room with the curtains open so everyone can see. terrible place. when I mentioned to the front desk that people were in our room a lot, he gave me an additude. not a place to bring the kids or family

Poor service, booked a 2 queen bed room and was originally given one queen. Front desk clerk seemed irritated that I asked for what I reserved. We were given a room with no TV, and just 1 towel for two people. Room was not in a safe area and there were several people loitering around our room. Will never come here again.

Bed was not clean. Room smelled like cigarettes there was blood on the wall and on the floor the bathroom I had a crack on the floor and it felt like it was sinking. The ceiling was all yellow from cigarette smell, and the tiles were falling off the door didn’t close right 10 out of 10 will recommend again if you’re scared for your life.

there were no bath towels in the room. The mattresses were thin and so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. To make matters worse there’s no light switch when you walk in the door. The lamp is wall mounted and did not work so the only light available was from the bathroom and vanity area. I will never stay at a Travelodge again. The price was great, but the experience was so bad now I’m willing to pay more for a good nights sleep.

I felt like the front door was a lil unsafe because of the lock it was about 5 different holes 1 that really bothered me was under the sink made me think rats or any kind of rodents could come in three that hole. Only 2 pillows on the bed I wouldn’t go back!!!!!

I was given a room in the far building with a door that didn't lock and then the attendant was going to \"leave\" me there and purportedly return and fix it--exactly how I do not know. I refused to accept the room. He then escorted me back to the building where his desk was and he said there was a room close by to the main desk, which we had originally passed by on the way to the room in the far building, which I had originally asked about. I felt unsafe and did not trust the situation. I decided not to stay there and went to a different hotel instead.

Upon arriving to the hotel we saw people in sleeping bags all around the property. There were also people just walking around. We did not feel comfortable with 2 year old twins in the car, but since we had already paid, we decided to check it out. The person at the front desk was gracious and professional. That's the only reason I bumped this up a star. The listing said cribs were available, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have cribs. The room was ok, mostly clean, except the bathroom, but when the people in the room next door started making noise at 10:30 pm, we had to ask to be moved. Since there were no other rooms available we were forced to leave. I do not recommend this hotel!

This is probably a good place to get robbed or killed. There 5 single floor building, we were in building 5, the parking lot as only half lit. Once in our room it reeked on smoke, and there were cigarette burns on one of our blankets. I thought about requesting a new room, but I doubt it would of been any better... I stayed the night because I needed a cheap place to sleep 1 night, and it was hard to beat $74 on a Friday night... In the future I'll spend an extra $50 and stay somewhere I won't feel like I could end up dead.

My review is the property has roaches. The property has mice. The room did not have a microwave and the smoke detector was missing. The satellite TV kept going in and out. There was 1 pillow in the room with 2 Queen beds and the room only had 1 towel folded in the bathroom. But, I get what I paid for, my fault!

I recently booked a stay at this property through Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.

Even though I had a valid receipt number and completed the pre-arrival check-in, the front desk informed me they could not find my reservation. As a result, I was charged again on my debit card upon arrival, despite already having paid $89 through Expedia. The hotel charged me an additional $69, and I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. Thankfully, Expedia responded quickly to assist with the overcharge, though the refund is still pending.

After check-in, the problems continued. The room key did not work at first, which caused another delay. Once inside, the room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of smoke and an overall lack of cleanliness. The property did not match the standards I expect from Wyndham’s brand.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While the staff did provide a room, the booking confusion, double charge, and poor room quality made for a very frustrating experience. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it for professionalism, cleanliness, and peace of mind.

My name is Michael Dougherty,I went to the Travelodge and be going there probably for once a month maybe twice a month for work the last two times I went there. I didn’t say anything last time cause it was just a TV, but there is no TV in the room. I asked to switch rooms. The guy said there was no more rooms to switch the room on both sides were empty all night now the last time I went, which was Friday the guy was on the phone, he said didn’t really look at me. He said I need a minute OK talking on the phone he’s like I don’t got enough time. I can keep talking. I was like all right that made me a little bit. Finally came over after 3 1/2 minutes cause I timed it from when he said he needs a second anyway, so I check in. I have a reservation for $69. A guy gives me the key and says have a good day and then charge me $88 added almost $20 to my account. I don’t know how many people is doing that too every time they check in does he keep the money or is he giving it to the company? I don’t know, but I never really complain. I work in customer service been doing customer service for 20 years but for him to charge me 20 extra dollars for no reason before I even checked in, I don’t really ask for refunds cause I stayed in the room. I definitely want the $20 but I feel like I should get the whole refund back Becausehe didn’t really acknowledge me when he’s on the phone in the beginning. I gave him a minute or two and then 3 1/2 minutes went by I definitely want a refund of 20 beca

I told front desk about the mold. No room change was offered. I do have pictures of everything. My paperwork said I was in room 600 that is not true I was in room 520. I called sun/Monday morning to be told to call back after 9:30am when management would be in. I tried and calling back and no one would answer the phone. Disappointed in this hotel. The staff was friendly, but the pictures were not what we received. The beds were terrible. The TV did not work. Neither did the toilet. They had the water shut off because it just kept running. So, every time we had to flush, we had to turn the water on, flush, then shut the water off. Holes in the wall and furniture. One of the beds was missing a pillow. Door to the room did not work properly. Glass from broken windows in the parking lot.

Well I'd say it's quite different than the pictures they list. It's very run down and basic to the bare bones. The rooms had no trash cans anywhere in it, leaves one to wonder where people are supposed to dispose of their trash. Floors we're sticky and appear to not been swept in a minute. Bathroom bathtub was moldy and had soap build up. For the price they charged you would figure it would provide more than two electrical sockets, while one was being occupied by the Luke warm running refrigerator and the tv, leaving only one for you and whom ever your sharing the room with to fight club it over the last one. I'd say unless you don't have the gas to find a bando down in Philly or a cardboard box in Chester only go to this place as a absolute last option
