If I could leave negative stars, I would. The hotel looks like it was last renovated in the 1700s. Broken in the room: lights, AC control panel, bathroom door, showerhead, toilet seat, and possibly more.

There was one(!!) towel, no trashcan, no washcloth, etc.

The bed looked like someone just fluffed it without cleaning.

The front desk is behind bulletproof glass. Wouldn't give me a refund.

I ended up going to another hotel.

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever been to. I can't say stayed at, because I didn't and nobody else should either.

Checked in and it was my fault for booking until Saturday not Sunday. But when I got back to my room they had thrown all my stuff out in a trash bag and left it outside the door of my hotel. They also took some of my items. Room had just a bed and a non smart tv. Not really worth what I paid. Not even at least a microwave. Anyways I should not have had things missing even if I got checked out too early. The last hotel I left something at kept my stuff for a certain amount of time before they allowed their workers to keep my items

For starts you are forced to stand outside upon “check in” at no point do you enter the hotels lobby they keep you locked out and sign paperwork through the door same thing upon check out . The room had holes everywhere in the doors to the bathroom and the walls . For a king size bed you get two pillows that would fit I child’s bed . They also only provide you with one towel . The room doesnt even contain a trash can and it has ants in the room .

The room was awful, dry wall chipping, dirty bathroom. The pillows were the smallest I have ever seen, cigarette burn holes in the blankets, which were so thin it did nothing to keep you warm. There were 4 of us in the room for 2 nights, we had 1 towel, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, thats it. The room became infested with ants as soon as we opened food. The outside was trashed, there was a used condom in the parking lot. The only the only good thing I can say was the bed itself was comfortable and the ac/heat worked well. Even though it was very cheap, it still isn't worth the money.

Got to the property and each guest has to wait outside. The guy at the front desk comes unlocks the door takes your information goes back inside and locks door again then brings it back and has you sign everything outside. I've never been to a hotel like this.
The booking was for 2 guests. The door was very hard to open. Only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth. Lighting was poor. Just one on wall no lamps. Bed was terrible felt springs as soon as you sat on it. Didn't even have a small fridge. We ended up leaving that same night and went somewhere else.

It was in a quiet area. The room was the worst. The floor had holes in it and they used black tape to try to cover it up. The room had a smell that Lysol didn’t help. The water in the sink shot out that the floor was covered with water. I reported it and I was told that I couldn’t be moved to another room. I counted at least six empty rooms over by the room that I was in. I feel like I should get a refund. I never got clean towels and the trash was running over because it was only one can in the room. There were people asking for money to get a room and hanging around the door to the office. I will never stay there again.

I booked a room forn2 people, and it had 2 thin pillows, a thin blanket, toiletry items, towel, washcloth and hand towel for one person. There was no chair in the room. The front door had issues of being stuck to enter the room, and the front desk person was extremely rude. I called the day of checkout at 9am and the front desk person told me checkout was at 11:30am versus 11am. When I came to checkout at 11:11am to ask for my $20 deposit, the same person told me I missed checkout at 11am. Will never return to the motel as it was the absolute worse motel I have ever been to.

Lobby is 1000° and no air on. Clerk took 15 minutes before he even popped out so he could check me in. It took him another 15 minutes to check me in and ay the end of that while sweating to death, he turns around and asks for a 20 dollar deposit, which I never got back when I checked out. I help my friend out because he was working in the area! As I went to check him in .. I had to actually climb over people sitting on the floor. Forget about a lobby. I felt like I was walking into a trailer. Actually it was.. as i go to the window. I thought i was in the subway paying for a train ride . One person behind the window. The front desk associate was very friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. The room itself was adequate. Absolutely no amenities-- not even a chair at the desk. No microwave, no fridge, tiny TV, no coffee or coffee maker. Bed was clean as were the towels. Bathroom had some issues: cracking sink, rotten wood around door, bowing side wall (water damage?) side molding was coming off. The price was too high for what was -or wasn't -- offered. Denny's next door. Didn't expect much, didn't need much. Got exactly what I expected.

Front office clerk was rude while checking in, the room 628 was allotted, where the heater was not working, just 2 pillows were given, the blanket was very thin and couldn’t get myself warm enough to survive the night. Staff comes and goes as they please, leaving the desk area with no one there and there is the issue of the NON ENGLISH SPEAKING staff that knocks on doors for you tovacate even when you are paid til the next day. Everything was in deplorable conditions. The toliet was completely off and not bolted down. The tub had a 2in gap around the whole tubs middle section where cold air was coming in. It was so cold, maintenance never responded.Only one towels and wash cloth called front desk and they said it was coming, never showed up. It completely started my vacation off on the wrong foot. Couldn't check out because everything was booked. Checked out first thing next day. I feel completely taken advantage of. Staff Couldn't speak English. Uhgg! Horrible! Can't believe the hot water took a half hr. to get hot. I have NEVER stayed in anywhere with the Wyndham name on it that looked like this!. I would appreciate a FULL REFUND!

If I could give less than a star I would. It doesn’t at all deserve 1 star. We booked a 2 double née room for 4 people: 2 adults and 2 kids. There was only 3 pillows and no towels. The phone did not work. We had to go to reception and insist on having at least 2 towels. The receptionist refused to give us a pillow and finished by “you got what you paid for”.
We ended up buying a pillow in the end.

The room was durty, tub broken, noisy as it’s on the highway. Will most definitely never go back to this place

The heater didn’t work when you turned it on it made loud noises like it was going to blow up. They didn’t have an extra blanket so I froze most of the night temp outside was 28 degrees. The tv had a crack down the muddle of it. But the guy at the front was very nice and offered a late check out at no additional charge so we will see if he follows through. I added another day to my stay, before checkout time and went to work. I told them I would be paying when I got back at 12 o'clock they shut off the electric to my room and told my wife \"pay now or we are keeping your deposit\" then when I try to call them, they don't answer the phone. people were going in my room every time we left it. a lot of things , expensive things , the cleaning staff is rude and speaks negative about us when they think we aren't listening or thinking we do not understand Spanish . the trash cans are often overflowing. the roof leaks, the bathroom door doesn't close , the sink pipes are not attached. we rented the room because it has a kitchenette. there was not. but all the fridges and microwaves sit in a room with the curtains open so everyone can see. terrible place. when I mentioned to the front desk that people were in our room a lot, he gave me an additude. not a place to bring the kids or family

there were no bath towels in the room. The mattresses were thin and so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. To make matters worse there’s no light switch when you walk in the door. The lamp is wall mounted and did not work so the only light available was from the bathroom and vanity area. I will never stay at a Travelodge again. The price was great, but the experience was so bad now I’m willing to pay more for a good nights sleep.

I was given a room in the far building with a door that didn't lock and then the attendant was going to \"leave\" me there and purportedly return and fix it--exactly how I do not know. I refused to accept the room. He then escorted me back to the building where his desk was and he said there was a room close by to the main desk, which we had originally passed by on the way to the room in the far building, which I had originally asked about. I felt unsafe and did not trust the situation. I decided not to stay there and went to a different hotel instead.

Upon arriving to the hotel we saw people in sleeping bags all around the property. There were also people just walking around. We did not feel comfortable with 2 year old twins in the car, but since we had already paid, we decided to check it out. The person at the front desk was gracious and professional. That's the only reason I bumped this up a star. The listing said cribs were available, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have cribs. The room was ok, mostly clean, except the bathroom, but when the people in the room next door started making noise at 10:30 pm, we had to ask to be moved. Since there were no other rooms available we were forced to leave. I do not recommend this hotel!

This is probably a good place to get robbed or killed. There 5 single floor building, we were in building 5, the parking lot as only half lit. Once in our room it reeked on smoke, and there were cigarette burns on one of our blankets. I thought about requesting a new room, but I doubt it would of been any better... I stayed the night because I needed a cheap place to sleep 1 night, and it was hard to beat $74 on a Friday night... In the future I'll spend an extra $50 and stay somewhere I won't feel like I could end up dead.

I recently booked a stay at this property through Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.

Even though I had a valid receipt number and completed the pre-arrival check-in, the front desk informed me they could not find my reservation. As a result, I was charged again on my debit card upon arrival, despite already having paid $89 through Expedia. The hotel charged me an additional $69, and I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. Thankfully, Expedia responded quickly to assist with the overcharge, though the refund is still pending.

After check-in, the problems continued. The room key did not work at first, which caused another delay. Once inside, the room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of smoke and an overall lack of cleanliness. The property did not match the standards I expect from Wyndham’s brand.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While the staff did provide a room, the booking confusion, double charge, and poor room quality made for a very frustrating experience. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it for professionalism, cleanliness, and peace of mind.

My name is Michael Dougherty,I went to the Travelodge and be going there probably for once a month maybe twice a month for work the last two times I went there. I didn’t say anything last time cause it was just a TV, but there is no TV in the room. I asked to switch rooms. The guy said there was no more rooms to switch the room on both sides were empty all night now the last time I went, which was Friday the guy was on the phone, he said didn’t really look at me. He said I need a minute OK talking on the phone he’s like I don’t got enough time. I can keep talking. I was like all right that made me a little bit. Finally came over after 3 1/2 minutes cause I timed it from when he said he needs a second anyway, so I check in. I have a reservation for $69. A guy gives me the key and says have a good day and then charge me $88 added almost $20 to my account. I don’t know how many people is doing that too every time they check in does he keep the money or is he giving it to the company? I don’t know, but I never really complain. I work in customer service been doing customer service for 20 years but for him to charge me 20 extra dollars for no reason before I even checked in, I don’t really ask for refunds cause I stayed in the room. I definitely want the $20 but I feel like I should get the whole refund back Becausehe didn’t really acknowledge me when he’s on the phone in the beginning.
