Hotel room was not cleaned before I arrived there was soap scum on the countertop. The lamp was broken knobs were broken off the dresser. The lampshade was broken. The lamp was also wobbly, and there was a disgusting odor in the hotel room smelt like they sprayed for roaches were so tall I ever stayed in will never go back.

Make sure the phones work in the rooms and i spit something on the floor use a white cloth to get it up and the floor was very dirty also had to ask for clean sheets cause the ones that was on the bed was dirty so i had to remake the bed myself..

Overall, the property was well-maintained. Bedding was comfortable. Tub, commode, sink were clean. Towels were clean & plentiful. The shower curtain was filthy & mildewed & stunk to high heaven; I requested a new one the staff promptly replaced it. The sparse furniture was dirty & sticky. All floors were filthy, baseboards, doors, windowsills. Lamp shades were filthy. The refrigerator was iffy & did not shut properly - luckily, I had some mailing tape.
The staff were friendly. One of the housekeepers cleaned the floors upon my request - not in an efficient way - she put a hand towel over a broom & poured a cleaner on the floor - it was still dirty, & then sticky.
I didn't spend too much time in the place, only to sleep & shower. I got a good rate from Expedia, so perhaps, if I would have paid more, my room would have been cleaner.

I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. I asked for another room and they came in and thought that spraying it would make a difference but it didn't. The room was also very dirty-looking. Good thing I had Lysol wipes in my car but I shouldn't have had to whip down stuff in my room. The TV also had a line in the middle of it as if somebody dropped it or threw something at it so the picture was not clear. I stayed here years ago and it did not look like it did this past weekend. I was very disappointed. Don't think I will ever book again.

I have traveled this entire Country on business for over 10 years with 3 different cities each month. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this is by far the worst I have been to. Absolutely no room service, no trash emptying, no clean towels, soda machines do not work, place is filthly, doors broken, Management that does not care about anything, and the place is for sale, with the help that does not speak english.

There were many bugs in the room, so we went to the front desk. They promised a refund, and we left the hotel. However, they lied and later said the refund was not possible. When we called the hotel again, they got angry and told us to contact Expedia. We contacted Expedia, but they simply said the refund is not possible and closed the case. When we tried calling the hotel again, they blocked our number.

Worst hotel I have ever been to

This is the definition of a murder hotel. Please, steer clear of ever staying here. It is so filthy, the floors are grimy, and the sheets are nasty. I had a non-smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes and you could tell that there were cigarette smoke in the AC unit. It was just blowing on me all night long. I checked in at midnight and immediately went to book another hotel because I didn’t even wanna sleep there for five hours.

The surrounding area was nice and close to a lot of stores and dining. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. It wasn’t disgusting but definitely could have been cleaned better. Found strings of hair and grit on the floor dust. The mini fridge was dirty and unplugged. I’m assuming they were trying to save on electricity because the lobby had no AC and neither did the area where the vending machines ice and one tiny microwave. We also thought it included breakfast

CComing from Africa and visiting the great city of brotherly love, I was shocked to the core to have booked a place that was deceptively posted with all the trimmings of a clean and decent place, only to get there and found out it was a “FLEABAG.” It reeked of cheap tobacco, soiled dingy beddings, unsanitized towels, antiquated worn furnishings, archaic television with grainy outdated channels, to name a few. Damn!! This was my worst experience in booking. I paid for two nights, but could only endure 6 hours. This place is nothing short of abject filth!

We stayed at this hotel for a track meet in Philly. The electricity went out around 6pm because of a storm and was out the ENTIRE night. It was 90 outside and our room was hot and dark. There were people fighting in a room near us that night. The police had to come to the hotel. It was the worst stay ever. And the hotel didn’t offer any type of communication, compensation, or refund.

The photo and description does not match the actual site. I never saw the room. A customer was complaining about her room so I asked could we see our room and the attendant said no, not now. We did not stay and the room was non-refundable. Too much traffic with people coming and going in parking lot. Just did not feel safe.

This place was very rundown and unattractive. The furniture looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster. Many lamps in the room did not work. Television had a very poor connection and would shut off every few minutes. There was no toilet paper in the room and i never got any, inspite of several requests. Sheer curtain with no blinds on the window. The toilet paper holder was corroded/moldy/dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room also.

There was a broken and used crack pipe on the sidewalk. There was a man who stood outside my door and was singing loudly and made a comment about when I turned the lights on in the room that he saw my lights come on and he knew I was in there. The bed sheet had a stain on it and overall I just felt really unsafe and we ended up leaving after 4 hours of being in the room and stayed somewhere else

Property was in a state of renovation. Construction and dumpsters were present. The room “felt” unclean…but there was no apparent dirt just felt dirty. Bed had a very worn blanket with burn holes in it. Comforter was warm, but had dirt marks. Furniture was very used looking. The property has no amenities. The tv worked and had a good selection of channels. One of my lights needed a new bulb, and the staff responded when told about it. There were unsafe looking people on the property. Hot water was good, water had a poor smell to it. The hotel is is a good commercial area and close to restaurants and shopping.

We have gone there many times and at check out the last time they informed us we can no longer rent there? We have never had an issue there. Always check in and out on time and clean our mess. After arriving, we went to our room and was greeted by another guest in our room with the same key. There was no heat or TV service. We were then relocated, without the other guest, to a room next door to a room that was full of folks smoking pot. Our curtain/rod was laying on the floor; so we only had a sheer up to the window. We were leaving early in the morning; so we did not ask to be moved; plus we were worried where they would move us next. We always left our car there while we traveled in the back lot; they DO not offer this service anymore. So at the last minute we had to drive ourselves and rush to airport. This is the first negative review I have ever written; but I had to let anyone know what to expect when they used this hotel. Please choose another hotel.

A peaceful place to stay.

It was quite during the nights. Enjoy watching the Eagles game it snowed. I ask for 2 additional pillows and received then in minutes. I cable problems maintenance came and resolved the problem in a timely fashion. This is my 5th trip to this location and i live within 5miles. When i want 2 get away I booked my stay at this location. This location is close to everything i only drove once and walked the rest of my 3day stay.

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I EVER STAYED IN!!! The AC was missing the discharge grille, a wall lamp was missing the shade. Lamps were rusty. the phone didn't work and the table looked like it came out of a dumpster.
There was no housekeeping in the 3 days I was there. Overall I'd give it an f minus!!

I needed to book a room last minute and this property had availability, when I got there the lady at the front counter acted as if I was bothering her by checking in. When we got to the room and opened the door and the room was half way cleaned like it was rushed through. There was a few dead roaches on the floor and the smell wasn’t the most pleasant. I booked for 2 night but it was so awful I ended up leaving after just one night

No microwave, and TV worked great but needed a bit of fine tuning volume wise. Started at 99 when turned on. TV guide has gazillion channels listed but used call letters, not NBC, CBS etc. Kinda petty i know but you asked

I have stayed here a number of time. Close to family and events. Always get a good night's sleep. But couldn't use hair dryer, outlet not working, unable to move dryer to another outlet. They're rebuilding upper deck across the driveway, noisy but necessary, so not complaining about that! I will stay here plenty more times.

A good basic overnight

This is a good place to have an efficient stay in the area or to go to the Philly airport. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the location near diners and shops. It is a basic stay with no amrnenities to speak of, but it has what you need for a simple overnight for a good price. Nearby, a mile away, there are cute restaurants in Springfield town.

This is not what I expected from a Wyndham Hotel. Floor looked unfinished, as if carpet had been ripped up and nothing reinstalled, no coffee maker, lampshades were busted, no furniture such as couch as advertised, only bed and plastic chair, hair dryer inoperable. TV reception terrible. This should be shut down for major renovation.

We used to stay here frequently, very well kept. Not any more, no toilet paper holders, no mat in tub to prevent falls, 1st TV broken, light bulbs not functioning.
Definitely needs an update and better eye on guests, very sketchy people walking around.
We probably will not be back.

This property is old and dirty. It needs to be updated and cleaned, painted, etc. The area was not great, but was close to shopping and restaurants, fast food. For the cost it was not worth it...I had a nicer, cleaner room and spent less at the Econo-lodge the night before. I know sometimes these places are the only lodging in the area you need, but it was disgusting. This chain is owned by a big hotel company. Very disappointed.
