This was by far the most amazing stay at a hotel I have ever had. It far exceeded my expectations with how beautiful the room was and how beautiful the staff was. I don’t know if all Hampton Inns are run this beautifully but if they are -which I really hope so- Hampton Inn will be my go to travel hotel for work and pleasure. I am signing up to become a member and start earning rewards today and it is all due to Hampton Inn Voorhees wonderful hotel and staff! I am ditching Marriott and Best Western for Hampton Inn! Voorhees set the bar! Let’s hope all

Breakfast and parking were good. We had terrible stay in Room 205. When we arrived we unpacked and showed after a 6 hour trip and left to visit our friends. When we returned at 10:30 PM, there was a loud running and jumping going on above us. As it continued by 11 PM, my husband went to front desk to have them stop. The clerk agreed to call. The noise stopped for 15 min. and started again. By this time we were quite tired and wanted to go to sleep. When my husband went to the front desk again and asked if we could get another room. But the clerk said they were completely booked, no other room available but would call again. The same thing happened. The 3rd time my husband went up to the room above us. The door was opened so he could see inside what was happening. Then went down to front desk and told them there seemed to be kids about 11 - 12 yrs. old running and jumping on beds and down again causing the loud run and thump we were hearing. There was no adult. By this time it was midnight. From front desk we found out the party above us rented 5 rooms and adults left leaving kids alone. The clerk finally said there’s a handicap room available. We took it, packed up again, and slept well but the carpet seemed damp like it was placed on top of sweating cement, humidity level was high unless the AC was turned Cold. After such an awful stay we expect Hilton to refund our 2 night stay. We book Hilton due to Hilton Honors, under my husband’s name Larry Nedzbala #1455586758.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It didn’t feel like the ac worked well through the night I put it at 60 and was feeling hot still. The breakfeast was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was very small and the ladder was popping up from the ground had to keep reminding my kids to be careful so they didn’t stub their toes or trip on it . There was no circulation in where the pool was could only stay in the area for a short time which was upsetting because the kids love pools. Overall was a good stay .

Hotel was good. I just didn't think it worked well for me because I had an elderly dad with walker and getting around wasn't easy. I asked for first floor but we were given a second floor room. This makes breakfast, etc... difficult. Unfortunately for the hotel, I guess there was a storm issue which cut off some power; and the elevators did not work that morning. I couldn't take a 95 yr old down two long flights of stairs. So I was running our breakfast up 2 flights of stairs and we had to delay our morning plans until the elevator became functional again.

This was the dirtiest Hampton I have ever stayed in. There was dirt on the mirror, hair on the toilet seat, and grease stains on the headboard. The wood around my door lock on the exterior of the door was also chipped away, appearing like someone was trying to access the room without a key. This was also the worst Hampton breakfast I have ever seen. The only whole fruit were the apples that sit out all of the time. Not one banana to be seen.

The gentleman at the desk let me check in a little earlier bc he seen how exhausted I was and took mercy on me. I was able to take a nap after a long morning/afternoon of traveling before I was attending. Special family dinner. I wasn’t a zombie because of him. I wish I had looked at his name tag but it was Saturday April 11th around 1:30 pm. Everyone else that I came in contact with that worked in the hotel was very pleasant, as well, saying hello, good morning and the like. I would stay there again if I was going to be in that area and the price was right. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who lied about the pool was quite rude. Coming back to the room after a long day, the key didn’t work. At the desk, I was told, we locked you out. You need to pay the deposit on extra the night you added. They couldn’t have contacted me and politely requested an update to the deposit? What an awful excuse for service.

Called prior to check in regarding the swimming pool hours. They implied the staff was just a little late getting the pool opened that morning. I asked, Is it going to be closed for the next 2 days? The answer was “no”. The receptionist was lying. It was closed “for cleaning” for the entire two day stay. When I asked to extend the stay for another night, housekeeping kept disturbing me trying to get into the room. In between slamming the door of the room next door so many times it was mind blowing. I called reception asking them to tell housekeeping I was staying on so they would stop disturbing me. Their response: I did. Same woman who lied about the pool. No help at all. I returned to room after a tiring day. The key didn’t work. When I went to reception, they said, “We locked you out because you need to pay the deposit for the extra night”. Thanks so much for communicating.

I was sick with a migraine and just when I fell asleep house keeping knocked on the door before 11 even though check out wasn't until 12. I asked for a late check out and they said no because they were sold out and had to get the rooms clean. But I went on Expedia and found 5 of the exact room I was in still available. I called back and said I couldn't get out of bed and would book another night on Expedia and they said I could do that but had to go back down to the check in desk before 12 to check in.
