I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown on the website, and the overall condition was not what was advertised.
There were no trash cans in the room upon arrival, and I had to go to the front desk to request one. The towels provided were extremely small — more like children’s size — and some had visible old stains. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedsheets.
The TV remote also did not work, so we had to keep getting up to manually change the channels, which was frustrating.
Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

This place was disgusting but because we didn’t know that until we got there and didn’t have time to change locations before our family event in town we just stayed but it was awful. The people in the office are rude and condescending. Our room keys never worked so when returning to our room at 1 am we had to go get the office person to come let us in and it was freezing out so that was just ridiculous. When we got the the Ket didn’t work so I went back to the office and he put it in the machine again then it still didn’t work so I called him and ask him to bring keys that worked. They never did. Stopped in the office on the way out and he ignored my questions altogether. The room was gross and in serious need of remodel. Will never ever stay at a Red Roof or any affiliated hotels again. Worst experience ever. Oh and the people who “live” there have pets and leave their pet waste all over the grounds.

The smell of marijuana was rampent comibg from the room. Sign at frint office said no pets allowed, but heard doga barking coming from room throughout. Let’s start with the rude employees just unhappy. They don’t greet with a smile. Next the environment is dirty and unsafe. Residents and visitors let their dogs poop all over the property. I had to switch rooms twice because of the uncleanliness. Then they tell people that if you choose to leave they will not refund you. The room smells like cigarettes and weed. The floors has this white substance which is harmful to animals and I had my service animal. They also do not follow the ADA policies regulations and federal laws regarding service animals. The guy behind the desk says that I had to pay. I said I emailed you and told you I was bringing a service animal. Then the rooms are all dirty. Stained sheets, cracked counters, and out dated stoves that were also dirty. I stayed for five nights and every day I stayed I was killing roaches. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies but that was not enough. I had my food in the fridge and in containers and still had to deal with the roaches. Last draw was the roaches crawling on my bed and my toothbrush. I snapped. I literally am packing right now as I right this review. Stay at your own risk. The management only cares about the money not about the guests or the property. I will never stay here again and I’m contacting the BBB to report this place.

My room and the hallways had an unbearable smell—like weed, feces, or even a dead rodent. The elevator was filthy and stained throughout. The overall environment felt unsafe, with several guests appearing to be on drugs, and police showing up twice during my stay. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I checked out two days early because the conditions were unlivable. Expedia has not addressed the issue, and I am requesting a refund for the unused nights.

For one I am not a smoker and this is suppose to be a nonsmoking hotel but there are so many smokers who smoke on the property. Whomever was next to me constantly smoked in their room and whomever was attached behind me did the same. My room was always filled with the smell of cigarettes like I smoke. Then there’s the constant arguing and fighting of guess, police were there day and night. Then there’s the people who had pets almost no one had their dogs on leashes and children or other guess had to curve their walking routes. Lastly the housekeeper is of relation rooms are not properly clean, floors sticky, bedding wasn’t of good shape or towels and wash clothes. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to no one else either.

Had 5 rooms booked for work. Only 1 room was available for check-in at 3pm and the rest available roughly an hour later.

My check in was at 3pm, my room was not ready at 730 pm. I then killed time by going to dinner but no one ever answered the front desk when calling repeatedly to see if the room was available. Later that night someone tried to gain access to my room and management was going to let them in because he said it was his room. No one called the room or my cell phone to confirm this person was traveling with me, he just arrived at management at my door. The convenient had key card in hand about to let him access my room all because he said it was his. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

No me hospede en este hotel yo andaba con mi esposa y mi hija, lo sucio de este lugar era algo horrible, encontramos pelo de mujer en las camas y las sabanas estaban manchadas de algo muy feo. Nos retiramos inmediatamente y le pedimos a la administración que nos devolviera nuestro dinero y estos en principio no querian devolver mi dinero. Hasta que finalmente luego de un pleito y decirle que llamaria la policía y pondria una demanda. Me dijeron que me lo iban a regresar, hasta el momento aun no lo he recibido. Esto fue una situación de muy mal gusto y mala experiencia.

Checking was fast and efficient. Hot water was hot and lighting from the parking lot was good. I requested non smoking but once I got into my room it smelled like someone spent years smoking in the room. Toilet had low pressure when flushed. When I was ready to sleep, the pillow cases were weathered. When I inspected the pillow beneath the case it was yellowed. I tossed them over to the side to make sure I dont use them. The sheets had a few random hairs that weren’t mine. I slept on top of the blanket with bath towels as blankets and left as soon as I got up.

I could you not, I wish this wasn’t true. I come out the hotel room because I couldn’t breathe in there to call Expedia and request a refund. While I’m walking around the hotel, a man drags a woman back inside their hotel room and yells at her to get back inside and that she can’t come back out. Afterwards he tried to run her over with his truck since this was on the first floor of the hotel. Not even 20 seconds after the man drove off the property, 9 police cars drove on the scene and drawn their guns while I was still outside near them on the phone with the Expedia.

While I’m walking around the hotel, a man drags a woman back inside their hotel room and yells at her to get back inside and that she can’t come back out. Afterwards he tried to run her over with his truck since this was on the first floor of the hotel. Not even 20 seconds after the man drove off the property, 9 police cars drove on the scene and drawn their guns while I was still outside near them on the phone with the Expedia.
PSA, I’m still fighting to get a refund for my stay, and I’m itching everywhere.

Expedia will ask us when you enter, and I wrote my opinion about the dirt of the bedding and the bed, and the next morning the person in charge of there told me why you gave a negative comment and I was trying to clean it, but they did not even come to the room to change the towel and face it. The bed and things that were dirty remained the same until the last day, and I do not recommend the hotel to anyone and you will regret your choice.

3rd floor room. Queen sized bed was comfortable, bedding was dingy but obviously clean. Appliances were in desperate need of cleaning. Bathroom sink was clogged and shower head wasn’t fully functioning. Water was nice and hot, though.
Never saw housekeeping, but would assume they just sweep/mop. Have to personally bring towels to front desk to get replacements, they will not come to you. Also needed to get replacement trash bags from the front desk. Front desk staff is nice.
The dresser drawers in my unit also didn’t stay closed.
Overall, good for 1-2 nights, might not be worth it if needing to stay longer than that. Unless you don’t need any frills at all and are on a tight budget.

I travel a lot for work, got into room 202 & it was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping changed the top sheet & wiped the bathroom down and that’s it. I walked in and the shower curtain had a strong, pungent piss smell. Hairs stuck to the shower walls & throughout the room. Asked for a new set of towels because the ones I already had, had little black curly hairs in it like beard hairs. Like I said, highly displeased with the stay. I travel for work often and this was probably top 10 of would not recommend hotels I’ve stayed at. The area around the hotel wasn’t bad, neither were the front desk staff. Very polite, just the housekeeping needs an overhaul in cleaning practices.

Wasn't too bad when arrived was given handicap accessible room. However at 1055p discovered there was no shower hose to bathe. Then had to move all belongings from one room to far opposite end of motel using a shopping cart in freezing temperatures. Room was not handicap accessible but acceptable. Stay had to be extended. Was told I needed to leave a security deposit although my card was on file and have yet to receive my deposit refund. Though was told I would receive it 3 business days after check out. Which it has been. Originally asked for extra towels which were not given and maid service isn't offered daily. Must go to office for needs.
