Room looks like the picture displayed, but with ten years of wear and tear. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Old school large and loud air conditioning with no remote you have to turn on and off manually. Heater that is constantly going. Tub looks permanently dirty, significant mold on caulk. Ironing board no iron. Microwave didn’t work. The tiny piece of carpet the room did have needed to be vacuumed. Towels were permanently stained. The only positive I can say is there were no bugs or rodents.

Arrived and went to the front desk to check in and realized there were no staff to be found. After ringing the service bell and waiting a good 5 minutes, decided to call the number listed on my confirmation email. The woman I reached on the phone explained that she was at a different location but would get in touch with a staff member where I was to check me in. Another ten minutes went by and finally a man walks in from outside and was able to check me into the room. The room was certainly not the cleanest, and I am being generous when i say that. The king bed had just two pillows on it, along with a very thin blanket- no comforter. Wouldn’t recommend

Room smelled like piss and was in awful.shape... man at registration told me to wait 10 minutes until the next shift in order to check in because he didn't work for free... this was at midnight. I just stood there and he finally relented. I've stayed in Red Roof inns and I know that they are generally simple but this place is disgusting.

No refrigerator, no microwave, not even a coffee pot. The room was substandard. There was stuff splattered on the wall. The sink was clogged and we reported it the first night we arrived. No one ever came to fix it. Our room was upstairs and when we went to take the stairs they have everyone put the trash right by the stairs. There was trash piled up and overflowing. Not a very pleasant look or smell. You had to wait for maintenance to collect it whenever. Was not satisfied at all but it was too late to walk away because we would have lost our money for the three nights. This is the second Red Roof Inn we stayed at with similar experiences. Never again. I won’t be recommending Red Roof to anyone.

Hotel is the dirties hotel i have ever been to i first got a room that smelled like straight cigarette mind you in the front office there is a sign that says all rooms are none smoking and thats not even talking about cleanliness the bed sheets were all stained up and even had cigarette ash on it after i went to front office to complain the guy changed me into another room that was worse the place was and all out dirty place on our way to the second room there was a room with open curtains and a mattress standing against the wall with blood stains all over that kinda did it for my wife this hotel should not be in business

An unbelievably bad experience. After a very bad check-in (inattentive front desk staff that appeared drugged out), we had to leave the hotel because of how shabby and dirty the room and property were. Drug addicts in the property.

This property should not be listed on Expedia. We will notify the municipal government and better business bureau tomorrow

It has been my frequent stay for work and I’ve seen a de line since then, staff are nice and helpful but the cleanliness has been in decline, sheets and pillow cases are not clean and obviously reused?? Smell is just terrible as it’s smoking every room even if I clearly opt for smoke free/non smoking room. I’m still positive it could be turned around but for a couple bucks and someone’s offering a cleaner facility, no brainer to switch and be comfortable for another day of work just for a though, let your business shine and continue to be strong by taking consideration to our reviews, all the best!

I was traveling with friends, we only stayed one night. Unfortunately it wasn't a smoke free room, smell of the smoke was disgusting. For 1 night it was survive able but I would not recommended for longer stay. Room wasn't the cleanness either.

If you need a place to sleep, sleep in your vehicle and park in the hood. But whatever you do, don't sleep here.. this is the jankiest place ever.. water brown, TV don't work, junkies outside, sheets are horrible & mold in the bathroom.. I do not recommend

No bliw dryer we thought and it was the electrical plug. Had to leave with wet hair so went to walmart next door and bought new dryer and it was plug defect.

Office was nasty about finding me another bliw dryer. Ow we know why.

Horrible Motel, dont stay here

The room smelled of dog pee and smoking. The floor was sticky. The toilet seat had been chewed up by a dog. There was a hole in the back side of the bathroom door. The bathroom wasnt very clean and had some dead insects laying in the corners. The bed spreads had holes in them. Some of which looked like from cigarette burns. Alot of rooms air conditioner covers on the outsides of the rooms have fallen off or were attached with zip ties. Very poor upkeep on the property in general.

I would not refer this company’s my worst enemy! There were stray cats in the hallways. The hallway smelled like urine! There were people living at this property that kicked my room door and when I opened my door there were old shoes just laying in the front.

I will never stay here again, I got in late at night and really didn’t want to have to find someplace else that late. I originally booked the room for two nights. I canceled the second night the next morning.The room was dirty. There were stains on the walls. Everything was pretty crappy, the toilet paper bracket in the bathroom was broken the light switch in the bathroom was broken and hanging off the wall. It doesn’t seem like no one really cares here. Don’t get fooled by the pictures online the room looks like nothing like that.

The first room i was given looked like it was a crime scene.. just dirty ,smelly.. and no towels,washcloths.. blankeks had burn marks and holes in it so they gave me another room not as bad but bad.. no trash can .. no washcloths and 1 towel.. dirty microwave and broken refrigerator.. stepping into that motel was like walking into a 3rd world country.. not to mention my truck was egged and orange thrown at it... luckily it was my company work truck and not my personal but it still doesn't take away from the fact that it was ignorant from a bunch of savages.. but what do you expect from a savage

It’s a place where people live (crackheads) and the place reaks of weed! The police have been here twice and the ambulance once. We Checked in and left till bedtime we came back just to sleep and leave. So we have been here literally 10 mins and both times cops and and ambulance! Not a place you want to stay!

This is truly one of the worst Red Roof Inn’s I’ve ever stayed in before. The property was poorly maintained outside and inside of the rooms. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes-I had to disinfect the bed and pillows. The towels were stained, the air conditioner covers were all kicked off on the outside of every room (on my side of 246), it was smoke ashes and no cover on the side of the AC in my room so I wasn’t able to use it. There was also such a horrible smoke smell inside my room that didn’t go away until my second night. My first night was extremely cold and the heat didn’t work so all we had was the sheet provided not even an actual blanket or comforter like normal. Microwave was broken inside the room and the fridge wasn’t working either. Only two outlets worked and all of the lightbulbs need to be replaced- my eyes were really strained trying to see inside the room. NOT satisfied with this visit. Then at checkout it was like there was a party in the office not professional or helpful at all. Check-in was the best part with the nice man that was covering for his co worker who was late. I know I can’t blame the actions of the guests on the company but it was so many people yelling at all hours and banging on doors close to mine my daughter didn’t feel comfortable most of the time. My one good note is that the bathroom was clean.

One of the worst Red Roof Inn properties that I've ever seen. Several things were broken or not working, including a lamp and the phone. The faucet in the bathroom sink was broken and the bed cover had cigarette burn holes. Plus, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled of recent smoke.

Check in with TJ was awesome. Pretty much everything else was less than average. Cleanliness inside, outside. Disrepair from door locks to the dresser. Trash everywhere outside. Roaches inside. No remote for TV.

This type of management of the property will KILL your brand!!!!!!!!

The most filthy dirty room I’ve ever seen. Smelled of smoke- clearly the no smoking policy is not enforced. The telephone is the room did not work and was not fixed or replaced even though I requested that be done four times. The vending machine was not working. The ATM machine was not working. Seriously, I would never ever frequent this place again. I would like a refund and will be contacting the management to request same.

The hotel is not safe, I tried to reach the front desk and couldn't get anyone. I checked out 3 days early because there were people walking around leaning and sitting on my car.

I don't believe it is safe. I asked for my money back from hotels.com but still no answer and I had to go to another hotel.

Do not stay here!!!!!! When I checked in there was several housekeepers cursing and shouting racial slurs right in the lobby with the manager. Hotel room was so nasty and has bugs !! They only give u a half a roll of toilet paper and 1 towel for a double bed room. Went to lobby to get more and was told to walk to the laundry room to get one from one of the housekeepers! Prostitutes hang out in the lobby with the owner trying to get money off of there rooms! This place needs to be shut down the hallways are so dirty and nasty the rooms bathrooms are not cleaned at all my toliet and tub was so nasty!! If I could have got my money back I would have soo fast manager and owner is very sketchy and they allow all types of crackheads stay in the rooms and roam around the property! They do not care about customers at this location I have stayed
At several red roof inns this has to be the worst hotel stay they need to tear the property down! Seriously do not stay here if you want to have a safe and comfortable hotel stay because this is not that! Wish I could have gave them 0 stars I would!!!

My rating is very middle of the road, because my stay was perfectly adequate, but not particularly comfortable.
I was traveling with a dog so I asked to be assigned a room in a relatively quiet location, and I had a room at the corner of a busy intersection- the opposite of quiet.
Saw marked police cars, cruising the parking lot several times, and there seem to be a lot of folks just hanging around.
Checking in there was absolutely no one in the lobby and a gentleman came in from outside to assist me. Perhaps in adequate staffing?
Overall, it wasn’t terrible in any specific way, but I doubt I will be returning.

Not a family place. ALOT OF ADDICTS! Asked to have my room changed was given 140 at first (next door I watch a man pull up with bags and a bunch of ppl FLEW into this room) they looked around and shut the door! Everyone was walking around like it was Kensington! And when I got into the new room 103 just as bad. Right next door to the office! Cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets, drug activity right outside, rooms had a weird smell. Our new room didn’t even have the lock at the top to make sure no one could get in! Most uncomfortable stay ever…booked online did not know it was like this until my family and I arrived! Never everrrrrrrr again! Scary place my children were so sad!!
