After checking us in and giving us only 1 key to our room because they were short on keys the room turned out to be a smaller room with smaller bed than the one we reserved.only after we questioned the front desk about the room, we were told that the King Suite we reserved and paid in full for two months prior to arrival was not available. The mattress in our room was terrible.
Every morning when we went down to breakfast we had to ask for things like silverware, plates, juice, coffee, etc to be refilled despite the lack of guests.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

We love it here! It is the only place we will stay while in town. We love that it is so affordable to get a suite that has a separate bedroom plus a kitchen of our own to use. The staff have always been great. For some reason they have THE BEST oatmeal at breakfast!

The first issue we came across was our room did not have a trash can in our bathroom and had to wait 24hrs for them to bring one up. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nothing left, there was about 45min left for breakfast and we were told they wouldn’t be making any more and to eat what was left (a few muffins, and toast, plus a few apples). The day after we went down relatively early for breakfast and they were taking away the waffle maker due to their not being anymore syrup, the eggs were empty, juices were gone. Only thing left was pulled pork. Which to me, that’s not breakfast. My wife wanted to grab some oatmeal and saw that they had raspberry preserves as well, when she tried it her mouth caught fire and when we brought it up to the staff we were told that it was mango habanero jam (the sign said raspberry preserves) and they did nothing to help, she had an allergic reaction. We went out and spent money on breakfast for our second straight day when it should have been included as well after tending to my wife’s reaction. Then on check out I was told there’s only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel and I had to carry out my luggage, a hotel staff member offered to help us carry our baggage but there should be enough luggage carts to help guests. The room was clean and staff was friendly, but there were a few issues that we couldn’t overlook.

Quick getaway for a family of 5, Very friendly staff, the hotel inside seemed very clean and well organized, outside in the property they were plastic bottles on the grass, lots of parking. The room is nice and spacious, only 3 shower towels, but clean bathroom, we used the pulled out sofa , they only had a blanket for it no sheets or pillows, so I had to go get them at the concierge desk. The mattress in the pulled out sofa has to be replaced, is not only thin, but only God knows what year it was from, you could feel every coil in it. And it made loud noises every time you moved so we didn’t sleep much. We went to breakfast the next morning, they had a variety of goods, the eggs were dry and a bit burnt and they didn’t have big coffee carafes, so you had to make coffee in the tiniest machines,( the ones they put in the room), which is very inconvenient, it takes very long, and a huge line of people waiting for coffee… if the other ones went bad, they could always rent coffee carafes. But I guess they wanted to save money and inconvenience every patron. Again the staff was really friendly and the rooms are big.

From check in to check out to the experience was subpar. The hotel was not ready for us to check in. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes with a kid and an infant and watching others get checked in a manager came out and checked us into a temporary room and then we had to move our things into the final room, ending up late to the event we came to town for. There weren’t enough towels in the hotel room, 3 towels for 4 people. The pool didn’t have towels both times we went. The towels at the pool were the size of 2 hand towels together. When we missed breakfast and he staff were cleaning up we were told breakfast was over but we could have “the scraps that the employees hadn’t picked through already “.
Worst experience with a Hilton Homewood Suites, a brand I’d typically prefer.

The room was nice but the carpet needed vacuuming and when it was vacuumed; it looked the same. Hallways also needed a good vacuuming throughout my 6 day stay. Breakfast was the same daily with no fresh fruit,no milk except for coffee; and always out of yogurt which I asked for as the young woman was unpleasant and begrudgingly handed me 1 small container. Coffee was rarely.hot. A supervisor was publicly bereiting another employee and 3 women upfront were chatting in a most ina inapropriate manner.
All in all,I'll look for another property when I travel to the area as I requested a handicapped bath and was also under the impression there was an oven which wasnt the case for both. It was way too expensive for what we received. Look elsewhere would be my suggestion.

Facility was not kept up, staff was rude initially. We found out that the facility seconds as a place for homeless with mental health issues to stay during cold weather with vouchers. This is nice, however it meant the staff was exhausted and our room was not clean, we were not able to get carts to load our luggage, the hallways smelled and our keys had to be processed twice before we could even get into the building. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere because we were traveling with our child. The staff on our last day was excellent and helpful and the breakfast was very good although they had staff watching the food area. We didn't understand until the last day when vouchers were changing over.

The room is a great size and the bed was comfortable. The sofa mattress, not so much. I loved that there was a full size fridge, microwave, a stove and utensil and cooking items. Breakfast was plentiful. Connor at the front desk check me in and he was helpful, charming and funny. Our stay was great.

I didn’t have a good stay. I booked 2 rooms and when I called they said they was going to accommodate me and put the 2 rooms together that didn’t happen. When we got to the room that they gave us the rooms had a bad Oder. Move to the next room the next room had a Oder as well. So we had to change rooms twice.

The stay was overall good. Upon arrival, the room was clean at a glance, and the hotel's common areas were clean. However, I did notice gunk on the bathroom walls. That's a little off-putting when you're actively showering and seeing dirt and hair that's obviously not yours. We found a way to laugh at it, but there was a piece of literal poop on the floor in the hallway of the second floor. Like, where did the turd come from? Anyway, the breakfast was good. But with a little more attention to detail and cleanliness, this could be a 5-star review. I'd stay here again.

Bad experience and caution booking with 3rd party

Black mold in shower. When asleep with my family our room began to fill with the smell of cigarettes smoke through the vents. No manager on site and was refused a new room and offered room air spray and a very little money off less than 1/6 of the cost of the room. The refusal was because I booked the room through Hotels.com (third party site). I had to call Hilton directly to complain and again was told because I booked through a 3rd party site there’s not much they can do. I was not able to get in touch with anyone from hotels.com we had to leave the hotel within a few hours of arrival to another hotel for better conditions and service. Absolutely horrible and has discouraged me from booking using hotels.com

Some people have complained about bedbugs. We did not experience that here and first ran into the room and inspected the sheets upon arrival.
The pool water was translucent and didn’t understand that for a non-heated pool. Didn’t risk that. There was a queen bed and sofa bed. Placement of sofa bed was in the middle for viewing the TV but also blocked any path aside from climbing over the bed. Not great if youre not with family. So 4 people max in the queen suite. Hell no for 5 or six adults.

I had been coming to this location for many years however this is the first time since 2020. I was saddened to see the deterioration of the property and the rooms. Furniture was worn and dirty. Shower had rust stains. Housekeeping was lazy.
I will not stay there again unless it is totally refurbished.

The property is located in a convenient area, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was closed during our entire, 1-night stay. Disappointing since my son was hoping to swim. Also, the men’s bathroom stall on the main level was out-of-order, and the breakfast was less than satisfying. The eggs did not taste fresh, and there weren’t great breakfast options.

Noisy, AC stayed at 69 degree F and did NOT go down even after I lowered it numerous times. I couldn't sleep all night because it was hot. The hotel was close to the freeway so when I opened the window to get some cool air since the AC only stayed at 69F; it was really noisy.

I saw a blanket in the closet that had blond hair, black hair and other kinds of hair all over it.

Specifically called the hotel before booking to ask about the pool. Was it open, etc. The pool was 62°. That is unsafe for people to be swimming in that temperature. The heater was broken yet the pool was open. Completely unacceptable. We would not have stayed here! We should have demanded our money back and moved to another hotel but it was late and we were tired and the kids wanted to swim. My daughter went in for a brief moment and got right out. My son never went in. They should have told us that when I specifically called on the phone to ask about the pool. Very disappointed

Not Family-Friendly – Poor Communication and Lack of Basic Preparation

We stayed at this hotel as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the advertised pool, which was a big deal for the kids. When we arrived, we were not told the pool was out of service, we just found out when going downstairs to the pool ready to enjoy there was a sign at the door that pool was out of service.— something that was never mentioned at any point during booking or in the lead-up to our stay. Very frustrating and misleading.

On top of that, the room was clearly only prepared for two people, despite the booking being made for five. There were only two towels, limited kitchen supplies, and just enough dishes for two — which made meals and even basic hygiene really inconvenient. We appreciated front desk Jessica who were prompt to response to our request.

To make matters worse, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, which made the stay even less comfortable.

The staff were polite, but the overall experience felt unorganized and not family-friendly at all. We expected much better, and we won’t be returning.

My stay overall was ok. When I arrived, it seemed that the room I initially was supposed to have (201) wasn’t available because it seemed that someone checked me in which I am not sure why because I didn’t check in until 6:45 PM so we had to take another room (301). Also, the bathroom had ants on the floor. There was also ants crawling on the dinning table and dining room wall. Please pictures and videos below.

Came to celebrate my 8 year old son for his birthday. Great location, great hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of amenities for the family and overall very comfortable. Cozy and warm environment. Went to Sahara Sam’s waterpark, literally 8 minutes driving from the hotel. We had an amazing time. Will be back when in the area.

We booked a one bedroom suite with a king bed and when we arrived and checked in, we weren’t told our room wasn’t available. We get all the way upstairs to our room and find that it’s a standard room with 1 queen bed. I was a little frustrated because we just drove 7 hours with a toddler, but we went back downstairs to sort things out. We were told by the receptionist that the room we booked was under maintenance and someone was supposed to call us. If we had been called, I would have booked elsewhere and gotten a bigger room. We booked the one bedroom because we needed the space traveling with a toddler. The best they could offer us was points on our account. Next time we travel to see family we won’t be staying here which is unfortunate because it’s a nice hotel.

When I booked I entered 5 people-3 adults and two teenage children. This filter offered a suite which I booked. We arrived to find one king size bed and a pull out couch for one adult. The hotel told us there was nothing else available (even though they were clearly not full based on the available parking spots). It seems as though they were not flexible because we booked through Expedia.
I will not use Expedia again after this experience .

Trip to Philly, staying in New Jersey.

We had a good stay overall. The staff were nice and they were trying to help us enjoy our time in Mt. Laurel. Our room was not ready so we had to wait almost an hour in the lobby. When we did check in, I had to put $100 on my card for incidentals. I thought that was a bit much. Most hotels charge $50 or under. At 1:30 in the morning I heard noise. Kids were playing basketball outside on the court. Ugh. We were in town for a concert in Philly and it was a good location with many stores, malls and restaurants around.
