What a wonderful location! Out back there is a gazebo and some chairs and a walkway to the water. Just be warned you can’t go on the water it is blocked off due to breakage of footing. Very quiet and felt safe. Very clean and was able to use television apps to watch movies. Nice sunlike and AC/heat. The beds?! Oh my!!! :)

The place is a little bit outdated nature a little bit of uplift but other than that it's still the best deal on Long Island and especially around Riverhead. Well worth the $97 that they are charging, but every other place is $200 and not worth it.

I was really impressed with the modern, clean room. I loved the sliding barn door..clean, white bedding & refillable soap & shampoo & conditioner. No more little plastic bottles that never hold enough to even wash one person’s hair. I also lined the separate reading lights. The gentleman checking us in was pleasant and it took a very short time. I would definitely consider another visit next time I am visiting the North Fork of Long Island.

On the morning of my reservation Expedia sent me an email about fixing my credit card at the Greenview Inn by 11:24 pm or having my room cancelled. It was my screw up with an expired card that declined, but it was a pay at the hotel reservation so I didn’t think it would be an issue. I was already on my way and wasn’t sure I’d make it through Long Island traffic by 4:00pm check in, so I called the Inn to give them my credit card info. They told me that they already cancelled my reservation, and couldn’t help me. Thankfully they called me back after 10 anxious minutes and said they found a room and would honor my reservation. I arrived around 5:30 pm and check in was easy.
I got back to my room a little before midnight, and my key card didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to open the lock and could not. He called the manager and when he arrived, he couldn’t open it either. After about a half hour of waiting they offered me another room, but I continued to sit in the lobby, because I needed my diabetic meds before bed. Around 1:00am they said it might be a while for a locksmith, so I opted for the offered room. They came and woke me up shortly after 2:00am so I could retrieve my clothes and meds. Guy said sorry, these Chinese locks suck and that they were ordering better ones. At check out I told the desk clerk my night was terrible and he just said sorry, and handed me my receipt. I was very surprised they did not offer me a discount or something to remedy the situation.

Reasonable location in East Long Island, not too far from the airport. Value priced compared to Hilton nearby which was more than double. Weird facade on a basic motel, not sure what they were trying to do with that. Make it look not like a motel. Weird. Door key barely worked. Small room, we both bailed our knees twice on the side of the bed frame. Sliding door on the bathroom provided little privacy for toilet time. Water pressure sucked. Housekeeping woke us up with incessant knocking at 9:30am on our first morning there, even with the sign up. We were given more towels and pillows upon asking, but what was provided was not adequate. Clean, cheap, small, just OK.

After reading the reviews, i was hestiant about checking in. As soon as i got check in, the staff escorted me to my room and i was so shock! It smelled brand new and it was super clean. It was obvious that it was renovated. Everything went so well. Whenever i needed a towel or other essentials, the staff was on top of it. My stay was super lovely! As an Inn I expected a little more. The place looked recently updated which was a plus, was clean and quiet but was not as I expected. Has more of a strip mall feel and lacks any amenities. AC blows the curtains straight out so we had to stack items in the windowsill on the curtains so we could sleep. Parking is OK, but would have been nice to have numbered spots at your door since this Inn has outside doors. Not terrible but we had to park on the other side away from our room. The biggest complaint is the power fluctuated if you turned on anything. Lights flicker and if you use a blow dryer you can see all the lights dim. I would not stay again.

The room and bathroom was beautiful, however the lighting in the room, was not that great, there was steady hot water in the bathroom sink but in the shower and bathtub it was more warm than hot and theres no lock on the sliding bathroom door ( which there should be, especially in rooms that have 2 beds )

The room reminds me of the 1970s air type Motel. You find on route 95. The room was very clean was spacious enough. The bathroom was accommodated me with a handicap bathroom because I’m handicap. They upgraded me from when I walked and they saw me he did it without even asking me, which was nice, and the only lady that was very sweet. Everybody was good the staff they were so good we had like a conversation like we were friends. The rooms are nice. They’re like older little tired, but I’ll tell you I would go there again without a thought. I would stay there or stay there for a week or a month if I could. Convenient parking right in front of your door. So it was a very pleasant day and talking to the staff the night before really made me feel good. So I would love to stay there. I’m moving out here so if I have anybody visit me, I’ll let them stay there.
