There was nothing true that came from the photos to the hotel. It is a run down shell of a place. Photos do not match the hotel.If that's what you wanna call it. Is the pool isn't a pool but a storage for garbage. It literally, who was a place that looks like it's a trap house. I feel like I need a tetanus shot just for touching the door. I want my money back. I didn't get my money back. I didn't stay there the continental breakfast.Oh, my god share it with the cockroaches. Thank God I have family in town who took a son because we couldn't even stay there. It was a terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible place. Do not go here, do not stay. Do not even look at the photos cause it's lies. All lies, you need to shut this place down.

Never went to the ‘breakfast’ but the bed was comfortable. Room was dated and the bathtub had a covered hold in the base. NOT what we expected from the online pictures. Wasn’t aware it was a motel. We stayed for lack of energy. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly.

Entire floor of room was sticky from mopped vomit and smelled awful. When requested to clean that evening, staff said they couldn’t so I asked them for mop and spray to do myself. They said they would clean tomorrow. Next evening getting back to the room, it was clear no one had come into the room at all. I couldn’t sleep there a second night and found other arrangements. No refund or apologies given from the staff when addressed.

when I booked the amenities of the room state there is a coffee maker and that for breakfast there would be coffee and a breakfast item, none of that was there. Even now the booking for a room states free breakfast. The lobby is not inviting with the clean and dirty linen in full view. The bathrooms are in severe need of updating and were not the cleanest.

The room was filthy, especially in the bathroom around the edges of the room. The bed still had a bandage stuck to the top sheet under the comforter. That tells me the bed was not stripped and remade with clean sheets. This was not discovered until after we slept in it. There was not a blow dryer which is standard at all hotel chains.

This property was the most unpleasant & unsafe property, that I have ever seen in my life!
Before I had a chance to put all my essentials in the room, I was setting in my pickup & backed into my parking space in front of my room, Rm. 109. When I turned my engine off, the smoke alarm’s for the property went off. I saw the manager run from the adjacent room’s across the way, back to Office site room’s. I called out to him, & I asked what was the emergency? He said everything was alright, & expressed my thoughts that not everything was alright, there were alarm’s going off. He then told me that there was a Hispanic woman in the room just above my room, cooking food in her room. I asked him if he told her to stop the cooking or leave? He said he told her to just leave the door open.

So, I brought out what belongings that I had put in my room, & put them back in my pickup. I was asked what I was doing?

I then told the manager that I would be right over to the office. When I got to the office, he asked if I was going to leave, & I told him that I couldn’t stay in a hotel were the manager allowed tenant’s to cook in their room’s !

I told him he could keep my payment for the room, or if he felt obliged, he could reimburse me later, but I am leaving & that I would never set foot on the premises again in the future !

As I was pulling out from the hotel, a fire engine was just pulling into the parking area & I continued my retreat !

So gross. Tv wouldn’t work the whole four days used our pad. The breakfast was muffins that expired 6 months ago. The juice machine had crap hanging out it, coffee was cold no breakfast at all, no juice and no coffee. Coffee pots were taken out of all rooms in a closet that is always open. The whole family lives there. They take up at least 10 rooms. Very rude. The man acted like everyone was stupid when anyone complained. This place needs to be condemned. I am from natchitoches and i am going to make a few calls.

I thought Windom was a great company with better hotels, but I was wrong. This Best Western was very tired and run down. Our smoke free room stunk of smoke and had burn marks here and there. It was filthy, my wife scrubbed the floors and furniture. Then in the evening a mouse came visiting. Upon checking out I told the manager that the room was filthy, he just gave a thumbs up and smiled. Maybe no English??

Danny the desk attendant did help me with obtaining a downstairs room…this was the only plus for this hotel!

(+) A/C, TV, refrig and microwave all worked; the bed was clean and comfortable
(-) At checkin (#1) the desk did not accept my statement that my reservation was prepaid; (#2) I produced a payment receipt and the desk ignored and wanted payment; (#3) I detailed the reservation number, my credit card payment statement and the amount paid. Finally the desk was able to input my data correctly and the payment registered.
Their room was dilapidated – entrance door broken; shower hand support broken; toilet seat broken. Old dirt was evident in every corner of the room and table tops.
So, if you want an overpricd, 2* (max) motel this is the place.

Rooms were dingy and dirty. The bathrooms were terrible, the toilets were extremely dirty and the bottoms didn’t look like they had been wiped in years - like literally- , the ceiling above the shower had mold and water damage , the tub didn’t drain properly so as you finished showering (if you were quick) you ended in ankle deep water . To top it all off - the morning we are leaving checkout is at 11 am and it’s 10 am , I’m in the room getting the kids dressed and packed up and there’s a knock at the door . I immediately go to the door and before I can make it there the man from the front desk pushes the door open . I catch the door with the palm of my hand to stop it from opening all the way because I have kids getting dressed and he tells me checkout is at 11am ….uh yeah I know….mind you the extra lock thing was flipped on the inside , however , he was still able to push the door open with no avail . I come to town often to visit my daughter who lives on campus and I will never return to this hotel. Beware of the bargain price you will regret it !

Prepaid booking didnt come through to their computers for 4 hours. Charged me $35 to check in at 12pm vs. 2pm after sitting in their lobby for almost 4 hours waiting for booking to show up. Trash all over the property (broken trash bags). No breakfast as advertised. Card locks on door didnt work. Overall bad experience. I would not stay here again. Would not recommend to anyone. Definitely not worth $80 a night.

When we walked in the smell of smoke from the old room hit us like a ton of bricks. The plug ins were hanging off of the walls and the wires were exposed. The bathroom was discusting. They had spider webs and something stained all over the walls. The shower head was hanging off of the wall. The drain for the tub had mold and nastiness all over it. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

We were there two nights and the room was never serviced or cleaned. They never picked up the dirty towels.Never changed the trash cans.Ran out of toilet paper.Never made the bed.We went to front desk and informed the clerk and the cleaning lady came after 3pm and handed us clean towels ,toilet paper,and 2 trash bags.She took the trash out of the cans, but left the new bags for us to put in the cans ourselves.The room wasn't very clean and I had to unstop the lavatory drain.It had a plastic stir stick in it and trash and that was keeping it from draining.I would not stay there again.I realize the property is older,but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job.

We were visiting Natchitoches and needed a \"smoking\" room which means that our options were limited. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure about staying here but it's location was good so we took a chance. This place is a good economical choice. It isn't fancy but it does have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, check in was easy. It has some sort of breakfast but we didn't check it out. Plus there are several places to get something to eat within walking distance. The only negatives that we experienced was that the \"power\" button on the TV remote did not work. All other functions of the remote worked fine. Also there was road construction going on but that wasn't the motel's fault and once you got used to maneuvering through it, it wasn't a problem.

If you’re looking for an affordable place to rest, this did the trick. It was outdated, stained and rundown. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALLY GOOD, the staff was kind, and the breakfast was decent. My family got the king suite and it was very spacious. Everyone got 9+ hours of deep and peaceful sleep in the cold AC.

we had a knife in the wall above the bathroom door. blood on the sheets of one bed. a toe nail in the other bed and i’m praying it was dried up roman noodles and not worms in my bed. my dog ate sunflower seeds and brought me a pill pack from under the bed. looked like our was kicked in at point. contacted front desk was showed three more rooms which was dirtier than ours under the bed. cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed. dust everywhere. mold on the carpet pretty sure the beds had bed bugs we itched and scratched all night my son was ate up. it was a very horrific experience. waited four hours for clean sheets and only got those because they switched shifts and the night lady was nice and understanding. we was in room 102.

My check in was not smooth, because Expedia kept the money paid to them, but did not pay the hotel. When I went to check in at 2 am.... the hotel was trying to charge me for funds they never got from Expedia. I was able to show them where it was taken out of my account. The front desk staff had to eeach out to Expedia. My check in took about 45 minutes. Again... thos was at 2am after a 4 hour driven so you cam imagine my frustration.

This is an ol hotel and as expected for a lower end hotel, there were lots of long term guests making it uncomfortable to use the pool or laundry facilities as they were all outside cooking and partying.

The hotel is run down, while we got the \"nicer\" rooms, the stairs were scary, paint on the doors were peeling off, cracks in the ceiling along with wierd stains. There were cigarette burns on the tub, the bathroom door didnt close all the way, and there was a funky scent in the room.

We did complain and were offered a 15% off for the next stay there, lol.... I would rather sleep in the dumpster behind the whataburger if I EVER travel that way again.

I would add photos, but the button conveniently doesnt work.

I spent the first hour I was there cleaning because it was disgusting. There was even a used condom under the bed, the microwave as well as a lamp were both positioned where they werent even able to be plugged up in their location. The toilet as well as the shower had only been sprayed, you could see where chemicals just dripped down and that nothing was actually wiped down. I went through an entire thing of Clorox wipes on the surfaces and countertops. I’m even pretty sure I left my air freshener. Terrible.

Reserved 2 rooms, one with 2 queen beds, this room wasn't cleaned properly. There was rice on top of the bed,
hair in the bathroom, a nail file left on the chair and trash on the floor. The other room was a non-smoking king. Room was very dirty. Dead bugs. Sofa bed had a buffet in it. Patch spots all over the walls. Tub/shower was quite funky

This property was not as advertised. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. We witnessed a man run from the police in the parking lot as well as a full on brawl on the opposite of the property, between guests. There was no water pressure in the shower. The pictures on the website do not match the property. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. While in the lobby, making the manager aware of these problems, 2 more guests came in complaining. All in all, a very bad experience.

dirty carpet, nasty underwear

service was amazing, as far as the hotel room itself, after our kids were playing in the room for about two hours, their feet were BLACK from the carpet. also, there were dirty q-tips and someone else’s dirty underwear underneath the bed.

Urine and curly short hair on the toilet seat. Hair in the shower. Hair on the pillows and within the blankets. Front desk was nice but couldn't fix the issues.
