I did not have the opportunity to visit the restaurant for breakfast so cannot comment on the menu / items offered. The parking was very safe.

I did not comment on the “eco” question because frankly I find that question out of line to be asking guests / travelers. If you as a business choose to waste money, effort and time chasing such items, you should be aware that it is entirely on you as a business and not something you are doing for your guests and not something you should request input.

Gave us the room by the Main Street. Every 5 mins or so there was an ambulance. It was disturbing. Woke me up few times in the morning. Avoid getting a room on street side. Otherwise has better view & quite!

Beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent!: one of the best! Nobody came to clean the room for three days. We have to call every day to have the receptionist deliver towels for three of us but no one collected the used towels for three nights we spent there. The used towels were piling up on the bathroom floor. . The carpet could use replacement. The shower drain did not work well. Staff were very friendly though.

Did not seem to be as high quality as several years ago when it was a Best Western property. Good parking with electric car charging. Really nicely presented hotel. Modern, clean and spacious. Our room was wonderful with lots of light, wonderful views of both the castle and the city. We didnt expect such a lovely large balcony, was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy and the blackout blinds were excellent. I could have sat in the relaxing chair all evening. Was a nice touch.

Only thing you should not forget is to ask to clean your room if you stay longer than 1 night. To Legoland it takes 35-40 minutes drive from the hotel which makes it convenient if you plan to visit Legoland and looking for a nearby place to stay.

We wanted to visit LegoLand Germany in Gunzburg but due to late planning couldn't find any suitable hotels so we started looking at options in nearby towns. We discovered this hotel in Heidenheim an der Brenz and boy what a great decision it turned out to be. We were looking for a nice place to stay as a family and this was simply perfect.

• Parking: There is parking available so you can simply park your car safely underground with direct access to hotel elevators.

One of the best places to stay in Heidrnheim. Good parking facility. I missed having access to regular bottled (still) water or drinks outside of the minibar in the room. The adjoining restaurant had a very limited menu when I invited guests.

A delightful Christmas in Heidenheim
Stayed for six nights over the Christmas holidays. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, and the health club was well maintained and available whenever I wanted to use it. The restaurants were all great, and the tables are all positioned to offer great views of the city. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area!
