The staff was great but the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. We were so tired we just cleaned up enough to shower and go to bed. They came and cleaned the next morning however the soap pumps weren’t cleaned in the shower even after the shower was cleaned. The next morning the orange juice was out so I informed the front desk. The next morning it was still out. The ice machines weren’t working on the floors but there was one working on the first floor. There is no arrangements for if your plans changed. The towels we were given were stained. But smelled clean. So we got towels ourselves to bathe with.

I've stayed here many times since I travel back and forth for work to Dickson. Of all the hotels in the area, and i've tried them all, this is my favorite. They have the best staff, the rooms are spacious including the bathrooms, fridge and microwave with a nice little table, and the rooms are always super clean every time.

From the friendly greeting by Jay to the room itself, I was completely satisfied with my one-night stay. They've obviously put in time and effort making improvements to the property. It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the big-screen TV easy to navigate, and the shower provided proper drainage and offered multiple settings from near mist to massaging bursts. I will definitely rebook here for my next trip to the area!

The property was clean and the indoor pool was nice! The staff was extremely nice and that’s hard to come by these days. My only issues is 1. The lights in the bathroom kept flickering after my daughter used the hair dryer kinda felt like we were at a strobe party. And if you have picky kids when it comes to eating their breakfast is not a good option. Dry cereal, no milk, toast, butter that wouldn’t melt and orange juice. Other then that it was a nice stay!

When we arrived the door was already open and there was smoke from someone who had just finished smoking a joint. We walked in and the comforters had burn marks all over them. We had been on the road for 12hours with a toddler and did not want to deal with changing rooms so we tried to just sleep. We woke up started getting ready and realized there were dried poop stains on the wall, bathroom door, as well as the ceiling. The “free” breakfast was a 4 oz coffee cup with no cream or creamer. A broken waffle maker, and stale cereal. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone, it should not even be listed on expedia. When we attempted to speak to management, they were completely uninterested in hearing in what we had to say or making it right in any way.

Smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana, ac was off and window was left open so once we got into our room it was 90°, our room was so dirty hair everywhere, grease stains on the ceilings and walls, microwave handle was broken, cigarette burns in the sheets, floors were not moped, tub and shower were unkept, dryed urine on the outside of the toilet bowl, one of the staff yelled at me down the haul to ask if i was checking out or not. Parking was awful had multiple people parked in 2 spots instead of only one. Outside the hotel was covered in beer bottles and other trash.

I was very disappointed in our stay and very thankful it was for one night only.

The room was dirty, I'm not sure the last time it was cleaned! There was dried urine under the seat and around the outside bottom of the toilet. There was also dirt and hair on the floors.

I did check the linens/bedding and they did seem clean. The only reason I did not ask for a new room is the the bed appeared clean and we arrived late after 16 hours of driving and we were leaving early the next day.

When we parked there was a camper parked with it's door open, very scary and suspicious feeling and a dog ( I love dogs and we were traveling with ours). The next morning the dog was still there which makes me wonder if it's always there and if so it needed to be better fed. Thankfully the dog was not aggressive toward us or our dog, it just looked sad and hungry.

I personally have no intention of ever staying there again & I will be back to the area as Dickson is where I grew up and my family still resides.

For a cheaper room, I was pleasantly surprised. The person that check this and was very nice and when I asked for towels for the pool, he was very quick into getting them for me. The bed was comfortable in the room was clean. It was a nice cheaper option instead of saying in Nashville we were on our way home from Branson and wanted to stop halfway through our drive.

I went to my room and it looked like someone went through quickly to get the room ready. There was dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom and around the base of the toilet. The microwave had not been cleaned out. The inside top of the.microwave is covered in splatter. The freezer of the mini fridge looked like a coke burst in it and wasnt cleaned up. The shampoo bottles in the shower dont look like theyve been cleaned off. Theres old soap dried on it. There were toilet paper tubes under the toilet as well....the housekeeper said because the toilet is wobbly. Well so was the toilet seat. It was not screwed in tight. The table in the room was not cleaned off either. Hopefully the sheets are clean!! The person at the front desk offered to get housekeeping to the room and clean it. Well this guy came in and changed the pillow cases for w.e. reason and didnt even clean any thing else but the freezer. Grossest hotel room ive ever been in.

After thousands of hotel stays my first one star!

We travel a lot! This was honestly the dirtiest hotel we have ever been in. I have never given a hotel a one star before. Walked into a hotel that stunk of pot and grease, dirty floors everywhere including the room, shoes stuck to the floor, burn holes in bedding, the towels were dirty, dust and fingerprints everywhere, pool too cloudy to see the bottom, moldy bathroom, people living in the parking lot, breakfast was a couple pieces of bread, no juice or anything else, waffle mix pure water so did not work, shower sprayed out the few holes which were not clogged, no bed spreads only what looked like a disposable sheet on top?, the mattress was 3 ft off the floor on a box of some sort that was too small for it so every time you moved it almost fell on the floor, a senior would not have been able to get on it, the connector door to the room next to us was unlocked so you could actually walk into their room or they into ours! The hall door was a little small for its casing so you could see the hall lights all night shining in the room, no headboard, sprinkler falling out of ceiling. Usually there is something redeeming about a property but honestly here there was not. I am not fussy. I do not care if things are old. I just want clean.

Sadly we thought id be better than it looks. We only stayed here cause we were traveling due to moving across the country. Ended up stopping at the mcd across the street n decided to stay here due to pet friendly and pet fee was small. Plus last minute booking. They seemed to overkilled on the perfume or spray used in the hotel to mask the moldiness smell or something cause it smells so strongly of perfume. Hard to breathe. We had to open the windows to let some of the smell out to be able to breathe better. Had simple breakfast but waffle mix mustve been old cause it tasted sour. Ended up just throwing it out. Since it was just a last minute night stay n affordable, we just stayed here but we would never stay again if we around here.

I had two rooms. Both smelled like cigarettes even though it claimed to be non-smoking on the door. The hallway smelled like fish sticks and smoke.
I think this motel is being used by a construction company. There were several work trucks and a lot of cigarette butts outside our window on the parking lot.

This property is very basic. It was clean. The staff was pleasant. The bed was super comfy. I asked for a better chair for my room as the chair was an office chair on wheels. They did look for one but there wasn’t anything else available other than a basic chair in the dining area which worked for me. The breakfast is minimal. The pool was great. The hotel worked for me because I was not in the room much as I was visiting friends in the area. I would stay there again.

My bed was a rock. No pillow top. The pillow cases had stains. Burn holes in the bedspread. Toilet wasn't bolted down so the whole fixture tipped. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Brown makeup or heaven forbid poop was on the bathroom light switch. Freezer was completely iced over. I complained about the tippy toilet after my first of 3 nights. They said they had no other rooms available. I told them they had the next day while I was at a convention to fix to tub and toilet. Came back to my room and the toilet was not fixed!! I said I would not stay my last night in the room with a tipping toilet. The front desk man made me show him how it tips. I did. He asked me what the problem with it was. I told him it tipped over anytime I moved. He said he didn't understand. So I told him I was going to be blunt. That when I take a crap, and need to learn to wipe, it nearly dumps me on the floor. They finally moved me into another room. I shouldn't have had to explain it like that. The second room had pillow top mattresses which made me even madder that I had spent 2 nights on a rock hard bed. The mirror in the second room was cracked across the whole lower 1/3 on the right side. I brought my bathing suit because there was a pool... But after seeing how they kept the rooms, I wouldn't set foot in the pool.

Where do I start?

This was probably one of the worst stays we have had anywhere! The man at the front desk was polite however there were quite a few issues with the room and cleanliness. The moment we walked in there was a chair (a sitting chair) that was extremely dingy and dirty looking, I didn’t even want to sit in it. Proceeded to the bathroom, went to use a hand towel after washing my hands and it had multiple brown stains on the front AND back. It was bad enough that the toilet looked like it was going to give us splinters. I mean come on… toilet seats should not be THAT expensive to replace. Lastly when I got up to take a shower, the drain was extremely backed up and I was showering in a least an inch of two of water!!! Yuck!!! If every other somewhat decent looking hotel wasn’t “sold out”, I would have definitely found somewhere else to stay!!! Sorry but this was unacceptable!

Affordable and comfortable with a lovely lobby.

Pool was nice, really chlorinated but extremelyclean and cool. The family enjoyed it. Front desk clerk was kind and informative upon check-in. Our room was clean just had a lingering smell of maybe a pet had stayed the night before but not a bother. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal and my son's favorite WAFFLES! :) Always a winner with our family 😂 Coffee was available through out the night. My husband and I enjoyed this. There were lots of people staying at the hotel but seemed like construction crews, so people hanging out drinking coffee after working all day was a nice atmosphere especially in the lobby my family enjoyed the plants.

Worst stay ever I’m a hotel

In town for a funeral. The guy that checked us in was rude. I went to my room to realize the floor wasn’t clean so I went back to the front desk to ask them to clean the floor. The man then informed me I could checkout if I wasn’t happy with my but because I didn’t book through them I wouldn’t receive a refund. How rude is that right?! I only asked for the floor to be cleaned. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend anyone else to. Other family members room were completely nasty. Bed linen dirty, bathroom dirty, towels dirty and once again the floors were not clean. We have burnt marks on our bed sheets and stains. I’ve never stayed in anything so bad but not to worry because I will never stay in a super 8 ever again and usually I stay in something more expensive but because this was the hotel all the family was staying at I went ahead and booked here. I really wish I could get my money back. That’s how disappointing my stay has bee. There are also random people not staying at the hotel just hanging out around the entrance.

All the staff was delightful, very friendly.

The telephone in our room was not working. The desk said the phone man was on his way to fix it, he never showed up.

Our first morning there all our towels, washclothes were put on the floor. I had a beige color personal washcloth folded on the counter under my mirror. It was gone also. One of the cleaning staff took the liberty to take it. The staff said they were looking out and trying to find it. They did show me a yellow one but it was not mine. I know it surely should have been found as all the linens are WHITE. The cloth was made by Norwex and $10. Since it was not found, I have can only think it was taken out of the building.

The location was good, the room was ok, but the so called breakfast offered was beyond lame, in fact to advertise it as a breakfast was a joke.

Filthy! Hairs, lots of hairs and stains in and on the bedding! Dog and human! Dust and dirt buld up on the floors and on the tables. Even an old piece of candy on the headboard. Toilet didn't work. Window unit smelled like mildew and bleach. Staff on duty was not knowledgeable, apologetic or helpful. We left immediately.

This Hotel was old and dirty. Bed sheets had blood or some other stain on them. Room floors were sticky from floor cleaner and dirt black on white towels while wiping floor. Hotel front doors were left open causing it to be warm and humid in lobby area and hallways to rooms. Towels and wash cloths were oily and dirty as though someone used them on a vehicle repair. Food crumbs were on cradle of phone. I was embarrassed to have paid as much as we did for our room and having my family experience such a shotty run facility. It is hard for me to believe that Wyndam or Expedia has not demanded higher standards to be provided at this Hotel. Very disappointed in all parties. Absolutely false advertisement from all involved.
