I’ll never be staying at a Super 8 again. It was by far the dirtiest and most noisy hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We got on the road 3 hours early just to get out of there. Stains on the sheets and comforter, hair in the shower, small bugs and flies throughout the room, and splatters of something on the bathroom door. I slept with my AirPods in because there was so much noise (I already tried to drown it out with the AC and bathroom fan). An alarm of some sort was going off from 9-11 PM in the room across the hall, and our room was immediately beneath the stairs so there was an impressive amount of creaking all night long from constant foot traffic. The outside of the hotel was very run-down and there looked to be abandoned vehicles in the back of the lot, as well as a huge tarped-tent where people were working on something. I’ve stayed at Super 8s before that were just fine but never again. This truly was the worst of the worst. Paid $100 for a room that wasn’t worth more than $20.

The photos that are listed are not updated. I got to the property, and it was very rundown. Truck trailers abandoned in the parking lot, weeds and grass overgrown, window air conditioners sagging out of the windows, shoes and boots (multiple spots) laid out on the sidewalks, unable to identify/locate the entrance, people mingling around.
I decided not to stay there and chose to risk not being refunded--it was THAT bad.
DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a nice, new, clean hotel right next door.

The staff were extremely accommodating. Provided everything I requested with promptness and concern. The only problem was some of the people didn’t speak or understand English so we couldn’t communicate.
The room was clean enough but the exterior had a sewer smell in some areas.

Super 8s are never really fancy, but they're usually clean and meet needs for quick overnight stays. Unfortunately that wasn't the case at this property. The sheets were not only stained, but had crusty patches on them. Also, the shower had multiple different colors of hair stuck to the walls already when I arrived. The whole place had an air of \"we've given up\"

Great place for families on a budget. Cleanliness, facilities, etc are what you would expect for the price. Staff are fantastic. Very kind and helpful. Great location, the parking spot alone is worth the price. Great for spring break or summer vacation. Highly recommend for those not looking to overspend on useless luxury lodging. American Safari is great. We will definitely be back again.

It was very noisy. We can hear the people upstairs just walking very loud. There was staff sitting on the floors in the hallways with large bags trash. Not convenient to park very limited space.Not much lighting outside and set back off main road so dark and hidden. Lots of people sitting in running vehicles in various places in the parking lot.

We checked into our hotel. He couldn't find our room. I had the paper in my hand. It smelled of cigarette smoke because he allowed it. No amenities if you forgot something. The menu in our room was covered either in ketchup or blood. Thr ceiling had blood or something on it. The walls were dirty. My phone in my room did not work. The grounds were covered on the sidewalk with beer caps, cigarettes, and glass. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy that was it. The apple juice tasted like water out of the machine. The guy who managed it was never at the desk.

When we entered town, we drove right on by, due to the large pole sign being burned out. When we did finally find the location, the photos on the website did not come close to the photos on the website. The parking lot was very dark and heavy traveled. I did get checked into the room and did a walk through, we could not stay in the hotel. The main light in the room did not work, there was no secondary lock on the door and the bed skirt was filthy. Not sure if it was bodily fluids or food. You could tell it was not a smoke free hotel. Needless to say, My daughter and I did not stay, and we had to go buy another room in town. No secondary lock on the door pretty much opens the possibility to anyone entering your room in the middle of the night. I would really like to get my money back to be honest, but Wyndham really should take a look into this location. I understand it is hard to find help now a days, but safety and cleanliness is a must when you have a hotel.

Everything was fine up until 2 am when we were woke up to a lady crying, a man yelling at her, her screaming, things being thrown/hit. not sure what was going on. After 15 minutes of this going on we called to let the front desk know and we were told nothing could be done. This went on for a good hour or so.

THE MAN AT THE DESK WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO SNOW HE STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT I PARKED ON A SPECIFIC SIDE OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE IT WAS LEVEL AND THE OTHER SIDE WAS SLOPED. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. COULD OF HAD A COUPLE MORE CUPS. BUT OTHERWISE I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

I say dirty and noisy, but overall still a reasonable hotel. You can't always control what the rest of the guests are cooking (very smelly hallway) and the dirt they track in. The room may have just been settled dirt and dust. For sound, unfortunately you can hear everything the next room does.

Property needs some attention. Shower/tub faucet needs fixed, smoke alarm goes off if you turn on heater. Breakfast was extremely limited. No fruit and gravy was cold. Coffee machine was empty. It was a place to sleep but that is about it. Next time I will pass and stay elsewhere.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Norfolk NB. The condition of this place is terrible. There is no safety chain on the door, the towels are dingy and gray, there are stains on the curtains, dead bugs in the lights, and the fitted sheet has stains all over it. My husband and I have traveled all day yesterday and could not travel any further. We stayed but just very gross.

Room was VERY \"tired,\" as were towels, etc. Booked room for 2 people, but only 1 washcloth, coffee cup... Outside security door was never locked, so people could get in without a room key. Waited 10 minutes for desk clerk to get to desk for check-in. Yogur at breakfast wasn't expired, but tasted \"off,\" so got coffee & breakfast down the street.

The location was hard to fine at night. The sign is not lit and the lights at the outside of the building were not on. The beds were comfortable but the room needed some work. The ceiling light had no cover and no switch to turn on. There was duct tape at the bathroom door floor. The lady at the front desk, day shift, was great. Room was not cleaned and did it herself. Great employee.

The bath tub could have been alittle cleaner. The mattress could have used a cover and it was very uncomfortable. Sheets very thin compared to other Super 8s we have stayed at.
In the morning the gravy for the biscuits was cold and had to be warmed. The orange juice and waffle was very good. The locations to the event we were going to was easy to get to.

The worst hotel experience i have had to date. People hanging around sitting and lying down on the sidewalks and entryways and loitering inside.No lights on the outside so we had trouble finding it. The clerk said\"oh super 8 is not going to pay to fix anything\".Locks broken on doors.

Front desk was friendly at check-in and found a room that was easy to access outdoors for my dog. A/C was not working. Staff responded immediately and fixed the circuit breaker within about 5 minutes. The bad and ugly: the back of the parking lot looks like a homeless encampment with trash and picnic table and grills scattered around. There were gross stains on the mattress cover. There were broken dishes scattered in the parking lot that were not cleaned in the 3 nights I was there. Watch out for your tires! The tub/shower finish was cracked and peeling. The towels were all frayed. The door handle only worked in one direction.

This place is a mess. Stained towels. Cigarette holes in towels and sheets. Plumbing fixtures are old and corroded. Toilet wobbles. Noisy, sounds like other guests are in your room. Had to step over dog crap to get into the building were room was located. Large pot of many, many old cigarette butts set by the door. Building needs major upgrades and repairs. I wish I would have paid $25 more and got a better hotel and better night's sleep. A police car drove up at the same time we did. I will not stay at this dump ever again!

rooms were musty and used towel was left on back of bathroom door and the condition of the room was poor as in maintenance. the trim on the bathroom mirror was just hanging off and did not look good. they could use a dehumidifier in the whole building to get rid of the dampness.
