You get what you pay for - a basic room.

Check in was easy and the staff were nice.

Cons were that the noise bleeds heavily from the road out front and the hallways. I couldn't turn off the porch light either and the light really comes through the blinds. There was also a spat between other patrons at about 1am (that can't really be blamed on the motel) but it was quite loud and kept me awake. There is no box spring either and the mattress was a bit thin so my back was a bit sore in the morning.

Did not even stay. Dog barking across the hall whenever you moved or spoke. Asked to be moved - moved us down the hall by 2rooms. Had to plug the tv in and the outlet was sparking!! Out of here!!! Returned the key, informed the clerk and left! Clerk did not offer to refund or do anything!!

The washroom and the rooms were semi clean. The beds and other appliances where not upto date. Service was next to none existance. No information packages on hotel or staff. The hotel tv had badic chanels and no other information on channels. Staff was friendly once they were present.

Nothing fancy but nothing to really complain about. Clean comfortable rooms, with a sliding patio door to step out to my car parked in front, the TV was a decent size, cable had terrible resolution though but I hooked up my Roku to the TV and it was great. The only real complaint I would say that I had is I had to constantly play with the thermostat to get the right temperature. It's not a digital thermostat it's one of those older on the wall models. Overall not bad for the money

Clean rooms, but broken things. No grab bars in the slippery tub. No tub plug allowed??? Hair dryer didnt work. Bathroom plug didnt work. Ground fault receptacle was painted over. Broken ice machine. Outdoor railing to the hill in back was broken. Room was not ready for our 4pm arrival.

As a person with a few disabilities i would think that most motels come with a grab bar in shower as well as one at the toilet the toilet was very low compared to most places we have stayed.. This was not the case there was also not antislip in the bathtub. The headboard fell off the wall while we were sleeping scared us. When left there was noone around to report to. If you wanted them had to ring for them icemachine was also not working

I liked that it was above the city up on the hill. It would be nice to have a better view as across the road there were trees and obstructions. Behind the hotel was a lookout which was difficult for people like us in our 60s to get to. If they were to improve access it would be very nice.

Overall pretty run down motel. I would say it’s not bad for the price. It was a two day stay. I would definitely stay here again, not 5 star quality. Overall rooms are pretty renovated and behind the TV there is lots of dust. And bedsheets have old stains.

This is a good budget stay but don’t be surprised with the quality of the rooms and the overall building.

The place was not clean I took photos of under the bed and there were wrappers from candy that were not ours The windows were grimmy and the carpets were filthy. There was a hole in the closet by the wall that should have been fixed. The TV box was corroded not sure what happened there. Also the coffee had only one package of creamer and sugar and it was all solid like it
had been in water. THe air conditioner was so loud it was like being in a ship's boiler room

It's not like it was a cheap room. It cost me $220.00 for the one night

The property itself is ok for the price that we get but, there were people who were fighting infront of my balcony at 2 am which scared us. I didn’t feel safe and comfortable at all. I did spoke with the reception and they mentioned about people who are using drugs and renting out rooms and fighting at night. Didn’t feel comfortable with family

We had booked 2 rooms - 111and 112. Had no issues with room 112. When we checked into room 111 we found a puddle next to the mini fridge. Informed Reception who came and wiped the puddle and said that they would replace the mini fridge. The TV was not working. Called Reception who came and found that the settings had been altered. The TV was tilted and looked lopsided. The towel rack in the bathroom had lost some screws on one side and looked like it may come off any time. The bathroom door latch was coming off. The shower did not work properly. the tap and shower were both working at the same time. The bath tub was very slippery and one of us slipped in the tub and hurt ourself.
There was no kettle to warm water for a cup of tea but there was a coffee percolator which we did not use. Only coffee sachets were provided but no tea bags.

On the good side, the bed was comfy. The receptionist was nice and friendly and helpful. The flooring looked new. The location suited our needs ad the room was a decent size. There was ample parking, The room should have been under maintenance and should not have been sold. We checked in around 3.00 pm and then went out. We came in late night and left before 9.00 am and as there was no person attending the Reception we could not voice our concerns.

We booked two rooms with king size bed , but were arranged two queen bed rooms. The ACs were broken, with one of the on-off switch missing. The washroom was dirty, toilet bowl was uncleaned, with hair in bath tub. The room was too warm. The balcony had a heavy cigarette smell.

The Inn needs a complete remodel The hallways and doors were all chipped and peeling. We could see that some Renovations had been done in the bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable but this motel needs a major facelift. It was also extremely noisy throughout the night 2am again 4:30am and again at 6 am… some major partying going on … sorry but we won’t be back :(
