The property is having renovations going on and the dining is very limited. The check in / reception area is set up in a little trailer where they also offer the extremely limited breakfast. The dining is a very small room with two tables. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable for the price.

Great Night at Campanile Bollene in Heat Wave
We had a great night at Campanile Bollene during a very HOT period - the A/C - room climate control worked well and the room had been updated and was clean and orderly. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again if our future travels bring us back to this Rhone Valley area.

Clean hotel excellent staff poor sound proofing.
The hotel, room, restaurant, cleanliness and staff were all 1st class. The problem is with the other patrons and paper thin walls and ceiling. If the room were better insulated against noise this would have been the bargain of the centaury! I realise it is not the hotels fault but the construction and sound proofing age negligible. The only reason people stay at these hotels are for a good nights sleep, it didn't happen for us. It's a cracking stop off point otherwise.

This hotel was surprisingly good for a very basic roadside hotel. The breakfast was much better than many hotels I've stayed in of a similar standing. The best was the receptionist (Speedy Gonzales?), she was extremely helpful with many requests and very friendly.

We look forward to our return visit. The Campanile hotel room was very modern. The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower and soft towels. The bed was large, clean and comfortable. The room was private with an electrically operated blind. The little extras e.g. good quality soap, biscuits, tea, coffee was appreciated. The evening meal was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We have changed our booking from a Balladin to a Campanile hotel as the experience with Campanile is so much better!

Campanile Bollene is definitely where I'll stay on my next trip to Bollene. The room was clean and comfortable. The people were friendly and did their best to communicate in English (and put up with my broken French). And the hotel restaurant was very good.

Amenities in room fairly basic. Only suitable for overnight stay and not for an extended holiday. Breakfast was fine and reasonably priced. We used it as there was a family function in Bollene and it suited our needs.

Vraiment agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel a été très arrangeant : sensible à notre bien être et à notre confort (j'étais avec ma fille de 3 ans et ma femme enceinte de près de 7,5 mois donc important). Un merci tout particulié à la directrice de l'établissement.
De plus, nous avons super bien mangé le soir et là encore, ils ont été très arrangeant sur le menu pour s'ajuster à nos goûts. Copieux, bon et à un prix responsable. + Une chambre très propre et bien isolée du bruit. Au top!

Hôtel 3 etoiles.. Alors oui les prix c'est du 3 étoiles mais tout le reste même pas 1 étoile.
Très mauvaise expérience :
- à l'arrivé la carte ne marchait pas , obligé de retourner à l'accueil avec la valise pour la refaire
- J'ai opté pour ne pas faire le ménage tous les jours et j'avais juste demandé 1 jour de ménage sur les 5 jours : le ménage n'a jamais été fait, j'ai du moi même aller récupérer des serviettes
- le prix des repas est trop cher pour ce que c'est (8€ la tarte au pommes avec une chantilly même pas maison..)
- je n'ai pris le petit déjeuner qu'un seul jour mais j'ai quand même du payer pour les autres jours où je ne l'ai pas pris car \"c'était compris dans le prix de la réservation\". Même pas de geste ni rien sachant que j'ai payé à la fin du séjour
- impossible de prendre une douche correctement car il y a des pics d'eau brûlantes qui sort du jet donc a tout moment on se fait brûler.
- la chambre se situait en face de la route et d'une station de lavage donc plutôt bruyant
- Vu le prix de la chambre il n'y même pas de chaînes payantes à la télé.
Je n'y retournerai clairement pas et je déconseillerai à tous mes collègues en déplacement dans le coin (et ça va faire du monde)

Sehr klein und ziemlich laut. Unser Zimmer lag an der Rückseite des Hotels und wir konnten alle Geräusche hören. Die Lichter an der Fassade waren die ganze Nacht an a) nicht energiesparend in unserer tatsächlichen Situation b) unmöglich zu schlafen, wenn die Jalousien nicht ganz unten waren.

Die Lage im Gewerbegebiet ist nicht so schön, aber praktisch, wenn man nur übernachtet. Das Essen war gut, das Frühstücksbuffet richtig fein. Der Service war hervorragend! Freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, unaufgeregt speditiv. Super!

La direction nous a offert un petit dejeuné sur deux au vu du desagrement

Hôtel très propre et chambre et salle de bains rénovées. Par contre très bruyant impossible de dormir car un lavage de voiture se trouve à côté de l'hôtel et les gens lavent leur voiture la nuit avec la musique à fond. J'en ai averti la réception et des lettres ont été envoyées à la mairie sans succès. Le restaurant Campanile n'est plus ce qu'il était dommage que des plats réchauffés. Heureusement le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est agréable souriant et serviable. Il n'y est pour rien pour les nuisances sonores.

Alles in Ordnung, ausser mein Wunsch mein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hauses zu bekommen wegen der Nachtruhe. Auf der Vordeseite gibt es eine Autowaschanlage, welche die halbe Nacht und am Morgen früh in Betrieb ist.
