We found a bed bug crawling on my sister, front desk was not helpful, even when I put the bug in a baggie and took it to the front desk. They did not re-imburse me for our inconvenience of not only leaving our room as soon as we found the bug so late at night, but having to throw away our luggage and clothing. I would not recommend staying there, took the manager 3 days to finally contact me.

Steve (I believe he was Training) did an Excellent Job, VERY Professional, Friendly and Proficient! Hotel was VERY Clean and well kept, Sanitizer & Sanitizing stations everywhere. Even just walking in the Hotel & Our Room, You can tell by the smell it was clean. Despite the HOT weather, We had a Great Stay. Fwy, Restaurants & Shopping VERY Close.
