There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice.

The air conditioning was icy cold which was nice but there was no WiFi, I was booked for six days but they would not provide me with any towels unless I called and asked for them then they grudgingly gave me two which I used that night only to be left with none the next day when they cleaned the room.

My room was not clean when I went to the bathroom , there was the previous occupant towel still hanging in the shower, cigarette butt from the previous occupant in the shower and the new towels that was supposed to be cleaned were stained, and there was hair in them and the shower. When I opened the refrigerator, a roach fell out when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night because they refused to move me to a cleaner room. There were a family of roaches in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked them, Could they move me in a clean room and they told me that there wasn’t any available but I walked passed plenty vacant non-smoking one bed rooms downstairs that they refuse to give me. they put me in a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room. I will never go back to this location and I urge anyone reading this do not go here. The continental breakfast that they advertise was the bare minimum and if their rooms look like that, I wouldn’t want to eat anything that they prepare. Save your money. I can see why they have a non refundable policy.

The breakfast wasn’t even close to what was advertised online, very misleading. You had to knock and knock on the office door to ask, and then it was just continental style. The carpet was dirty, and the bottom of the tub got slippery after you turned the shower on. The bathroom door had been repaired by putting screws all around the edges, and it was warped so that it barely closed.

Dirty, old broken furniture, no amenities, free WiFi doesn’t work, our toilet seat even was bad, had to put tape on it because it was cracked. It must not be a safe area because they lock you out of the lobby. The staff was friendly but hard to understand their English. Worst place I have ever stayed, should be an embarrassment to Days Inn, should be closed so bad. I have pictures.

It was horrible the phone didn’t work . The smoke detector beeped all night . I told the desk clerk but that was like talking to a wall. So 2 nights of beeping was broken sleep. The safety latch on door is broke . The chairs are very dirty . I should have checked out the same day. The toilet doesn’t flush properly you have to flush a couple times . By the entrance door the wall is filthy like they killed a roach or something and just left the mess. The bar in the shower kept falling off. There was no cups in room . It would have been nice to at least have a coffee pot. But at least the Ac worked great. Have a great day.

All the facilities were closed except the rooms. Couldn't even get into the lobby. There was dead and live roaches. Broken furniture, door lock, and tv. I plugged my phone charger in the wall and it fell out of two different plugs. Multiple light bulbs were missing. Made the reservation on expedia no problem, but had to give them another card when i arrived. With a no refund policy i chose to stay instead of sleeping in the car. Im glad my family wasn't with me and i was just passing through.

DISGUSTING.

September 2025. This place was absolutely disgusting. The lobby was locked up so we had to check in through a window. There was a sign that said the lobby, breakfast, and pool were unavailable for the safety of their employees. Our group had 3 rooms - one had roaches, spiders, and mold; one had termites; and the other one we couldn't get the keys to work. The place is supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. None of us stayed and we all insisted on refunds. We did not expect luxury. We really expected very little based on the price. What we did expect was for it to be clean, and we didn't get that. This place is very poorly run, and not maintained at all. It should not be under the Wyndham name. We drove to the next town and found a different hotel - the night manager there said \"let me guess, you came from the Days Inn in Picayune.\"

Experience was horrible… the manager was not present when I arrived and I was told by another guy at the front desk that the manager would not be back in office until the next day. My check-in time said 3pm and after I arrived around 2:15, the front desk attendant told me that check-in time wouldn’t be until 4pm. I waited around until 2:45 and while waiting another guest entered the front desk and handed the step her check-in information and was granted a key to a room. I questioned the attendant at the front desk why did he grant this guest keys to a room but told me check-in couldn’t be until 4pm. My room was already paid for online. I thought that was rude and unprofessional to allow one guest to check-in while telling me i had to wait until 4pm. So I didn’t even stay at the resort, I couldn’t wait until 4pm, I had to go to work and I was trying to check-in before I had to go work. The attendant told me that the guest was already staying there but from what I saw the guest handed the attendant a cash payment and her license and the front desk attended then granted her with keys, while still telling me that there are no rooms available for check-in. I will never request to stay at the Days Inn in picayune, Ms

The property was horrible. Roaches were nest in the corner of the bathroom. The room was not cleaned. There were cigarettes butts behind the dresser with a ladies fake fingernail. The drawers were full of trash & pennies & used utensils. There were no towels or accommodations. The refrigerator door was broken on the inside, exposing the fiberglass and the freezer was so frozen over that the door wouldn't close & was dirty with bugs. The air conditioner unit made a loud noise all night & myself and my guest couldn't sleep. No coffee in the morning. No pool or weight room as advertise. So asked for another room & the attendant said we would have to wait most of the day to move. I didn't move the first night, because my guest & are were expected at an event that started early & ended late & we were to tired to move. My guests & I were there because of my oldest son's wedding & were absolutely disgusted with both rooms

There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about the staff , property, or experience. The staff was not hospitable or helpful. The entire property including the room was filthy and smelled . The pool has been drained and not functioning for years. The lobby was closed and has been for some time with no access to the proclaimed limited breakfast . The exercise room if you can call it that was closed and off limits. The property advertisement was misleading on every claim made. Stay at your own personal risk !!! I would have preferred to sleep under a bridge than at this days inn had I known better.

My room had a clogged toilet from the previous people who stayed in the room and they said they offer a pool in the amenities but it is drained instead they tell you next time get a room with a jucuzzi should have pulled up befor booking but thats on me and i didnt really go deal with it as i usually would due to my kids being asleep and not wanting to carry them back to the car get another room and repeat at midnight when we arrived

Atrocity Of a days inn

Most atrocious stay I've ever had at a days inn. Like honestly i wouldnt let my dog stay there. Crack hotel to say the least. Aside from the ammenities they promised of a breakfast buffet and a lively pool, which consisted of stale cereal without milk, expired yogurt, cold coffee, and muffins that were harder than the counters. Oh the pool! Black water with a film over it thick enough that the leaves and pine straw falling on it wouldnt cause a ripple.

The rooms were dirty with old bug carcasses in every corner. My night stand was pulled away from the wall and there was dust and dead bugs behind it. There were also cobwebs with bug carcasses on the ceiling; and the bathroom and ceiling had visible mold; and my sink was clogged. I had to switch rooms due to noise and this same issues followed me to my new room. So, it wasn’t just one room. The housekeeper called out during my stay, so in one week my floor was vacuum once. I also had two service dogs with me with documentation, because I’m a disabled Veteran; yet I was told multiple times I had to pay for them; after stating I’m disabled, I had to show three different employees on three different occasions my credentials. They were more worried about trying to make me pay more money than servicing their equipment, because everything was broken. The owner blamed their customers, but I blame it on poor maintenance. I will not be staying here again.

Otherwise thanks for the roof over our head for one night. We will not be back . On a good note the water in the shower was very hot but that's the only good thing I can say about the place. There was kidding running and playing after midnight. Once they got back in the room, the bumped and knocked all night. Look like black mold in the ceiling by the sink. A piece of the head board was missing, with nails hanging out, which could've caused injuries.

At 3pm check-in I was locked out of the Lobby and away from the Front Desk. In BROAD DAYLIGHT I was in a Glass Cage with the sun making it hotter by the moment. Staff was standing at least 5 feet away behind the glass and was barely able to hear her. Yeah 3 PM not 3 AM. And NO I was not wearing a hat, hoodie, dark glasses and a mask.

Terrible WiFi, that the staff said was Normal and the Internet Providers fault. But The Hotels equipment was only putting out 1 or 2 bars 9 rooms down from the office and you lose connection going into the bathroom.

Smoke Detector is hanging down the wall by its wires.

Ants and spiders share the room with you.

5-night stay and got ZERO Housekeeping.

I told my local family to ensure No Family or Friends stay there in the future.

I called the morning of check-in to request 1st floor room & was told that would be no problem. After a 6 hour drive, I checked in around 8 PM. I was given a 2nd floor room & mentioned I was supposed to get 1st floor room but told none were available. When I got to the room, there was urine on the rim of the toilet & a (? Used) Placker (dental floss) on the counter. I immediately called the front desk & he apologized, telling me to come back to the front desk for a new room. He said if the 2nd room wasn't acceptable he would refund the stay. The 2nd room also had urine on the rim of toilet, but otherwise clean. The AC never really cooled the room during my 2 night stay. That's probably because they turn it off between guests & the temps were in the 90's during the day. The rooms didn't even have a coffee pot!

Sofa was disgusting and covered in stains and discoloration. Bed was clean. First of all pool was closed whole time during my stay and this is the number 1 reason I booked the stay, I've seen the reviews but thought the pool was cleaned and ready but wasn't the case, if days inn isn't going to clean the pool it should be removed from items offered, that's false advertising! Second the bed was so uncomfortable like sleeping on a hard rock, ants in bathroom, like room wasn't cleaned at all, hair on towel on sink and stains on towels.... Stayed 2 nights and only because of price, was there to visit grown son for his birthday, no housekeeping, noone asked if I needed cleaning, poor run down place

When I arrived I was assigned room 217. As soon as I walked into the room the smell and heat was overwhelming! Within seconds my legs were covered in fleas! I immediately went back down to the front desk and was given another room. Both the old room and the new room smelled like smoke! These were non smoking rooms! The room was very old. I honestly cannot believe that Wyndham Hotels would put their name on this property. The only bright side was that the bed linens were clean and comfortable and the young man working the front desk was very professional and quickly got me a new room.

The motel was a dump stay away from it. The room had not been cleaned. The bathroom had soap in the bath tub with a hair and wash rag in the tub there was also a wash rag on the shower rod behind the door.
