I recently stayed at Arden for the second year in a row, and everything was absolutely perfect

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The service exceeded all expectations, and there wasn’t a single thing that could have been done better.

The rooms were spotless, and the cleaning staff was always very friendly

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Arden to anyone visiting Pattaya.

We had a great stay, its a nice small hotel so not too busy and more personal.
Staff were great, washing machine and washing line were but bonus, great rooms, spacious and well equipped etc.
The gym was too small and not at all private it was like you were on show to the whole hotel!
We had dinner at the hotel on our last night ans a few hours later my husband got really sick with food poisoning from having chicken pizza, he only ate half of it thankfully but was really sick. Very ironic that so many trips to Thailand eating street food and weve never got sick, then eat at the hotel and get food poisoning. I had a different pizza and was fine as it had no meat. So a disapointing finish but its a great hotel, clean and modern ane great location.

Great Hotel with a small gym swimming pool, sauna and a restaurant. Rooms are spacious and have a microwave, refrigerator, stove and a washing machine, AC is powerful as well as the water pressure in the shower. The ladies who cleaned the room were very respectful and nice so much so that I had to tip my room cleaner, she was excellent. The location of the Gym is a weird as it faces the restaurant and it's impossible to not make eye contact with the guests eating in the restaurant, maybe darken the glass in the gym to make it not so visible to the people in the restaurant. The bath towels are old, and you can tell they are by the smell and the dark color of the previously white towels. However, I still enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel again.

What an absolutely wonderful hotel, everything was perfect clean and big rooms with dishes and cutlery and large fridge.The place is kept spotless and also has a large swimming pool.All the staff are awesome friendly and the room cleaners are fantastic in their jobs.I highly recommend staying here and next time I will definitely be back too!

Just had a 2 week stay at Arden hotel and it was the best! The room was great, and location, but what made the stay so relaxing is the helfpul staff. Everyone from reception (Focus, Andrew, Noogy, Nan), Restaurant (Preaw, Sunny) and Door men (Zang, Nong) always looked after me!!

タイでいつも気になる水回りも全く問題がない。シャワールームの水が溢れることはなかった。
スタッフはいつもフレンドリー
場所についての心配をしていたが不要だった。ビーチまでは10分ちょっと。ターミナル21とセントラルまでのワンウェイは11:05から１時間毎にシャトルソンテウを出している。タイでは食べ過ぎのまま過ぎるので、帰りは歩いて帰り運動不足解消
一つ欠点をいうとしたらジムの設備がPoor
客層も騒がしいパーティーピープルはおらず、落ち着いたホテルステイでした

We loved our stay here. Great location tucked away from the main beach area, but within walking distance. Lots of food and shopping close by. Excellent restaurant, bar and pool and really amazing staff - couldn’t fault the service. Loved having washing machine in our room! We will definitely stay here again next visit to Pattaya.

Rooms are very nice for the price. Bed was comfortable rather than being hard as a rock like many Thai hotels. Breakfast was more premium with extra international and Thai variety. The hotel doesn't have a view and isn't super close to dining and activities, but I would definitely return.

Excellent hotel with a swimming pool and a small gym and a restaurant. Rooms are clean and equipped with a stove top, microwave, washing machine, tub and shower and a small balcony. Hotel has a new carpet smell in the hallways and the building is expertly maintained. Love this hotel.

It’s a super easy walking down to the beach and along the way if you get hungry there’s tons of food options or need to rest your feet there are also a bunch of therapy massage places with good prices.

The staff at the hotel were all super helpful and just over all very nice to deal with. The room was nearly perfect and very clean. Will consider this place again for sure.

Room is spacious, clean and nicely fitted. Hotel is also lovely and I enjoyed my stay there.

My only comment: The staff at reception and on duty the morning of 10th Oct wasn't very helpful.

Location was quite a bit of walk from the main road so a taxi or grab would be essential.

Would definitely stay there again the next time I visit.

The location is not good for getting to all nightlife areas. You will be getting a lot of motorbike taxi. Also this hotel is a favourite with china people and Thai . I felt out of place at times. In saying that it's not a farang tourist hotel I'd book sabia lodge . . But hotel room comfortable. Food breakfast was not good .better breakfast on soi 6 Irish pub in morning. If your a person who likes bars nightlife and single don't stay here .

Good big room with microwave and washing machine which was a nice surprise. 30 minutes walk to beach or 5 mins on bike taxi. Pool okay , breakfast disappointing not much there for UK customers but maybe dont get many. Staff okay.

the accommodation is superb being new however the service is not up to the same standard. the housekeeping was below standard (we had no handtowels and had to ring for everything as it was not automatically provided/replaced) and the kitchenette had no utensils for cooking.

Very discriminating people. I regret coming back to this place. I shouldn’t have brought my family here. They don’t treat their guest equally. I am in Thailand two to three times a year, have been to many islands and hotels here, but this is the hotel I am very disappointed with so far. The staff should learn how to respect the guests and treat them equally. Unacceptable!

I loved this place. Stayed here for 3 nights. Great staff even surprised me with a birthday cake which I wasn’t expecting with a well written note. The amenities are all great. I enjoyed the workout equipment in the gym all top of the line just like back home. Sauna and steam room works great as well and pool was marvelous. Any question I had concierge had an answer from purchasing clothing and male cologne to even grocery shopping. And they even called the transportation for me unless I decided to grab motorbike taxi from up the road. Very nice place with great people

In every sense it is a lovely small hotel that is real value for money. I'm the travel business in Sri Lanka selling luxury holidays to UK, Australian & American Nationals.

I rate this hotel very good & the concept is just amazing. Not that I used the washing machine & electric cooker but the fact it is available if someone needs them, is just great.

a special mention of the front office staff is a must. they are extremely friendly (despite of being very very busy), courtious & helpful at anytime. they do make the difference when you check-in & even at the time of check-out.

I personally appreciated that house-keeping was available even late afternoon & it was not too much trouble for the staff to turn around the room.

I will return to the At Mind Group of Hotels very soon.

Perfect weekend get-away

We had an amazing time with @Mind Exclusive. Our check-in was seamless and we were in our room and relaxing in a matter of minutes. Ms. Chatcha and Ms. Noi were excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and communicated in both Thai and English.
The hotel is convenient to the beach and the Indian/Thai restaurant next door was amazing.
Our room was very clean and most of all quiet. This hotel is child friendly as well, perfect for couples, business stay-overs, and families. We will definitely be coming back.

the staff couldn't have been more helpful from the time of check-in.

the only thing missing at breakfast was some bacon which should have been nice. I over heard a few other guests asking for bacon as well but I guess it was not the end of the World.

Very good hotel and staff. But its a bit of a walk to main area of soi7 and night food market on a night . About 20 minutes walk. But you get use to it. Hotel was ideal for us .just a shame a bit out of it . But close to big c extra so not too far if you want to go there. Room very good . Pool safe and not too deep. Shame sauna was not working on our visit. Mens sauna out of order....over all good hotel....might stay there again

Excellent new apart-hotel, with excellent service!

This new apart-hotel is brilliant. Decent sized rooms. Well kitted out. The rooms have kitchen, washing, dining and lounge areas, plus a huge bed, bath, shower and cool washing toilet.

The staff cannot do enough for you. The barman brought over an ash tray to me by the pool. Lit my cigarette when my lighter didn't work and brought beers in a bucket of ice. There were promotions on and the drinks were really reasonable.
I enjoyed it so much I stayed an additional night and would go back in a flash.
Fantastic value for money. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, quiet area

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Pattaya. Taxi needed to get to city. Breakfast was adequate, mainly catering for the Chinese. Other options for eating and drinking nearby though.Great pool area. Staff were wonderful.

The room comes with everything you might need for both short and long term stay, hair dryer, bathtub and separated shower, small kitchenette and huge size tv. The room came with small balcony which u can sit and spend yr time hv some outside air.

The small negative point for my stay is only the room i get face to the sun light so i barely go out and spend my time on the balcony and the bath tub hot water system was broke down so i cannot hv my hot water
