The room was clean, area was safe. They did a great job updating the rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. I gave a 4 star of the amenities only because we didn't use them. They have a breakfast, but we didn't eat it and they have a pool but we didn't use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

This is a good place to stay but don't expect a full breakfast that is on the site. It's continental and the selection if average. Also, had the worst sleep because of the constant banging of the wind and our room was facing a parking lot and all we heard was people talking deep into the night and early morning. The hand soap dispenser in our room was barely working. Miss the bar soap for sure. The good thing about the hotel room was that it was big and clean and the shower and towels were nice.

There were dead cockroaches under the beds and in the corners in the first room we were given. The tub looked like someone had been dropping firecrackers in it, the walls were cracked, and there was what looked like blood on the lampshade.
When I complained we were given a room that was obviously updated more recently (after being asked to prove the cockroaches were there by emailing pictures from the room) but it was still run down with cracks in the shower tile, and chips in the tub. The AC fan only had one setting (full blast) that was ridiculously loud.
The “breakfast” was waffles (good) cereal and pastries (meh) and fruit (completely rotten) that you can only eat in the dining room, no taking food back to your room or out with you. Oh and hard boiled eggs that were pealed and set out on the counter completely uncovered and not chilled.

Worst breakfast I have seen in a long while. Post 10pm check in was thru a Kiosk which was terrible. Took 15-20 minutes. Bathroom looks like it was last remodeled in 1912.

My two less than perfect comments are about the TV signal (on the channel we watched) was regularly lagging, so that the signal/picture had to catch up to the broadcast. My second comment is about the slow (and noisy) filling toilet.

Front desk lady was a cop calling racist predjudiced b@#$h. Should not work in customer service. Would not give me room after paying. Made excuses as to why. Had no remedy. Left me without any where to go and had all me money tied up. Over $700 i had to wait several days to get back. She has no consideration for others. Kept some of our property. Huge headache for no reason, maybe cause she didn't like my wheel chair? Said her name was Tina. I feel she was lying. Will never return.

The room had BUGS, the outlets didn't work, there was blood on the tub and the bottom of the tub was gross. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom and they didn't have any to give me at the front desk. I was told I was going to be moved to another room but I had to wait until 12. I told them we would be out all day and she would call me. She did not call and when we got back there weren't any rooms. I either had to stay in the disgusting bug infested room and all the other problems, stay in one bed with my 19 year old son or pay for the night in their other hotel behind that one. She said she couldn't do anything and when I asked to talk to a manager she said they don't work on weekends. I then called Expedia who tried to get me a refund but ran into the same \"a manager has to do that and they don't work on weekends\". Finally she moved us to the other hotel without having to pay. Which was pretty far from the lobby and I say that bc the key didn't work and I had to go back 3 times until she changed our room. That room didn't have bugs and it did have soap. Outlets were loose in this room too so I guess it is a hotel issue. The toilet seat needed to be replaced and there was a stain on the floor. I WILL NEVER stay in a Red Roof Inn again!!!

The A/C was loud in the room, but it was very effective which was important for my summer visit. Some furniture was new, but some was used and showed their age. But the mattress was fantastic, the pillows were awesome, the bedding was clean and comfortable, all of which were a surprise for a hotel in this price range. I was delighted!

Came in around 10pm. Was afraid if using a kiosk to check in, but pleased that there was a clerk. Nice check in. Dated property but room was clean and quiet. Parking lot well lit and property is close to stores and restaurants. Remote did not work for tv, but it was late, so did not need it. Heating worked and I liked that the fan can stay on to muffle sounds. Beds comfy. Water not real hot, but we made due.
