This hotel is not worth the nightly rate, or what it offers, I would in no way compare this to a country club level hotel. Very basic econo lodge style room, bed uncomfortable, pillows poor, no tub stopper to take bath, small tub, hot water runs out during shower goes cold very fast. I knew going in but no microwave, no continental breakfast. More worth 80 a night not 115 a night, definitely not worth 200 a night. Also was told free igloo use, but I was there last week November, igloos don’t start til 12/1, I could not take use of this free fun offer. I will say room was very clean!!!

I took a star off due to the greeting my husband received at the front desk. The service agent made him stand and wait telling him that the person who's name is on the reservation needs to be present to check in. This was not our first stay as I am now a regular when i come down for work,yet this is the first time my husband was given a hard time. Needless to say this was not the warm welcome that I have come to appreciatein the past.

I drove over to find out details but it turned out to be 22 miles from Barnegat LBI.
Offering information stated it is 4.8 miles.
MISLEADUNG
When I requested to cancel reservation, clerk demanded my driver license. I advised her NOT TO CHECK ME IN. BUT it looks like she did!!!!
Terrible and illegal.
I will file a claim and probably post my terrible experience on every board I will find, including this \"hotel\"

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and not on a separate switch to shut it off. Aside from that the room was very clean the ac worked great and the tv had easy to find channels. The coffee in room passed my connoisseur husband’s requirements. We would stay there again.

Our room was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly, but there was little to no information in the room or provided by the staff re: amenities at the site (ie, use of pool or gym) and over our 4 night stay housekeeping did not come to our room to replenish toilet paper, coffee pods or remove trash.

Sadly, disappointed.

I preface this review by saying I believe no one will read or do anything about these comments. Our first night there our air conditioner made so much noise we couldn’t sleep. Our towel rack was broken and we couldn’t hang towels on it. The toilet paper roll was broken. The television didn’t work consistently. Had problems confirming a future reservation with the front desk.

It is a beautiful property. The room appeared to be recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. Employees at the front desk and bar/restaurant were very good and the pub menu was also very good. I had to attend a funeral and did a one night stay. On the negative, no breakfast available, only coffee maker in the room, since there is not much nearby this makes starting the day more difficult than it should be. At least offer a continental breakfast for a fee of course, golf season is underway. One other minor point, the wooden bed frame in the room extended beyond the mattress and I did manage to bang my leg several times. Again, if breakfast was offered I would not hesitate to stay at the Inn at LBI International, thanks.

Good hotel in an area with few hotels

We have stayed here a few times before as it is close to family. It is a pretty basic property, well located for our needs and in a safe community. It is clean and safe. A few things that make it not ideal - the bathroom light has a very loud fan that turns on with the light. It is incredibly loud. Also, this last time when we booked through hotels.com, we were charged an additional $20/day \"resort\" fee which only covered wifi and parking (there is a huge lot), but not access to the pool, tennis courts, golf, etc.

Attended a wedding and the venue was ideal. The food was excellent and the staff was courteous and hard-working. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open for breakfast and we had to scrounge for coffee at the golf course snack shack.

The Inn was is located on a golf course so it goes without saying the setting is picturesque. Staff is friendly and helpful and the bar at least during the offseason was open until nine. My only slight complaint is the heater in the room tends to kick on quite loud. So if you are a light sleeper, it may wake you up. Overall for the value involved you get more than you bargain for here.

I stayed for a night on my way to a work trip. The location was really nice and it looked like the property had just been redone all throughout. Check in was super easy and the staff was friendly. When I got to my room, I realized they had not stocked the toilet paper so I called and got some really quickly. Like maybe 2 minutes tops. So the staff is very responsive.

I should have checked further once I got into the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned well. There was hair (lots of it) in the shower and even some on the nightstand. I walked over to the reception area and informed them. They quickly switched me to another room. Dining was available. We called in an order and picked it up. The food was good and comparable to a sit down place.

Overall, I would recommend due to the staff being attentive and helpful. I will possibly stay here in the future.

This hotel was so affordable. You don’t expect a hotel this affordable to also be clean, quiet, and have good parking options, but it did. The only area for improvement was that the water pressure wasn’t great and hot water ran out easily. I stayed with children and it was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a little problem with the TV at first, but Olivia came and got everything fixed. The room was comfy and with nice amenities. It got loud after 10pm but we understand a wedding was going on so good for them for having fun. We were watching TV and not trying to sleep, so it was fine. We will be back.

The hotel is clean and safe. The front desk is in another building so there is little interaction. We had two rooms on the first floor and there was a mechanical noise outside our room that kept me awake one night. Also, there was often not enough hot water for two short showers, we ran out of hot water three times in three days. It is a good location for visiting family so we will likely stay again, but there is room for improvement.

The grounds around the property were beautiful. Lots of maintenance going on there. The rooms were under refurbishment and not completed but rented out. Our room was handicapped accessible but not completed. The shower curtain was positioned so water ran off it onto the floor making it extremely slippery. There were no handrails installed in or around the shower area. There was no shelf for shower accessories and none were provided. We had to put our accessories on the shower floor. The shower curtain rod fell down 3 times during my stay and had to wedge it in place with wet paper toweling. The ceiling exhaust vent cover above the shower was completely blocked with dirt and dust and after notifying the front desk, nothing was done about it. Tile caulking around the shower tile had not been done and the baseboard molding up to the shower tile was loose and an inch away from the wall.
The room was not made up after the first night, we stayed two, and was later informed that house keeping only cleans after your stay of two days or more. I expected much more from this hotel for the price we paid.

Checkin was not good. The receptionist couldn’t tell whether the room was ready. Need the manager to come to her rescue.i don’t understand why it takes 4 steps to get a picture. It took me 5 tries. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. My wife didn’t feel safe using the shower because there was no bar to hold onto. On the positive side we had a good dinner and enjoyed the singer

There are a couple of things to note about this property. Registration is at the beautiful building shown in the advertised picture but the actual room for non golfers was in a nameless faceless building which looked like an annex. Once inside it was very nice. The room was clean and well appointed. There is no breakfast. Best to stop by a grocery store for breakfast and snacks. The room has a keurig machine and an electric kettle. Our keurig spewed out all the grounds with the coffee which I could not drink. There are snacks in the room and a fully stocked bar but the prices are very high. Finally we stayed 2 nights but we did not get \"refreshed\" their word by the maid service after 1st night. I did not like that so I would ask if maid service covers every night you plan to stay. However at the end of day when we were about to leave our car battery died. I called the front desk and they sent someone out right away to jump start our car. To save money in an expensive area where most hotels are $300 a night I will gladly recommend this place.
