Room was dirty. Questionable dark brown stuff on curtains. Air conditioner makes terrible noise. Shower fixtures are supposed to be silver...some are black. Room smelled terrible. Worst hotel stay EVER. Breakfast was minimal. Cold sausage and water eggs. Pool has been closed for approximately 2 years according to desk staff. Manager was supposed to call me. I have yet to hear from them. I could go on. Find somewhere else to stay. Expedia was no help, either.

Breakfast contained no protein, no fruit. Just pancakes and cereal.
Pool and jacuzzi were closed and apparently you will be closed for the next two weeks.
Fridge in the room was not cold and our food was warm in the morning.
There was left over food in the fridge from the prior occupant.
The paint in the tub was pealing off. There was a white coating over the drain.
The road to the hotel, was broken up and full of pot holes. You had to be careful.
The hanging baskets outside were tattered and nearly falling down. The grass was not trimmed on the edges. It literally reminded me of a haunted house.
There was visible dirt on the carpeted steps to the room.
I could feel the dirt on the bottom of my bare feet in the room on the hard non carpeted floor.
Check in staff did great after explaining that check in took extra long because “it’s really hard to figure out the Expedia reservations.”
I am not making any of this up!!

The room itself was fine. The bathroom needed some updates but was ok. The pool was closed for the unforeseeable future with no mention of that at time of booking, that was really disappointing for my children especially. The entire hotel was in need of a good cleaning.

Holes in the wall in bathroom, terrible repairs of bathroom plaster and discolored chaulking, towels were very worn out,no fan in bathroom,bed was lumpy and squeaky, tv was very blurry, every channel. And VERY overpriced! I can’t believe we had to pay $200.00 for this room!

Pool is closed until further notice according to a sign on the front desk. Breakfast was 6am-9am we got down there at 6:20 and the eggs and sausage were nearly gone. Our room was quiet and the beds were fine. Maybe 10 channels on the tv. The bathroom was dirty I used Clorox wipes to clean off the counter top and the side of the tub has dirty water drips down it. The floors are newer but cracked in several places. The room was cold. We tried to turn the heat on but it smelled so we dealt with the cold. For a quick stay it’s sort of reasonable.

It was a clean room. The numbers of the rooms were all messed up,not in order like other hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was never full only had cereal and milk,waffles,coffee, eggs and sausage were always empty. They need to put on their website that pool is closed! Drove 5 hours to see daughter and grandchildren, told them we were going swimming but pool was closed. Need to do something with their parking lot half gravel,half blacktop. Good thing grandchildren got fishing poles for their birthday at least we could take them fishing.

If i could give 0 stars i would, the fire alarm went off every time you turned the light switch on and our friends in another rooms tv did not work. Pool and hot tub closed under construction. Hotel smelled and was unclean, there were only 2 oyher guests besides us and they went to complainright after arriving as well and got no help. Asked the front desk about their refund policy and she refused to tell us or help in any way. Ended up leaving within 10 minutes and gping to a different hotel. Went to the holiday inn across the street and they said they get multiple custkmers a day that come because they refuse to stay here. Want a refund but noone seems to care to help. DO NOT COME

I don’t usually do reviews unless it is warranted. This property should not be a Quality Inn. It is a former Country Inns and Suites. The desk clerk was not welcoming. When I asked about the pool I was told it wasn’t open. Don’t think the owner has any intention to fix this. The room was dark. Small TV. Only 6 channels. No ability to use streaming services. The room was filthy. Dust on headboard. Tub is completely cracked and pealing. Worst of all I pulled back bedding and the sheets were stained and evidence of tobacco or something like it on the sheets. Health and motel inspectors should close this

We actually ended up with 3 rooms. Not one of them were in working order or clean. The lobby bathroom was never cleaned the whole time we stayed and was disgusting. As for our room our bathroom was dirty as were the others one actually had cleaning rags in it. The tubs and sinks looked like they had a spray on them to coat the old one but it was peeling everywhere and again wasn’t cleaned. Our curtains were falling off the hooks and we were missing lampshades.

Unfortunately I booked while on the road and did not see the property ahead of arrival and made the mistake of a non refundable too. I booked it because of the ‘kitchenette’ and need to freeze cold packs for travel. Instead it turned out to be a dirty sink, unclean microwave and small frig. The room in general was poor for cleanliness it had pet hair & stains on chairs/sofa so they we’re unusable. Staff was pleasant.

When got there the place looked abandon,shut down, and parking lot had no vehicles parked in it.
Called to make sure it was open. Wish i would of taken pictures.
Checkin wasnt good. Pool was closed un useable. Then had double reservations. Then checked out 4 rooms from bathroom being dirty i u could write my name on the dirt in tub. 2nd one had hair and wiskers over counter and sink. 3rd one the bathroom had fruit flies or fleas in the bathroom all over. 4th one had dirty socks on the floor so showed rooms arenot clean. from last occupient. We need to get to my daughter wedding rehearsal so took last room but decided i couldnt stay there went back handed in my keys. was told they dont give refunds has to be done with booking company. Drove by hotel daily the most cars i ever saw was maybe 6 cars in parking lot.They were mostly construction /company businesses vehicles.

Upon checking in, room was horrible. No phone, not enough lighting or lamps, no tv, smelled musty/moldy, shower curtain had mold at bottom of it. We were moved to another room because we complained. 2nd room brighter, had phone and tv but that horrible smell still very heavy.
We were not informed, nor was it written anywhere, that to actually watch tv, you had to enter a code.
That smell followed me home. It permeated all my clothes, my duffelbag and my suitcase.
Will not stay there again.

Had two rooms for two nights, very outdated. The bathroom only had two bath towels and one wash cloth, that is it. No hand towels. The complementary shampoo and conditioner was used (it was more than half gone) The pool is broken!!! The free breakfast is gross, the eggs were slimy and the coffee machine is broken. The beds could use an update, not very comfortable.

This hotel was by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no ventilation in the room. The floors were laminate. Moisture was so bad that water was pooling on the floors. It made the floor very slippery. The TV was tiny and barely worked. You could tel the room was not cleaned very thoroughly. When I called the front desk about the issues, I was told they were booked up. When I checked out, I told them the issues and the manager told me I should have called them because he would have moved me. Seems like a breakdown in the communication. We did not dare try the breakfast just based on the overall cleanliness, we assumed the food area was not a safe bet. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

The room was spacious and clean. We personally didn't like the vinyl plank floors. The bathroom was quite small and didn't have enough towels or towel bars/hooks. We could find no information about the time frame for breakfast, when we went to the breakfast area at 9:00 there were no eggs or sausages. We were told they couldn't provide any because breakfast ended at 9:00. Also, the coffee was like water and we couldn't get the juice dispenser to work.

Buyer Beware!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

-Pool had been closed for months and will remain closed for months. However the website won't tell you that.

- When we got to our room the faucet in the bathtub was running and would not turn off. Bolts and piece were strewn about the bathroom counter.

- A guy showed up to "fix" the bath with a steak knife in his hand. Then didn't fix anything and told us maintainence would be up to fix it. Like who was this guy??

- They said they were fully booked and couldn't give us a different room, also said we couldn't get a refund or even a discount. After relentless expressing our displeasure. They did "find" us a new room.

- After going to bed late that night we discovered only one of our queen beds had a comforter on it. The other one only had a waffle blanket and decorative cover. When I called the front desk they said they would bring one up for us. But when they arrived they said they only had these and handed us another waffle blanket. Turns out the waffle blanket they did give us was full of holes!!!

This place was nothing but a disaster from the moment you walk in to see the "Pool Closed" sign and your kid starts crying. Avoid this place!!! No matter how much money you think you are saving, it is not worth it.

Our experience at the Quality was certainly not terrible. The staff checking us in was friendly. She did let us know about some quirks that the room had, namely you had to leave the light switch on for the TV to work. Which didnt matter because when we turned the TV on there were no channels to watch anyway. When we walked in there was a large sign on the door that stated the pool was closed. Which was unfortunate. We had a nine year old with us who had been looking forward to swimming. No mention on the actual Quality Inn/Choice Hotels website that it was not currently available. The room was tidy. But the hotel in general was just showing signs of wear and maybe a little lack of TLC.

Upon arriving, we waited about 30 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk for check in. A better system is needed when an employee needs to step away. There are parts that are being nicely updated (like the flooring in the rooms), but there are other areas that are either very rundown, not renovated well, or just dirty.
