Parking was easy, enough parking slots available. Staff at the front desk was courteous and professional. They did not charge a deposit but then the room said it all. Room was clean but not very well kept. For my one night stay it was ok.

The towels were fraying. The pillows were old and need replacing. Breakfast bar was very different from other super 8's I have stayed At. Not much to choose from.
The king bed was very comfortable except the pillows
Great location. Quiet area. Walk to down town is very close.

The only thing that annoyed me a LOT was Wyndham multiple emails 14 that evening and three more in the morning
Most just repetitive and very unnecessary
I try to block them or contacting them to remove my email from their files but they are still coming today

Room was clean, furniture and bed were very hard to sit and sleep, pillows were hard as a rock.
Parking lot is on a slope that would make it hard for someone in a wheelchair to access any room.

The only thing that makes this tolerable is the restaurant that is at the back of the parking lot, which has great food, super service and prices that are more than reasonable.

I got locked out my room accidentally and had to use the Ring doorbell to get someone up at 6 am. Fellow extremely rude and not liking the requirement of good customer service in a service industry. The night staff who kept the office open until 10:30 pm was great!

This super 8 was close to restaurants on Main Street! The bed was comfortable and appeared to be somewhat new and not old! The room was updated and dated at the same time! If you’re traveling and wanted to stay the night this wasn’t a bad place to stay! Especially for $150 CAD.

The parking lot is convenient but also quite busy. The rooms were average but very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. No microwave in rooms but very roomy mini fridge. Basic tv, not a smart tv that we could connect to but that was ok as we didn't spend much time in the room. Steps away (shared parking lot, which might be why it was so busy) with the best restaurant/pub in town, moose mulligans, and a short walk down to the marina/water. The breakfast that is included is very minimal (bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt) coffee and tea, but that's ok we weren't expecting much more. Everything is in walking distance (beach, restaurants, mini golf, distillery, ice cream, food trucks). Very very minimal housekeeping was provided, but we didn't mind. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay and will be coming back here again. Thank you, super 8 sicamous.

This property is located in a great spot. The room appeared to be clean but there were BED BUGS. Worker would not come to the room to look and see the bed bugs for himself.Worker told us we would get 20%off and he would spray the room. When Expedia contacted the worker, the worker denied any bed bugs to Expedia. Very disappointed only 20% was reimbursed and only spraying the room. I contacted Public Health BC and unfortunately they do not deal with bed bugs and so I guess this Super 8 will get away with just a spray and rent the room out again. In Alberta bed bugs are dealt with by Public Health. This was very disruptive as we were up at 3:00am with bites and could not get anyone at the emergency phone number. Had no sleep and our day was ruined (actually our whole vacation was ruined). Had to shorten our vacation as my spouse reacted to the bites terribly and was seen in emergency twice. When we arrived home this incident took more of our time to deal with our belongings and ourselves properly to make sure our own home would not be infested.NOT HAPPY!

Rooms are old. Run down..holes in the couch. The sofa bed is from the Three's Company set. The toilet ran all day for 4 days. The shower rod is held on by a piece of chewing gum. The water pressure is awful and you have to get next to the wall in order to shower. Location is good. AC works well. Parking lot is full of people that go to mooses pub..so nowhere to park.

location was convenient, very walkable. The room was dirty. Dust everywhere, floors covered in dirt dust and hairs, hairs in tub and sink, stains and thick layers of dust on lamp shades. Sheets seemed clean enough but the room seemed like it hadn't been used in a year. Breakfast was fine, pretty basic. Certainly overpriced for what you get.

The photos that you view do not match with my experience at this property. There is no view of the beach at this property! Rooms look different than photos. Breakfast provided but did not have anything but coffee. Breakfast stuff did not look clean. Location was okay.
