I arrived at 11am very tired and was immediately able to check into my room. The room was spacious and clean. I used the pool and breakfast was good, you could order omelettes at the counter. All the staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is located close to a mall and lots of eating places so no need for a taxi in the evening. Recommend and would stay again!

Hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the supermarket in the mall below is handy for additional snacks. I got a free upgrade to a suite and the room was nice and spacious, comfortable and clean. There was some noise however from the building work in the mall below but I was still able to enjoy my stay.

Nicest hotel staff and great value

Enjoyed four days in Salalah, and in particular the very professional and caring staff at the Salalah restaurant, whether at the front desk, the lobby cafe, or the pool. Great beach option, available by bus transfer, and lots to see in and around town. Highly recommended!

I like the staff, especially Fatimah from the reception, she is careful about the details, very helpful and makes things easier and more smoothly. The hotel is connected to the mall. The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed for 1 night only so experience was limited.
A large pool with drinks, snacks and dining options is a big plus, used it immediately after check in to relax after my long flight.
A contemporary shopping mall with usual brands and grocery supermarket (Carrefour) is literally steps away but You'd be hard pressed to find the shortest way back into hotel, I didn't :-) Seems some signposting work is required.
Overall good hotel, ebookers price is a bargain, recommended!

The Gardens Mall Hotel

Perfect spot which is super clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my one day stay. The staff were exceptionally amazing, thanks to Marvie and Mujeeb. Also thanks to all the restaurant staff for the outstanding service. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our short trip. We absolutely loved the The Gardens Mall . It is furnished to an exceptional standard. Would recommend it to anyone looking fall all in one.

A wonderful stay in Salalah

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the location as everything you need is a few steps downstairs. It’s a few minutes drive from the air port and it’s a good starting point to every place you want to visit in Salalah. The Mall walk is beautiful and the brand Cafés around makes the place a great gathering area for friends and families. In my next visit to Salalah, the Gardes Hotel will definitely be my first choice. Thank you for making our stay so special.

A hotel of a high standard

Salalah Gardens Hotel is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Salalah. It's attached to a mall, so there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and the location makes it easy to get around. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel had everything you could ask for. My room and the hotel in general were clean. This hotel is perfect for anyone who don't want to stay at an isolated beach hotel.

Stayed here as part of our Oman tour. Staff and service is excellent as is the breakfast. The location is as good as can be. You are connected to a massive mall, restuarants and a cinema. I would highly recommend - great value

Just like the country and it’s local residents working in and around the hotel are extremely pleasing friendly and forthcoming.

Any help you need is just a person away. The property is managed well and caters to all the travellers needs with Carrefour on the ground level.

Just a small recommendation if the sea food could be highlighted more and affordable coz an Omani lobster comes at a cost of RO17 which is equivalent to the day car hire.

Cheers team salalah gardens. Thank you for the upgrade it was indeed welcoming.

Good hotel close to the airport, huge rooms

Good hotel close to the airport on top of a small mall with a lot of empty shops, but it has Mcdonalds a lot of coffee shops and a Carrefour in it.
Rooms are huge, clean and quiet. the hotel itself is huge and like us we had a good 300 m walk to our rooms . Easy access to the mall as lifts are throughout the corridors that take you straight to it.

I like travelling around the world , but this hotel within our country is amazing .
-what a nice & comfortable pillow ever try in other hotels.
-If u ask for sth it take a few minibus & u get what u want.
-location and services all around: mall, coffee shop & restaurant, cinema, Spa, kids zone.
-staff helpful and always smile.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. It was attached to the mall so very easy to go shopping, find restaurants, and even traditional shops for Oman treasures. We rented a car and drove in both directions to see the amazing landscape Oman has to offer. The breakfast buffet was good, but I was disappointed there was no bacon, especially as it's pictured on the breakfast sign in the lobby! The suite we had was so spacious and comfortable and we loved the balcony. The housekeeping staff were excellent and responded quickly to our requests. Air conditioning was great. Wifi was good unless you were out on the balcony but it worked well outside in the pool area. Rooms are quite a distance from the lobby and restaurant so if you have difficulty walking, request a room closer. Our biggest disappointment was that the pool closed at 7 pm and it would have been nice to use it in the evening after returning from sightseeing. The pool man was not very friendly at all and told us to leave the pool at 6:50 and then he proceeded to throw chemicals into the water and then disappeared. Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful though.

The hotel location was convenient close to shopping mall, many cafés and resturaunts, and easy to find transportation. I was happy with the hotel comfort room but there was aunts everywhere in the room, even in the bed. The elevator to the lobby was too far away from my room specially walking with luggage. breakfast was OK. The staff were so friendly always with smile.

My husband and I spent three nights in Salalah, and found the hotel to be well located to exploring the sites. It is not close to the beach, but is close to other attractions, restaurants and the mall. The staff was very courteous and was willing to help in any way possible.
