We had a very disappointing and frustrating start to our trip. The hotel was overbooked and we waited 1.5 hours to check in. We were given a handicapped room in another building and were woken up at 2am (got into the room after midnight) by staff knocking on the door asking if we had ordered a cot. We had not. We then had to be out in the am and wait for a day to be assigned the room we had originally booked. The first night was not what we had booked.
The rest of the stay was great. Loved the pool, the staff there and the restaurants we dined at. Nobu was our favorite.

Good hotel and great location. Services, bed linen and amenities are not compatible with 5 stars, it's more of a 4 stars... Not having a minibar to put your personal items is a negative point, the minibar is fully stocked and if you move any item an automatic charge of 55 usd is charged even without consumption.

When I arrived on 4/8 they did not have the room you booked with me and was forced to take a crappy room in the back of the hotel. They offered me a $ 100 credit but I was tired and said we would check it out. Well we had a room that had no view of anything but the Cooling tower and the roof.It was so bad that we did know we were in Vegas. Next day went to complain to the manager said we were getting $ 150 off room and no $ 60/ day charge for what they call incidentals, which was fair. On the 4/10 day did not change charges and another Manager said there was nothing in my file. Well by 4/13 am got my bill and still no credits and kept charging $ 60/day. They eventually only credit me the sixty and never dot the $ 150. Worst front desk service ever

The property is on an ideal location on the strip. There is a great deal available to do, shop and eat just in Caesars. However, there were some issues we encountered. We reserved and paid for a room with a king sized bed but was told we were getting 2 full beds instead and only after complaining, I was \"upgraded\" to a king. We were there for 5 days and two out of the five days our room wasn't cleaned. It would have been three except I complained, and they sent someone in. To compensate us, they gave us extra washcloths and extra shampoo's/conditioners. Not exactly helpful as that is available in every room anyway

We attempted to check in at midnight because our flight was canceled, but the line was almost 80 people deep. We left and tried again at 2:00am with an even longer line and less counter agents. I cannot comment on the rest of the hotel because we stayed elsewhere. We needed to sleep. Hire more front desk receptionists.

Everything was good overall. I was a little disappointed they gave up my room because I arrived late and paid for the strip view but the manager did accommodate for partial view of the strip. As much money as we paid, you would think you would have free coffee in the morning since there is A kuereg in the room but you do have to pay for it. Rooms were okay but would suggest the cleaners pay more attention to the towels. Ours had stains on them and had to ask for new ones. If there’s stains, they should be discarded.
Other than that, I would stay again but wood like to see upgraded rooms.

Didn’t like much about Caesar at all. Our room was disgusting, dirty with hair and half the things didn’t work properly ( sink/ air con/ bulbs out). We stayed for a week in Paris Versailles suite and it was amazing. Stayed at most hotels on the strip and this would be in my bottom 3. Wouldn’t bother again.

The front staff are aggressive and unusually angry. They are not helpful, friendly or provide good service. They make you walk half a mile from your room when you’re already in the room and extended. If you checked in late and check out is 11 am, housekeeping still bang on your door at 9 am even with the do not disturb on the door. Stay at the Bellagio, customer service matters there.

The check in for the room was absolutely terrible. I was traveling with 2 young children and had a check in time for 4pm. After a full day of traveling we arrived at the hotel to check in, just for our room to not be ready…at 4pm. I called back multiple times but never received a call back. After 3 hours I went back and the room was finally ready, and they stated they called us but never did. The room wasn’t actually ready until after 6pm, 2 hours after the check in time.
Other then the check in the resort was great and had a good time.

Nice hotel. Mostly a good stay although one female bartender was quite rude at the circle bar area next to the lobby. Took a long time to serve and was unhelpful, then when she didn’t receive a tip because of her attitude, she was overheard complaining to a colleague about not getting a tip. Best tip I could give her was to try being more friendly!

Providing an abridged version of my stay but happy to pass along the full details if asked. Stayed at Caesars April 2-6 of 2026. 4 rooms booked by my family of 8. In town for my sister’s wedding. Wife attempted to check in 3 times. Room was not ready on the first 2 tries, which is totally fine. The problem was treatment. All 3 front desk workers were rude and seemed annoyed that we were there, culminating in the 3rd lady yelling at my wife unprovoked. Room was below average for the price point. We booked “premium fountain view” rooms. View was obstructed at best and furniture was is in poor condition but otherwise fine. My party continued to experience bad customer service throughout the stay, especially at bars and gaming tables. Bartenders maintained an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by taking our orders. Dealers were openly annoyed when sitting at empty tables. Craps dealer full on yelled at the bride for a bad throw in her first ever try. She was not intoxicated and not acting in an obnoxious manner. Spent about $10k. Had another $15k to spend on gaming, food, etc.. outside of the pre-made reservations. Took that money off-property. I recommend NOT staying at Caesars if you value customer service. Spoke to a property manager to relay the poor experience and was apologized to profusely. Didnt expect anything but was offered a 2-night comp stay if we were willing to give them a second chance but have yet to receive any offer.

The rooms are clean but not very modern. The hallway are gross . They use AI machine to sweep the floors and there was food and trash that stayed on the floor 2/4 days of our stay. I was surprised how many days it sat there. So disgusting. Check in Staff completely unhelpful! I received an email for early check in for $35. I paid it before we even got on the flight! They couldn’t find I paid I showed them the email and they still charged me $65 for early check in! And when we got there the room wasn’t ready! It was only a 35 min wait which was not bad at all! But then I received the email that the room was ready I was bounce from a person to a kiosk to a person to finally get the key to the room! I got an email asking about check-in and I gave a poor review and they credited me $50. Which was nice it helped with checkout price. We ate breakfast every morning at cafe Americano the staff there fantastic! Food delicious! Peter something I can’t remember but I know it’s a steak house and the staff and food was outstanding! We did get locked out of our room. We left the room key in the room completely our fault. Security has no sense of urgency. But once she arrive it was smooth getting into the room. I did leave my phone at a slot! And someone took $80 cash that sucked but security did have my phone but only 1 person was working the security desk so that was a nice long wait. So that was irritating you would think they would have more for help!

While our stay was mostly positive, with good facilities both in the room and throughout the hotel, it was unfortunately overshadowed by several issues that left a sour impression.
After checking in and making our way to our room, we discovered that our key cards didn’t work. Rather than making the 15-minute walk back to the lobby, we called the front desk to report the issue. They responded promptly and said they would contact security to assist us; however, it took around 30 minutes for someone to arrive.
When security finally showed up, they were unable to grant access and had to call a locksmith, which resulted in an additional 30-minute wait. In total, we spent over an hour waiting in the corridor before we were finally able to enter our room.
Once inside, we were told we needed to contact the front desk again to have the issue resolved and new key cards issued. When we did, we were met with a staff member who was, frankly, quite rude and showed little empathy for the inconvenience we had experienced. Given the situation, even a small gesture—such as offering a late checkout—would have gone a long way, but this was not offered, and we were instead required to pay for it.

In addition, the room itself did not fully meet expectations. It was described as quiet, yet noise from a nearby club made it very difficult to sleep. There was also no space in the fridge to store personal items, and the shower lacked full directional control, meaning you had to stand directly against

Room was dusty, there was a rip out of the carpet. You can’t use the fridge because it’s completely dry stocked. Staff at the check in counter were not helpful, and were condescending. They approved an upgrade, but didn’t provide the upgrade. The check in is right beside the casino and it is impossible to hear. You have to pay an additional charge for resort fees, but yet there was no room service for 3 days, we had to take out our garbage, beds were never made, towels were left at the door stoop.

The building/ property/ pool are all nice.

Not family friendly. The layout is casino centric so good luck trying to get to the lobby from the room avoid the harmful smoke. Terrible service across the board. Call front desk? Be prepared to hold for 20 minutes. Check in/check out is a nightmare. Very few people manning the front desk leading to long lines. It seems squeezing the customers of every possible dollar is the only focus for the hotel and all staff. If you’re not careful, the sneaky crooks will do a number on you. Expect a minibar expense by default, which you will have to fight to reconcile and remove. Will not recommend to anyone.

Don’t try to check in early because they will charge you an arm and a leg. Don’t check out 5 minutes because you will be charge $60. Customer service the worst.

You can’t check in early, but they do have you at least an hour in line when everyone is checking in at the same time. Not very efficient.

If your room has a Strip view or are you upgrade to a strip view I would ask where it is. We had a wonderful view of construction a side highway and partial strip. Upon check out I did mention that it was not a great View and and the lady checking us out tried to argue that it was still a partial view. For the amount I paid I was very disappointed. However they did make it right and wave to the fee. But still charged resort fees on top of my Expedia price. Apparently the Expedia prices don't include the resort fee.

The room itself was a good size, clean, with a nice bathroom area. However, I didn’t like that the refrigerator was completely full of “for sale” drinks, and a note that if anything gets moved (even if not consumed), you will be charged. So no refrigerator, no microwave, and no room coffee unless you purchase the “for sale” coffee (and nothing was priced so you had no idea of the cost). No included breakfast.

Shower fixtures didn’t work . The holder to hold the hand wand would not stay up it kept falling. And the shower converter valve was loose so water is coming out of the showerhead up top and the hose. I expected more.

The location of this hotel is unmatched. The pool staff was especially attentive. There are many good restaurants inside the property, cafe americano was our favorite, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Our only complain is the lack of fridge in the room, we got a premium room and assumed that something as basic as a fridge would be included.

The rooms were pretty banged up and wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had black stains/dirt on them when we checked in, but housekeeping quickly got us a new set when we requested it. The carpet was very dirty, and there was trash left behind in the closet. The mini bar and refrigerator are there just to remind you how much Caesar's hates its guests, it seems like. They have a Keurig in the room, but they charge $24 for the kcups. If you try to use the in-room refrigerator, they warn you that you will be charged a restocking fee if anything is moved. After the first night of our visit, one of our room keys stopped working, and we had a lot of trouble getting a new key. This was just not a good experience, but we chose to stay here to make it easy to see Jennifer Lopez at the Colosseum.
