Will take your breath away!

This place is amazing..the breakfast is yhe only thing lacking but who cares. Beautiful location with beach access and nearby restaurant and bar. Just enchanting!

Franco was delightful and provided fantastic service, thank you again,
Properly is a bit run down and could use a renovation.
We were a bit shocked at having to pay for beach chairs and towels.
The hotel has a lovely view of the ocean which the best part.

Rooms are bare minimum - we had one plug socket for example. Entire hotel is dated and straight from the 60s. Breakfast is basic and the nearby beach is crowded and restaurant overpriced. If you also don't like sleeping there is a nightclub nearby blasting music until 1am every night to ruin your holiday. We also had no water for a day. Terrible hotel

Picturesque location

We stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Lovely location with picturesque views over the ocean.

Suggestions: the rooms don’t have coffee facilities, so we bought a travel kettle and our own coffee etc.

the atmosphere of the hotel calamosca was magical during the spring. the beach was clean and secluded, the room was organized and the view was gorgeous. I did not get a change to try la terazza but the landscape, the manicuring and the overall vibe of this location was amazing. I cant wait to go back one day.

This hotel is completely dated and in real need of refurbishment. It takes up a unique spot in Calamosca Bay, by being the only hotel there, however, the whole footprint of the hotel seems fractured due to the size and deteriorating areas. Firstly don’t be mislead by the wording Hotel Ristorante Calamosca, the restaurant next door shares the same building, but, it is not a part of the hotel and is not even connected internally. Check is not until 3pm, which is an hour later than most hotels, the interior of the hotel is completely worn and broken, the rooms are very sparse and uninviting, if you have cone to relax in the evening forget it as there is a club right next door with extremely loud music to the early hours, and I mean loud! There is a garden which looks out onto the sea, however, there is a charge to use the beds of €10, which is crazy. Considering the price of the rooms, the breakfast on offer is bland, with a limited selection. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, we will visit again.

Amazing location, friendly staff, just the pillow not so soft, you need to pay 10eur if yiu wish to stay in sunbed during the day, but just amazing as there is a small beach right next to it, amazing view, there is also a park if you like hiking.

So disappointing - book elsewhere

Unfortunately we should've taken note of the poor reviews.
A very disappointing experience. It seems the hotel is slowly improving its rooms but we unfortuately had a hill view room which was disgusting.It should not be given out to paying guests.
Mouldy bathroom,loose wires from extractor fan,lingering smokers smell(smoke alarm covered by a shower cap!) and soiled sheets. We had booked for 5 nights but after arriving late and a very uncomfortable night fully clothed we checked out at first opportunity.
Breakfast seemed adequate but didn't have the stomach for it.
They did not honour their cancellation policy and didn't have the courtesy to even respond to an email.
As we found, there are plenty of wonderful, good value rooms available in Cagliari which offer so much more for a lot less.
If you book a sea view room it may be different but soiled sheets reflect poor housekeeping at the very least.
Would not recommend.

The restaurant located next to the property is fabulous. I would suggest getting the water view renovated room, it was nice she said the normal ones are not renovated so I think they would be quite bad. The grounds on the property were not really well maintained like the grass was long and messy. But it has a beach within 2 minutes walk and you can walk to the Poetto beach within 15 minutes.

Rooms are much worse then shown. Have the rooms (standard) are old and worn out. You have to get inside the bathtub to take a shower which has no curtain. Avoid those. “Deluxe “ rooms are newer but start getting there. AC units located on the bed side so the cold air blows over your bed - you will probably wake up sick with cold.
Also no rooms have mini fridges unlike advertised when booking.

What a great little hotel this is! I was nearly put off by the negative reviews but I'm so glad I wasn't.

Yes its an older hotel and does need some modernisation but it is what it is, a comfy hotel, right on the beach at an affordable rate!

Don't be put off, its a 10 minute drive to down town Cagliari and the airport, its right on a beach and the area is really quiet. I didn't try the restaurant but other guests said it was amazing.

Hotel is close to beach and really nice views but other that not brilliant breakfast poor just sandwiches with cheese and any jogurt poor choice,restaurant really cold when you eat not heating maybe they save money for heating..we try order some food so not open restaurant because water issues nothing around hotel to eat so you must order pizza haha from othere restaurant ....just views and nothing else! :)

Great location, excellent service

Great location right next to the beach. The territory around the hotel could use some improvement, but if what you're interested in is the nature and the sea -- and that's what you should be interested in! -- just go for it. There's also a nice restaurant in the hotel itself.

The hotel is located right on the water, just south of the city of Cagliari, with a beautiful view. The room was quite basic, but had a balcony again with a fine view of the sea. The restaurant on-sight I found to be overpriced. Breakfast buffet was also very basic, with no hot food.

Ok if want to get away from busy center

The hotel is rated as 3 start but more like a 2 star. Room very basic but bathrooms nice and modern. Close to own beach but get there early as gets very crowded when good weather. Breakfast very basic not much to choose from. But hotel is only 15 minutes away from town centre by taxi or can take 2 buses to get there that run quite well during the day.

Beautiful sea view room

Tranquil location, beautiful surroundings. You don't feel the city vibe of Cagliari and can truly relax! Went during the low season and got a room with sea view. Room had the basic necessities, but who cares when you have a better view than in Cagliari ;) we didn't have a car, but it was easy to take a quick taxi ride to the city center. Alternatively you can walk about 10 minutes to get a bus. But having a car definitely makes everything much easier ;). Oh and loved the receptionist Juliano, very helpful!

Accoglienza ottima da parte del personale, molto gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato la bellissima vista mare dalla camera al secondo piano. Un po’ meno alcuni dettagli del bagno. I dintorni si prestano a belle escursioni a piedi e il centro città’ è facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliato a chi ama natura ed essenzialità. Torneremo!

Ett hotell som tyvärr har haft sina glansdagar. Läget är 5+ men det var lite off och svårt att få taxi att köra dit bussar gick på dagen väldigt frekvent.

Rummet i sig var helt med sakerna inne började gå sönder såsom dusch/solskydd.

Facile à trouver. Très accessible. Parking privé Hôtel un peu vieillot mais très propre. Personnel très agréable. La chambre est grande. Petit déjeuner sur une terrasse en bord de mer vraiment super! Pas mal de choix pour le buffet. Hôtel proche de Cagliari mais en bord de mer! Super!

Chambre spartiate mais convenable. Pas de réfrigérateur. Plomberie délicate. Petit déjeuner de qualité très moyenne (peu de fruit de saison, jus industriel et non frais, confiture quelconque, idem pour charcuterie et fromage…)
Espace de petit déjeuner trop camping.
Liaison avec le restaurant d’à coté à créer, plage à inclure dans le coût de l’hôtel.

Perfect location, the staff is helpfull and read your needs in advance. Basic breakfast. 1 amazing restaurant and 1 lounge bar with food option close by. Two option for the beaches, stones/ sand, and stone only. Both very valid and perfect to relax and enjoy your get away holidays. For the more adventurous you will find your own caletta few minutes away along the coast line

Hotel muito velho!! Quartos bem antigos. Lençóis ruins e os banheiros são muito velhos e apertados.
A única coisa que salvou foi o ar condicionado.

O hotel fica em um lugar onde não aceita nenhum tipo de entrega de refeições e nem Uber .
O único restaurante que tem em baixo, além de ser caro , precisa ser agendado com antecedência e só abre para o jantar .
Sendo assim, apesar da praia , a localização para ficar muitos dias deixa a deseja .
O quarto não tem geladeira, então água gelada , é impossível. Fazendo 39 graus no verão , não tínhamos como ter água fresca e nem ao menos comprar em algum lugar .
O café da manhã , simples , mas nem lá tinha alguma bebida com gelo.
Precisam se adequar para as épicas de calor .
O ar condicionado: excelente .
Limpeza também todos os dias bem feita .
A estrita do hotel deixa a desejar porque além de não terem nenhum serviço de alimentação, também não se esforçam para ajudar nesse sentido .
Não voltaria a ficar hospedado por tanto tempo nesse hotel .
Foram 9 dias de bebida quente e ter que sair todos os dias para comer , porque não ia entrega .

Es ist schlicht mit eine wunderschöne meer aussicht,sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Es ist kostengünstig ,es hat ein legere frühstück aber man vehungert nicht und wenn jemand spezial wünsche hat versuchen sie zu erfüllen. Einzige was mich geärgert hat das wir kein Kühlschrank im zimmer haten ,man bot uns die möglichkeit unsere getränke in denn küchen Kühlschrank abzugeben was wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben denn ich gehe nicht um 2 uhr nachts nach wasser fragen .Es ist auch empfehlenswert mit dem Auto zu gehen .

Wir waren zur Hochzeit meiner besten Freundin in diesem Hotel- gebucht über Expedia, drei Personen mit Meerblick. Statt eines festlichen Anlasses erlebten wir jedoch massives Fehlverhalten der Hotelbesitzerin. Das Brautpaar hatte Monate zuvor direkt gebucht und angezahlt, bekam aber ein viel zu kleines Zimmer völlig ungeeignet für Brautkleid & Fotos. Wir bekamen ein schönes großes Zimmer, darüber beschweren wir uns auch nicht jedoch über den Umgang mit dem von der Besitzerin nicht gehaltenen Versprechen ggü. dem Brautpaar…

Statt Fehler einzugestehen, unterstellte die Besitzerin meiner Schwester, sie hätte unter falschem Namen den Check in vorgenommen (wir waren ein Tag vorher da… also Quatsch) , und mir, ich hätte absichtlich das bessere Zimmer gewählt beides völlig haltlos. Besonders verletzend: Diese Vorwürfe wurden vor der Braut geäußert. Das Verhalten war nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern hinterlistig und verletzend.

Hinzu kommt: Unsere Zimmerkategorie war online weiterhin buchbar… zählen sie selbst 1&1 zusammen...

Frühstück enttäuschend (Eier kosten extra), Zimmer an sich groß, sauber, Housekeeping sehr freundlich, das einzig Positive.

Aber: Wer Ehrlichkeit, Rückgrat und Respekt erwartet, besonders zu einem besonderen Anlass, sollte dieses Hotel dringend meiden.

The first two rooms we were allocated had a bad smell of mold and poorly indoor clima. Both of them were on ground floor. The third one were on first floor, and was alright.
The hotel is old fashioned, but has a beautiful view of the sea.

Absolument ravi !

Chambre spacieuse et proximité avec la plage familiale, confortable lorsqu’on voyage avec enfants de 3 ans.
Petit déjeuner répétitif mais fait très bien l’affaire.
Chambre nettoyer chaque jour, et la vue avec la chambre face mer est exceptionnelle !!! Nous avons eu le bonheur de petit déjeuner 3 fois avec un bal de dauphin au large, merveilleuse expérience !!
Le vrai bemol si vous ne louez pas de voiture c’est le choix de la restauration pour le midi et le soir, bien que le bus desserve pas mal de lieu cette contrainte est quand même en prendre en compte. (Bus 1€30 aller chaque 20 minutes à peu près) sinon taxi jusqu’au supermarché (environ 20€ aller retour)
Le bar de l’hôtel est complet et permet une dégustation de cocktails à moindre coût jusqu’à très tard le soir face mer et coucher de soleil.
La plage privée est superbe et bien agencé , prévoir chaussure d’eau puisque directement sur les rocher en couple idéal, avec enfant préféré la plage calamosca en dehors de l’hôtel à 1 minute à pied!!

Das Hotel war sauber und angenehm. Die Zimmer waren mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, das Badezimmer war super sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig (wenig Verkehr). Das Personal war jeden Tag sehr bemüht und freundlich. Auch Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir an der Rezeption erhalten. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber für uns perfekt.
