I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach. The rooms were super-well equipped and the staff very helpful. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach!

We loved every minute of our stay. I booked an apartment for my 89 year old mother, my daughter, my 1 year old grandson and myself and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I especially appreciated how accommodating everyone was from the kitchen at the restaurant making a special dinner for us on our first night there to reserving a table for us at breakfast everyday so that my mom wouldn’t have to go up and down a few steps with her food. There was a high chair waiting for the baby at the table every morning! We are Marriott vacation club owners and travel a lot. I can honestly say, that I have never received the kind of service anywhere else like I just experienced these last 4 days at Das Ahlbeck Hotel & Spa. Great and friendly staff with super comfy beds! Thank you to everyone there that took great care of us from beginning to end!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Das Ahlbeck Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Spabereich und die hervorragende Lage zum Strand sind perfekt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Als sehr nette Geste gab es zum Geburtstag eine Flasche Secco im Eiskübel, vielen Dank dafür noch einmal.
Das Ahlbeck ist ein wunderbares Hotel, direkt am Strand und Promenade, perfekt ausgestattet und wirklich zu empfehlen.

We had a small but tastefully decorated room with a small balcony towards west with beautiful evening sun. The only thing we were missing was air-condition. The air in the room stod absolutely still. Even with the balcony door wide open we didn't manage to get some air circulation. A big plus for the breakfast and the spa with the infinity pool.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage direkt an der Promenade. Essen im Restaurant abends gut zu angemessenen Preisen. Speisen fehlte teilweise etwas Würze. Personal freundlich. Der Family Spa Bereich ist etwas älter, das Wasser könnte wärmer sein. Spa Bereich für Erwachsene sehr schön mit tollen Blick über die Ostsee. Frühstück sehr gut, Obstauswahl könnte mehr variieren. Etwas für Kinder zum spielen wäre schön, hier gibt es nur einen Spieltisch mit Holzeisenbahn, auf welchen die Eisenbahnen fehlen.

Der Empfang und der Service im Restaurant war spitze. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Spinnweben übern Bett sollten auch nicht sein. Die Lage ist unmittelbar am Strand. Abends ist es durch die Strandpromenade aber auch sehr laut.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen vollumfänglich erfüllt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, insgesamt auch im Hotel kurze Wege. Tolles Frühstück. Eines der beiden gemieteten e-bikes war nicht voll geladen. Hier würde eine Endkontrolle vor Vermietung helfen. Hotel wird weiter empfohlen.

Zimmer mit teilweisem Meeresblick ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt! Die Lage in der ersten Reihe hervorragend und trotzdem hat man noch Platz für eine wunderschöne Terasse gelassen!

Super Lage direkt an der Promenade. Einzigartig ist der Infinitypool. Nachdem das Hotel in der Coronazeit wieder geöffnet hat, war erstaunlicherweise auch der Pool und einige Saunen geöffnet. Nutzung nur nach Anmeldung, was völlig ok ist. Traumhaft der Sonnenuntergang, den man vom Infinitypool geniessen kann.

Leider war das Zimmer in einem äußerst \"abgewohnten\" Zustand, 100,00 EUR/Nacht inkl. Frühstück wären angesichts der Auswahl beim Frühstück und des Wellness-Bereiches angemessen gewesen, mehr allerdings nicht. An der Rezeption habe ich den Zustand des Zimmers geschildert, wurde jedoch lediglich auf den beim Einchecken ausgehändigten Fragebogen mit dem Hinweis \"die Chefin liest jeden Fragebogen\" verwiesen. Was das Zimmer zumindest für die Zeit meines Aufenthaltes in keinen besseren Zustand versetzt hat. Hatte außerdem vor Anreise zweimal telefonischen Kontakt, beide Male mit einem sehr unfreundlichen, alles andere als hilfsbereiten Herrn das Vergnügen, ich hatte schon überlegt, den Aufenthalt zu stornieren. Allerdings war dieser Herr glücklicherweise eine Ausnahme, alle anderen Mitarbeiter/-innen im Hotel waren äußerst freundlich. Bei einem 4*S Haus habe ich eine höhere Erwartungshaltung als üblich - die von diesem Haus leider nur zu einem kleinen Teil erfüllt wurde.

Kontra: ziemlich teuer, eine klemmende Terassentür, Reinigung war zum teil hörbar da unser Zimmer direkt über dem Spa bzw. Wellnessbereich war und diese Abends gereinigt wurden.
