Comfortable room with free sauna and pool access

Great hotel with outdoor pool and a couple of Finnish saunas that are available for all guests (not open 24/7, but ask at reception for opening hours). Breakfast provided a good spread with GF options available.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub auf Usedom gemacht, mit der Absicht, uns verschiedene Orte auf der Insel anzuschauen sowie ein wenig Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Hierfür war das Hotel hervorragend geeignet auch wenn man kein Golfspieler ist. Man kann vom Hotel aus, ob mit Auto oder Rad, in verschiedene Richtungen starten und ist schnell in Ahlbeck, Svinemünde, Heringsdorf und Bansin oder auch im Schloss Mellenthin und kehrt dann gerne wieder in die Ruhe des Hotels in Korswandt zurück. Wenn man Lust hat, runden ein paar Saunagänge den Tag dann ab. Alles in allem ein Hotel für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Gutes und ruhiges Hotel, ein wenig abgelegen. Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe, aber leider mittlerweile starke Gebrauchsspuren. Frühstück war gut. Außenpool könnte deutlich wärmer sein, dafür das er beheizt sein soll. Wenn es draußen noch nicht wirklich warm ist, ist der Pool zu kalt. Man kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend.
Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut.

Das Einzige was ich bemängel, ist das Abendessen, welches als Buffet dargereicht wird.
Es gibt ein Gericht mit Fleisch, eines mit Fisch und ein vegetarisches Gericht. Es ist nur ärgerlich, wenn um 19:45 ein oder mehrere Gerichte bereits aus sind. Für 36,- Euro pro Person (ohne Getränke), würde ich dann doch eher in ein nahgelegendes Restaurant gehen.

Es war ein entspanntes WE in einem schönen Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Leider war unser Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Parkplatz.
Sonst haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten 2 Ubermavhtungen mit Halbpension gebucht. Das Studio war schon groß und sauber. Das 3. Bett war etwas hart, aber für 2 Nächte ausreichend.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend, zum Abendessen gab es Buffet. Die Auswahl ist hier sehr begrenzt. Hat uns jetzt aber nicht gestört.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein. Wir hatten Massagen gebucht und diese haben uns gefallen.

Die Betten könnten erneuert werden. Ein ordentlicher Föhn wäre schön. Und in der Dusche sollten die Fugen erneuert werden. Frühstücksbuffet, Kaffee- und Teestation, Fahrradgarage sowie Sauna- und Außenpoolnutzung sind super. Auch die Bereitstellung der Bademäntel für den Aufenthalt ist sehr praktisch

Sehr warme Räume. Im Frühstücksraum und auch in den Zimmern. Sonnenseite, keine Klimaanlage zum temperieren der Räume im gesamten Hotel. Teilweise sehr früh Lärm durch Rasenmäher der Golfanlage, da Balkontür wegen Wärme offen.
Zusätzliche Gebühren für die Nutzung des Fitnessraums, nicht angemessene zusätzliche Kosten 10€/Tag für das parken (im Netz stand sogar noch 8€).
20 € für das bringen des Frühstücks auf das Zimmer auch nicht angemessen. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer trotz 4 Sterne.
Auch für Hundebesitzer 20€ pro Tag, too much sorry.
Positiv: Tolle Massage und Beauthyangebote, tolles Personal. Servicepersonal Frühstück und Hausceeping gut.

Ein tolles, gut ausgestattes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gutes und reichhaltiges Essen. 7€ für 0,4L Tonic Water für mein Empfinden zu teuer. 8€ für den Parkplatz top. Bei den Anwendungen wird nicht gefragt, ob man Einschränkungen hat. Ansonsten ist ein zu empfehlendes Hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat einen schönen Wellnessbereich. Im Ort selbst kann man außer Golf spielen nichts machen, aber von dort erreicht man alles relativ schnell. Frühstück war sehr gut, Abendessen war in Ordnung. Der Fitnessbereich ist ein Witz (ca vier Geräte) und dafür 6€ am Tag. Grundsätzlich würden wir das Hotel aufgrund Preis/Leistung erneut buchen. Dem Personal fehlt es leider an Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit.

Das Hotel ist wundervoll, ein paar Kilometer im Hinterland, gelegen und hat gerade durch den angrenzenden Golfplatz eine überaus ruhige Lage.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, gerade mit moderner Technik hat uns sehr beeindruckt und erfreut. Das Bett war mir persönlich, aber mit 110 Kilo bin ich das kein Maßstab, viel zu weich aber dies ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache.
Das Personal war zu jedem Zeitpunkt über die Maße freundlich, zuvorkommende und überaus hilfsbereit. Selbst wenn ich wollte, fände ich hier kein Haar in der Suppe.

Wieder einmal alles perfekt

Mein Partner und ich haben 5 Nächte in diesem hotel gebucht und wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht.
Es gibt kein WLAN Angebot, der Parkplatz kostet extra, das Personal ist hochnäsig und gibt sich im Restaurant selber Trinkgeld. Die Reinigung vom Zimmer war nicht gründlich z. B. Badezimmer wurde nicht vernünftig gereinigt.
Das Zimmer war viel zu heiß trotz 15-20° Außentemperatur, im Frühstückssaal werden ältere Herrschaften bevorzugt bedient, obwohl diese nach einem im Saal waren, keine Karte und keine infobroschüren vorhanden und Bauarbeiten ab 10 Uhr morgens, hätte während der Coronakriese passieren können.

Hotel ist einfach nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Schönes und modernes Hotel direkt am Golfplatz. Leider auch direkt an der Durchgangsstraße vom Ort. Moderne Einrichtung der Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück, in Coronazeiten kein Büffett, aber man kann alles bestellen und es wird an den Tisch gebracht. Eine Karte mit dem, was es gibt, wäre hilfreich. Schwimmbad geschlossen, was seltsam ist, da ein anderes Hotel das Schwimmbad geöffnet hatte. Auch beim Tragen vor n Mundschutz keine einheitliche Regelung. An Rezeption wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass es keine Mundschutzpflicht im Hotel gibt, Es aber viele Gäste angeblich wünschen. Also Mundschutz auf bis zum Tisch im Restaurant, aber das hat dann die Mehrheit der Gäste doch nicht gemacht. Könnte man besser regeln.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet, es gibt einen großen Balkon. Besonders toll war das Frühstück- die Auswahl und das Restaurant haben uns sehr gefallen.

Einen großen Minuspunkt bekommt das Hotel im Umgang mit einer Beschwerde. Mein Partner hatte mir zum Geburtstag eine Massage im Hotel geschenkt. Bei der Buchung betonte er, dass es eine Überraschung sei. Beim Check in wurden wir dann direkt auf die anstehende Massage hingewiesen, sodass die Überraschung dann leider verflogen war. Die Massage selbst war dann leider auch enttäuschend. Der Raum war sehr hellhörig- ich habe jeden Schritt und Gespräche auf dem Gang gehört. Zusätzlich war es kalt im Raum, sodass ich teils gefroren habe. Die Masseurin hat grundsätzlich einen guten Job gemacht, allerdings hat sie sich weder bei mir vorgestellt, noch gefragt ob ich Allergien oder Schmerzen irgendwo hätte. Ich kenne das so, dass man einen Anamnese bogen ausfüllt und kurz über Befindlichkeiten spricht. Hier hieß es einfach: ausziehen und hinlegen. Bei der Preiskategorie erwarte ich mehr Service. Vorher oder nachher noch einen Tee oder ein Glas Wasser- auch das gab es nicht. Schade. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mehr erwartet. Als wir uns direkt nach der Massage an der Rezeption über die Umstände beschwerten, reagierte die Dame etwas „ungeübt“. Sie meinte nur, dass „wenn die Massage grundsätzlich gu
