Very good location near the Seravalle outlet 5 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes by car. Large toilet with strong water pressure. The room and toilet condition are old but acceptable. The breakfast is good with nice variety. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

Absolutely right location to visit the outlet. You can even walk there. Rooms are basic, but spacious. Very calm and comfortable territory, great service. Will stay here next time for sure

Needs a serious refurbishment
Nice and pleasant staff, but the room was not clean. Some examples: (I) the blanket had stains, (II) the towels had stains, (III) the toilet seat was half white and half yellow plus the joints were turquoise/moldy, (IV) we found a dead fly under a lamp, (V) etc etc
The hotel restaurant was closed in the evening. It would have been nice to know it in advance (especially that before check-in we received an email indicating that the restaurant will be open during our stay, in the evening).
In short, good potential if the owners do a very serious refurbishment.

is very close to outlet shopping center if you are into shopping. It was very cold but I bet its beautiful at summer time because of a very nice balcony. I mean its the first floor but its beautiful. You can park your car right at the door.

The hotel is next to Seraville outlet centre so it’s location is excellent for going there. The staff were very obliging and helpful. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the meal was very good value for money. You park your car outside your room which was very convenient. The room was basic but spacious with sky tv, tea and coffee facilities. The only issue we had was the shower which leaked all over the bathroom floor.
We would definitely stay here again if we were going to the Seraville outlet, which is an amazing place to go shopping for bargains

While it is an older property, it is well maintained. I don't eat breakfast but it seemed adequate and nothing too special other than fresh cakes. The staff is great and the towels are big an absorbent. GREAT golf too ! Beds are the traditional hard Italian beds. My only negative is the walls are paper thin. I had to sleep with ear plugs because of my neighbors. I could hear everything from the TV, to their conversation , to the obvious....

Overall this hotel is good if you plan to go to visit the Serravalle Designer Outlet. The room overall is nice although decoration a bit old. But clean and tidy. Breakfast is also not bad. Will stay again if I come for the outlet.

Établissement sérieux, bon accueil. Un problème de climatisation mais arrivé le jour même de l arrivée donc l Établissement ni peut rien mais nous avons eu un message d information. Excellent petit déjeuner et diversifié. Par contre une table et 3 chaise pour 2 logements sur la terrasse. Premier arrivé premier servis et des grincements de dents des voisins. Hotel propre et pratique.

Das Personal beim einchecken ist sehr freundlich. Die Formalitäten wurden rasch erledigt.
Das Fahrzeug kann direkt vorm Hotelzimmer geparkt werden( wie im Motel).
Die Einrichtung ist zwar sauber, jedoch hellhörig und in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Badezimmer ist groß aber veraltet. Das Zimmer selbst ist hellhörig und nicht schallgeschützt, man hört den Nachbarn sogar beim schnarchen.
Der Hoteleigene Pool ist gerade im Sommer eine schöne Abkühlung.

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Das Fahrzeug kann direkt vorm Hotelzimmer geparkt werden( wie im Motel).
Die Einrichtung ist zwar sauber, jedoch hellhörig und in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Badezimmer ist groß aber veraltet. Das Zimmer selbst ist hellhörig und nicht schallgeschützt, man hört den Nachbarn sogar beim schnarchen.
Der Hoteleigene Pool ist gerade im Sommer eine schöne Abkühlung.

Au cœur de la verdure près de l’outlet Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables, le coin jardin avec la piscine hors sol est agréable. Il vaut mieux avoir une chambre côté gauche de l’accueil comme ça le soir vous avez le soleil. Petit déjeuner très bien

Un magnifique séjour ( comme d'habitude!)
Depuis de nombreuses années ma femme et moi, sans oublier notre Chihuahua, fréquentons cet hôtel qui jouxte l'outlet (450m à pied) le grand centre commercial (150m à pied) et de nombreuses boutiques ou restaurants!! L'hôtel n'a cessé de s'améliorer -il était déjà très bien-....Tout y est parfait...De l'accueil à l'arrivée au check out... Je ne parle pas du cadre (golf) reposant et des vignes ( une bouteille - La Bollina- était dans la chambre ).
