Right when we got in there the guy at the front desk said they just got the pool heater fixed and heater was on for the past 2 days but is only 63degrees. The place smelled like death. The vending machines were broken . The front elevator was broken. The room smelled like something was burning. I jumped in the pool and checked where all the jets were and nothing was pumping out so that means the heater wasnt on. So that was a complete lie. Im sire he tealls all his guests that same line. There were some weird looking people in the hottub saying that they live at this hotel. I would never go back here again and the only reason we stayed there is because of the pool and it wasnt possible for my children to get it and i couldnt get a refund. Instant hypothermia if you tried swimming in the pool. We almost left the hotel at 11pm to drive 3hrs home but we were tired from the road. There was no breakfast and even if there was i would definitely not eat their food. I want a refund because this was the worst experience of our lives at a hotel.

The first one we were given was a dark almost cave like room the air conditioner was unreachable in height the hot tub had so many chips and cracks you couldn't tell what was dirt and what was chipped. The refrigerator and microwave had been moved leaving a gaping hole. The carpet was old and dated. And the room with stifling in heat. We moved rooms, they did upgrade our room which was better but still had many issues. There were a few bugs on the sink that were dead. Water pressure was really low. Coffee table had broken glass they had been removed and it was dirty underneath the piece of glass that remained. The kitchen chairs fell apart when you tried to pick them up. One of them on the bottom slat another chair had the same issue but also the back of the chair fell apart in our hands. The phone cord was completely frayed to wear the cord going into the hand piece was nothing but yellow green and red wire exposed. The floors in the hallway were warped to the point that I caught my toe in one area. Elevator was completely working in the main lobby the entire time. Ice makers look like they were being changed out but the old ones were left in the hallway next to the new ones. There were several places of wall that were empty to where you could see bad paint and flooring. Breakfast was offered by the reservation desk for the hotel, as well as hotels.com website. When we got there we were told breakfast hasn't been offered in years and the on-site offered has been closed.

Advertisement for a restaurant being in hotel, no restaurant.
They really need to update the Advertisement for this hotel, cause it is all lies.

The heating system was very noisy and did not have a cycle to run continuously on low. It would shutoff and then come on a little later and then wake us up. The staff was very good and helpful, but the gentleman who came by tried but could not fix it. Otherwise, the room was very clean and nice.

There was no kitchen in the room, but there was a refrigerator that was mid-sized. Loved that. The restaurant has been undergoing renovations for years. It is not open. It looks like it is under new ownership, and has been under renovation like a lot of Windham properties. The common areas are lovely. The floors, wall art, and furniture are all new.

We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant style breakfast settings was great. The server was awesome and very friendly. I did let the receptionists know of a few issues in the room. One was the toilet making noises, fridge was very noisy, and tub facet kept dripping. Also needed extra towels since we didn't have enough. Getting the TV to work properly (remote) was a problem but the night clerk fixed it as well as bringing extra towels.

We rented a suite with a spa tub. The room was great for the price. We settled in and then started to get ready for our dinner reservations. When my husband went to shower there was no hot water. There was hot water in the bathroom sink faucet and in the jacuzzi tub. When we got back from dinner we told the office of the hot water. He offered us to move room but we did not want to move that late. We asked for somewhat of a refund but he laughed in our face and asked if we wanted to checkout now (9pm). We told him we have no where to go why would we check out. Luckily we were able to take old style baths in the jacuzzi tub!

The room was clean and comfortable. The lighting was really nice in the room and we liked the flooring. There was a nice large size refrigerator and freezer. Some of the staff members that we interacted with were friendly. We missed having all day coffee as some properties provide. We thought we were told there would be coffee until noon, but when we went to get some at 10 AM we were told that coffee was over. We managed with the small coffee maker provided in the room. The ice machines were broken, so we had to ask for ice. There were limited towels in the room, so we had to ask for more towels, which were provided the next morning. There was no hairdryer, but thankfully we didn’t need one this time. Many of the TV stations did not seem to work very well and did not come in clearly. The hand held shower head was installed quite high, which would make it difficult for some people to reach. Those were all small things. Most important to us was that the room was clean and comfortable and free of any bad odors, so for that reason we would stay here again.

Also, the breakfast was not complementary, you had to actually purchase it! Only thing free was coffee! This was my wedding night with my husband and we were pretty disappointed!

I'm sure, once upon a time, this was a nice hotel, but it's just poorly maintained. The advertised lounge is not in operation. Its elevator is out of order. The outdoor pavilion is unkept, with cigarette butts all over the place.

I've stayed here before. Front elevator and hot tub are still not functioning. The only ice machine that worked was on floor 3 (actually didnt try 4th floor).
No matter what I tried I had warm water at best. Thankfully it wasnt winter.
The bed frames do not fit the mattresses, and are made if metal, so you get a great sound everytime your foot hits it.
No one available in the morning to turn keys into either. The facility is clean, and beds comfortable. Location is good for everything I needed.

Staff was friendly but hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. One elevator was out of order, paint was spotty in hallways and around doors. The elevator that was working has a puddle of water in it, no coffee maker in rooms, outside landscaping was less then desirable. Shower was absolutely horrible no water pressure and very little hot water.

The property is very nice in the front area. The employees were nice. However, the rooms are mediocre. We had to switch rooms because the TV in one room wasn’t getting a signal. We requested hand soap when in the first room because there was none, and took the two little bars of Dove we were given, with us to the new room where the TV did have a signal. The tub in the new room had a brown stain through the enamel, a leaking faucet, and the non slip mat was gray, dingy, and coming up in the front. We killed 4 little brown bugs in the bathroom, and had to sit gingerly on the toilet because the whole toilet rocked forward when we sat. Also, the faucet in the sink in the bathroom was not a full spout of water, it was all to the right side and forceful which caused the water to sprinkle all over the counter when you put your hands under the flow of water. The A/C was super loud and would not knock off at reasonable intervals. The curtains were way longer than the length of the patio doors, and not all the hooks were hooked on the rails. The outside pool was not clean, and some of the cement was cracked and in pieces. I would not stay at this location again.

Room was clean.
The ice machine on the main level and floor #2 were out of order along with the pop machines. The elevator near the main entrance and lobby was not working. Had to walk to the back of the hotel to use one that was. Also the left entrance automatic door was not working. The parking lot on the east side of the building was not well lit. Had to ask for fresh coffee that was provided at the front desk. It was not hot. The indoor pool area was decorated well but there was dirt in the bottom of the pool that you could see.
The hot tub was cloudy and the jets were not working.
On the good side, the price was reasonable and the room was clean. The key card worked every time and the light bulbs all worked.

Hotel seemed old and dirty, every time we left our room we could smell weed coming from other rooms and nothing was ever done by hotel staff, cigarette burns in our curtains. Sheets and towels were supposed to be switched out every 3 days however 2 days into our trip I had a cut that opened up in the night and I bled on the sheets so I know our sheets were never changed the entire time during our 7 night stay, same bloody sheets were still on the bed for our last night despite asking for fresh sheets. We were only initially given 2 towels and there were 3 of us. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels everyday. We were never given enough towels despite expressing how many guests were in our room which is the same amount of guest I booked with. On days room service would come in they would only make beds and take all our towels and maybe leave us 1 clean towel. We never had clean hand towels or washcloths after the first day. It’s very inconvenient to have to go to the front desk everyday to request the bare minimum for towels.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!! They allow pets so make sure you don’t have allergies. First night I had a severe allergic reaction. They switched my rooms and I instantly started to breathe better. The floors have hair on them. Chair was covered in pet hair. They refuse to leave towels. I had 4 people on our RSVP and they would only give us 2 towels. The ice machines don’t work. Only 1 elevator worked for the whole hotel including staff workers. No one was ever at the front desk. The phones in the room don’t work so you can’t call the front desk. The bed frames are much larger than the bed so you would hit it everytime you get out of bed. The only thing we liked was the pool and arcade room. I will never stay here again.

This hotel was originally a Holiday Inn and is around 50 years old. The building is in surprisingly good condition for its age and current maintenance.

*One of the elevators seems to be permanently out of service.
*We occupied two guest rooms for five days each. One was cleaned four times; the other was cleaned just twice.
*Soap products were not always left in the bathroom, requiring a trip to the front desk to obtain them.
*Upon arriving at the restaurant for Sunday breakfast, we learned the restaurant and bar were not open on Sundays & Mondays.
*The outdoor pool didn't appear to have had a recent cleaning.
*Only one of two gates to the outdoor pool was unlocked when the pool was open.
*An ashtray in the outdoor pool area was overflowing throughout our stay.
*Cigarette butts covered the area surrounding at least one of the building's entrances.
*In what had clearly been flower areas in past years, there were no flowers, but hearty weeds.

This hotel needs management that has some pride in their property and is willing to invest, both financially and in work, to bring this place back to its outstanding potential.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfy. The kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay there again. We were there for my sons baseball tournament and on the 2nd day we had a rain delay and I called and ask to change my check out time for 2 hours later, there was no extra charge and they were happy to do so.

It was nice for a one night stay. The room rate is reasonable. The representative who checked us in and out was friendly. The lobby and the restaurant are very nice. The restaurant closes for breakfast at 10 am and check out is 11 am so that didn't work for us. We chose not to use the indoor pool and hot tub because it was constantly full. My one issue is I think the floor in our room was swept but not mopped.

This room was booked as a 2 QUEEN bed room. The beds were DOUBLES, not queens. This is misleading when booking.

Everything seemed clean, which we liked.

None of the ice machines worked. You had to go down to the front desk and ask for ice.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

It was quiet when we wanted to rest/sleep.

There was no continental breakfast, just coffee available.

We had to ask for more towels, as there were only 2 bath towels when we checked in. There were 3 people on the reservation.

Hotel staff was very friendly and wanted to accomodate, but the hotel itself was lacking. Seemed rundown.

Stayed one night. Not sure if employees live on top floor. Had noise above me right at bed time, and heard again in the AM. Fortunately I bring white noise with me on trips now.
Room was clean, bed was awesome. Restaurant had really good fish tacos. The hotel showed some wear, one elevator out. The evening desk person was gone for a spell around 7:00, later I was walking by there there was a couple waiting for her return again. Need someone there consistent.

So, it started off with a 20 minute wait for someone to come to the front counter to help the line of guess trying to check in( I was second in line so I’m both sure how long they were waiting before I got there). Next we are walking up to the elevator and it has an out of order sign on it ( you think this is something they would have mentioned at the front desk). So we walk to the other elevator at the back to the hotel( we were on the 4th floor. While walking other guest, had all kinds of trash sitting outside their doors. We got to our room. It seemed nice at first, but then as I looked around, I wish we were missing our sofa couch and instead had a chair. I want to turn on the air conditioning due to it being hot and muggy. It felt cool enough at first. So we decided to go ahead and go down to the pool, which was the reason why we picked this hotel due to my son, loving to swim while the room cooled down. When we got to the pool, there was no clean towels just a bunch of dirty ones laying all over the pool area. I went and got someone and they took care of the problem. We then got into the indoor pool and it was very cold while trying to stand the temperature of the pool. We noticed a lot of bugs floating in the pool. We then went up to our room and it was still very hot in there. At this point, we decided to go ahead and take showers to get the filthy water off of us from the pool and what the shower water just barely tripled out. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pool area looked charming, but I didnt swim.
Front elevator was broken, so had to use the one at the back. Thankfully they had a 2nd elevator.
The room was clean, but beds were well used in that they felt concave in the middle. Pillows were too soft for my liking.
The bathroom toilet had a leak and ran all night, and the shower was stuck - it took a lot of effort to get the button pulled up for the shower to work.
The biggest pet peeve is the pub hair on the floor.
It was convenient to what i was in town for.
Of the 3 hotels I've stayed at in Warsaw this was tied for 2nd.

Stayed for one night to visit family for Easter. Was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive whirlpool suite was so decided to splurge. Really enjoyed the design with fireplace and kitchen bar area connected to whirlpool.
Front elevator was down so either had to use stairs or back elevator to get to upper floors.

Wish the pictures were more honest

I picked this hotel for 2 reason, the first it was close to my destination where my meeting is. the second I have an EV and they listed that they had EV charging, this was just not true. The EV chargers were all busted or in various states of disrepair. Further the hotel looked like it was under renovation. The rooms were a mix of new flooring but old paint on the wall. The bathroom was not any better. The shower fixtures looked like they hadnt been changed in many years with limescale build up.

The room was very clean and nice but the walls were very thin and the family staying next to us had kids that were up till almost midnight and the parents let the yell and scream and have no respect for others. Made my stay very uncomfortable. Was very relived when they finally went to sleep. The hot tub was also not working and they had no clue what a laundry bag was when we asked. Overalll was an ok stay.

The property needs some tlc. Hot tub was broke which we knew from previous reviews. Front elevator was out of order. Pool was nice but cold. Some of the games in arcade were not working. If just looking for a place to sleep then not bad for the price.

The female manager was very rude to the kids when pool was closing. She’s lucky I was up in the room or we would have had some words!! My 2 year old was mimicking her screaming pooools cloooosed at the top of his lungs in a very rude manner over an over again when he got back to the room. Idk the name of the female manager that stopped by just to be rude to children then leave Saturday night around 10 pm.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a family wedding. Here are the pros and cons of this hotel.

Pros:
Indoor pool had plenty of room and was warm enough to swim in
Room was nice and spacious
Kitchenette was a nice touch
Staff were kind and helpful

Cons
Informed upon arrival that hot tub was out of order
Room lacked full cleaning and had hair in the bathroom
Paint was chipping in various areas
Heating/cooling unit was unplugged and we had to search for where the plug-in was located
Restaurant was overpriced for quality and quantity received
Game room games didn't have how many tokens were required for each game, you'd just have to feed tokens in until it started
Beds were uncomfortable and old (indents from where people slept)

Couple day get away

Price was really good. Stayed during the week. Had the king suite with hot tub and fireplace. Both worked great. It was quite great service. Only beg part was the hot tub by the pool was broken. All in all great experience would stay there again

We booked hotel booking three rooms for adult kids birthdays. One of rooms did not have coffee pot, rooms did not have enough towels, shower in one room was dirty. Hot tub did not work and later updated website saying such but had not worked in long time. Ice machines did not work.

Big Fat 0 out of 10 !

The room was uninviting, dingy, tub was gross, the room was freezing cold. The pool room was freezing cold, water was freezing cold, and the hot tub was broke.
I left 20 min after i got there went to the Hampton Inn across the street 100 percent upgrade
