The hotel itself is a beautiful, well-kept, welcoming place with nice, modern rooms, great food & good wellness program. In non-Covid circumstances, the stay would have been enjoyable. Therefore I am definitely considering coming back next year.
However, there are a few points of criticism I want to address, which made our experience even uncomfortable at times during the past 4 days:
1. The wellness manager was unwilling to find a time frame for the pool/wellness are for myself and my kids (4 and 11) during the first days even though I saw on her schedule that there were several openings. She kept arguing that “families come with many kids and thev just press the buttons of the wellness activities and just destroy everything. Tell your kids to NOT press any button!!!”, she kept saying repeatedly when I was finally able to book a time window. As I could see on her schedule, everyone got a 2-hour time window but we only got one hour. She interrupted our wellness session to control that my children were not loud and did not “press buttons”, as she repeatedly advised. When we showered in the back part where the rain showers are located, she yelled “don’t go in there with the kids!! Why would you go there if there’s a regular shower right next to the pool!?” My daughter started crying and wanted to leave immediately. I calmed her down, when 2 minutes later - about 50 minutes into our session - another couple entered with the wellness manager and she kept telling them, pointing

Very comfortable, newer hotel, nicely appointed and very well designed. Hotel has a nice spa area with a small pool and various saunas.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer nicht übermäßig groß aber recht sauber. Frühstück war gut. Insbesondere die frischen Brötchen vom Langeooger Bäcker sind hier positiv zu erwähnen. Allerdings war das Frühstück nicht außergewöhnlich.
Der Pool und die verschiedenen Saunen und Dampfbäder sind tatsächlich grandios, insbesondere, da wir in der letzten Stunde der Öffnungszeit den ganzen Bereich für uns alleine zur Verfügung hatten.
Leider fehlte bei unserer Dusche eine Tür, so dass auch bei vorsichtigem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt wurde.
Auch wäre ein am Abend geöffnetes Restaurant und vor allem eine geöffnete Bar begrüßenswert. Hier hätten wir gerne den Abend ausklingen lassen.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal im Frühstücksraum, der Koch beim Frühstück und die Rezeptionistin. Vielen Dank dafür!

Wir haben Urlaub mit 2 großen Hunden gemacht. Wir würden nett empfangen hatten einen Napf und mehr Handtücher als normal auf dem Zimmer. Beim Frühstück konnten wir mit beiden Hunden abseits vom Buffet essen und wurden morgens immer freundlich begrüßt. Das Personal hat sich immer über die Hunde gefreut.

Servicepersonal sehr bemüht, jedoch hoffnungslos unterbesetzt. Mangelnde Hygiene wird als Covid19 Konzept verkauft. Benutzte Handtücher der Vornutzer im Zimmer mussten durch uns entsorgt werden. Frühstück ohne Buffet wäre akzeptabel, wenn es nicht zu unnötig bergeweise verschwendeten Lebensmitteln käme, die Wartezeiten nicht wegen Unterbesetzung überlang wären und Croissants als rohe Teigmasse serviert würden. 2 Ruhetage im Wellnessbereich und unfreundliche Belehrungen runden das Gesamtbild nach unten ab. 4 Sterne S und dementsprechend gesalzene Preise sind völlig unangemessen.

So la la ...aber nett dabei
Leider viele kleine Mängel ...zum Beispiel keine wirksame verdunklungsmöglichkeit, keine Ablage für Seife im Bad und hier und da etwas kaputt. Frühstück gab es leider offiziell erst ab 8...um 5 vor war der Saal zwar schon voll und es wurde gefrühstückt aber dabei sehr laut gesaugt. Restaurant war leider ständig zu ...Spa auch.

Service war sehr freundlich, aber die Kommunikation auch untereinander ist verbesserungswürdig. Missverständnis bei der Deadline für das Zugbuchen der Halbpension.
Der Spa-Bereich mit mehreren Saunen und Dampfbädern ist schön und großzügig, aber einige \"Features\" in den Duschen funktionierten nicht (mehr). Nach unserem Aufenthalt war eine Renovierungsphase eingeplant; möglicherweise sind mittlerweile alle Mängel beseitigt.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, das Badezimmer war perfekt.
Wir haben in der Nebensaison (Mitte Januar) gebucht und mit entscheidend war wegen unserer Kinder der Pool.
