The amenities were excellent, the location couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding – both in quality and in the breathtaking view that came with it. The only downside was that the room felt quite small, but overall, the experience more than made up for it. Includes breakfast buffet was incredible with an ocean view. Booked a boat trip via the concierge service to the caves and left and returned to the hotel dock. Staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. Had a delightful stay and hope to be back!

We stayed for four nights at this hotel as part of our trip along the Dalmatian coast. So far this has been the best by a long way. Everything was spotless,excellent location and the breakfast was to die for. The free luggage service too and from the port was another bonus. The only negative was the rooms could have improved soundproofing from the corridor. Some mornings we were awaken by noisy guests going past our door talking loudly having no consideration for fellow guests.

Really confusing layout that makes no sense. Limited access to the pool unless you go up and down a bunch of staircases and halls, but no direct paths from either of the “wings”, only from the lobby. Staff is very cold and no one mentioned that breakfast was included during check in. Everything is unnecessarily expensive (€5 for a bottle of water, €15 for an aperol spritz) and extremely limited restaurants on site. Avoid the dinner buffet at all costs

Clean room, the sea bee room wasn’t exactly that unless seen from the balcony, from the room itself there is a park and pool view. Beach access was provided for extra cost.

It was a stunning hotels with lovely views across the bay. The staff collected your luggage from the ferry (on request) and delivered it to the hotel. It’s a short walk along the front into the picturesque town. Lots of choices for breakfast and good quality food. Would highly recommend.

On the other hand, our room was very complicated to get to with no view, our room phone didn’t work which we told the front desk and the technician never came and we thought this hotel had beach chairs but it turned out there was only pool chairs and we had to pay for beach chairs.

Hotel was modern and in good conditions, just in front of the beach. My only complaint was when I left the hotel, I had a voucher to redeem for a 20% for one day of my stay, and the reception had not allowed me to use it because they said the voucher was supposed to be used at the bar at the swimming pool. Other than that, the service & breakfast was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Amfora Hotel in Hvar! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the center but peaceful enough to relax. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, especially overlooking the pool and the sea. The infinity pool area is beautiful and spacious, with great service and plenty of loungers.

Rooms are small for the price. The First night house keeping came at 5:30pm and I had to leave my room. The following morning it was at 9am. When I left on my final day they were cleaning my room and I was at breakfast and I was not even checked out. Reception staff wasn’t the most friendly and when they apologized it was fake and staring at a screen and not sincere. Mid hotel.

This Amphora has something for everyone. The lobby and balconies are nice, with great views of the sea. The rooms are pretty standard, but the outdoor complex steals the show. The pool rambles on, with lots of lounge chairs, private and more public areas, and a water slide for kids. The staff and maintenance crew are exceptional . If I have to complain, I would say the elevator system and room numbering is confusing. I would book this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and quiet and had a balcony with an ocean view. There were plenty of pool chairs to use and the pool was nice, but a little cold. Otherwise we loved our stay.

We stayed here for three nights during our trip across Croatia, and this our highlight! We loved the relaxing atmosphere at the pool, and the close proximity to Hvar town. The breakfast buffet was also one of the best selections we have had. We were pleasantly surprised that there was free luggage transport available when we stepped off the ferry, saving carrying luggage on the 10 minute walk.

Our stay was wonderful, extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We liked the luggage pickup and drop off at the ferry and the breakfast was amazing! So nice to sit outside on our balcony and enjoy the pool and sea views. Also, we had an issue with our bill after we left but management took care of it once explained, can’t ask for more.

This place is in an excellent location. The front and exterior need some love and paint. Our room was VERY small and the shower was weird. No door and no shower head so the spray nozzle shot all over the place.

As a couple staying at the quieter time of September, we enjoyed the location and comfortability of this hotel. We are friendly and polite so I believe you get this back in return. No question was silly and we were able to enjoy our time with all we needed within the hotel and within close reach external to the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was very varied and had all you desired. Very much recommend this hotel especially the newly renovated side. The hotel is also very large so your room may be up a few stairs and lift but not an issue and I wouldnt recommend not having a sea view room so book in advance! We had a sea view and it was lovely!

Our penthouse two bedroom suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The “included” breakfast was incredible; selections of virtually anything you would want and delicious. The exterior needs a major refurbishing and the pool is freezing and virtually unusable. But we loved the place.

Hotel is beautiful the room and bathtub wonderful., we loved view amazing.Maid service something to be desired no replenishment on bath mats shower gel body lotion or bar soap. The bed looked un made just throw together. No coffee replenishment. The pillows and bed protector just in a pile. They just stood in the hall with nothing to do. Pool is beautiful breakfast great. So many good things!! Except the room cleaning.

We expected this hotel to be fairly upmarket given the price however we definitely didn’t feel it warranted the price. The service was sub par where we were looked down upon when they saw which room we were staying in. We also overhead the neighbour in the next room over requesting her aircon to be fixed as she couldn’t sleep and the hotels response was that there are many worse rooms than hers - which is awful customer service. The hotel pool was probably the only decent part of the hotel, the rest wasn’t up to standard
