Loved my stay here. There it is so close from the national park and amenities for all the family. My only suggestion is to improve the restaurant menu, there are not too many options and the food doesn’t worth the cost in my opinion. Overall experience was great!

The location is convenient and the view is gorgeous! The toilet when you flushing is extremely loud and scary. The staffs are ok, when we asked where we could get some bottle water, staff just told us the tap water is drinkable (the only sink is bathroom next by toilet bowl), they even did not mention there’s gas station close by till we figured out on our own. Some of the bedding or linens are little bit smelly.

Came with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect!! Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower, people said walls were thin but I couldn’t hear either of the rooms that were next to us! Hot tub was super warm and we did snores at the fire pit which is a very big fire pit it was great. We are definitely coming back to stay in the summer! Front desk girls were super sweet and helped us with whatever we needed.

Id like to preface this by pointing out I stayed in February, during the off season.
The hotel was fine. The room had some of the sofest towels Ive ever felt. The cherry on top was the view of the sandstone from the room - with the skies viewable also from the balcony.
Other things such as the pool, wagons etc were not open, and many tourist/food areas around were closed, but was to be expected for the time I came. I would stay here again however.

Liked this resort better than I had expected. I thought it was going to be cheesy but actually it was well done and nice. We were there in the dead of winter, so it was pretty empty, but the beds were very comfortable, the location was great, rooms were very clean, and if it hadn't have been so cold, there were a bunch of perks and amenities I would have loved to have tried. Loved this hotel - we booked a 2 bedroom cabin for 4 people and it was perfect. Loved our little cabin. Hot tub was open (pool was closed for end of the season). Staff were all super lovely. The restaurant was under new management and so were not serving alcohol which was disappointing as we weren’t told in advice. We went across the road for dinner which was nice though.

Enjoyed the cabin and its size was nice. Easy access to parking and the hot tub. Getting to the laundry facilities was a pain though from our cabin and almost twisted my ankle in the dark. The tv remote for our room was not working well and had them put new batteries in but it still was struggling to change channels. Loved the seating area on our little porch. Would recommend this place as it definitely looked the best in accommodations for the area.
