This comfortable hotel is located in Lido di Jesolo, a short walk from the town center and just 150 meters from the beach. Guests can easily access numerous local attractions, as well as a golf course within 5 kilometers.

The hotel, renovated in 1994, offers 18 accommodation units and convenient on-site parking (by payment). Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

While the hotel does not have 24-hour reception, it does provide an airport shuttle service for easy transport (35 km) by payment. Guests are asked to communicate their arrival time at least 3 days in advance by emailing info@hotelute.

com. Please note that beach service, including one umbrella and two sunbeds, is not included in the room rate and is available at an additional cost during the summer season.

Small pets are welcome, and common areas are accessible to guests with disabilities. A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival.

Very senic location. Slot machines seen a little tight. Never saw anyone hit a payout. Not a fan of the buffet and no regular menu. Prefer bar soap rather than the shower body wash. All little nit-picking stuff that is more than made up for by friendly staff. I will definitely stay again.

I wish we had this room for our stay in San Diego. This double queen room is VERY spacious with a walk in shower. Everything is clean…even the remote came in a bag stating it was clean. The only minor issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. But other than that my family and I are very satisfied with the establishment.

The hot tub in pool area was cold so had to take a shower to stay warm.
Loved being able to play at the casino with non smoking areas. Restaurant was nice but would like to see other menu offered in addition to a buffet.

We only stayed one night here but, the rooms were very clean, the beds were wonderful, and the shower was FANTASTIC. The front desk clerk was nice, there were a few cleaning men that were friendly and the hostesses that sat you at the buffet, while most other people that worked there were not rude, they really did want to seem to be bothered by us, you got the feeling that they hated their jobs and just wanted to be left alone.

Not aware that there are two Ute Casinos on the reservation, I reserved and guaranteed my reservation at this hotel, Ute Mountain Casino, thinking it was the one I went to, the Sky Ute Casino. Did not want to double back for the Ute Mountain casino so stayed at 'Sky' Ute Casino and forfeited my room at Ute Mountain casino. I take responsibility for the mishap but very confusing and frustrating. There was another couple who experienced the same.

Overall, I would give the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel a four-star (good) rating. We felt safe on the property. The hotel and our individual rooms were clean. The staff, especially the housekeepers, were very friendly. On a negative note - I would not recommend the restaurant, Kuchu's. We ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner brunch and did not find the food to be very good. I would give the restaurant a three-star (average) rating. In regard to the casino, the gaming machines seemed to be tight, especially since we do good at similar Colorado casinos playing the same machines.

Kicked out of a paid for room.

We paid for 2 days and got kicked out after 1 day. Front desk could not help us and our room keys just stopped working. The maid walked into the bathroom of the room while my wife was in it. I would like my money back but I don't have time to fight the system , even though it was their mistake.

Clean but Terrible Buffet

The room was clean. The buffet was terrible. After a long day of driving, we had dinner about 7pm. It was picked over and not refreshed, and the food had been sitting a long time. The cookies were good. I had cookies for dinner. Also, be sure to do your homework about beverages. No alcohol. Not a big deal, but if you’re expecting a drink with your terrible buffet, this ain’t it.

Keep driving

Right when you walk in there is an odor. There really isn't anything near this hotel so bring any food with you as the cafe has limited options and is worse than gas station food. Just before midnight, the fire alarm went off so needless to say, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you truly need to like we did. More hotel options in Cortez about 20 minutes North.

We have been traveling for over a week and stayed in a different hotel every night. I have to say that the bed has been the most comfortable one so far. The room was very clean. It did need some kinda of fresher in the room. It had an odor maybe coming from the carpet or curtains but other than that the stay was great and we would stay there again if in the area.

We traveled 9 hours to get to the hotel & couldn’t wait to utilize the hot tub. We arrived after Family Time (9:00 pm) was supposed to be over. The hot tub was filled with very young children who were unsupervised. Adult time was 9pm. We waited until almost 10:00 pm & asked the front desk about the rules. Clerk was rude & we felt very discriminated against. Needless to say, we won’t ever return. Plus, slots were so tight. We lost about $400 in a short time. Not worth the drive.

We were treated like outcasts as the only white people in the establishment. All staff were very rude. When checked in the lady at front desk started laughing when I gave her my license. My wife had trouble getting her luggage in the doors and there was staff watching but they wouldn’t even help. No eye contact, no hellos, thank you, nothing during stay. On top of that, we woke up in the middle of the night with the room 78 degrees. AC stopped working. Notified the desk and they couldn’t care less. No water pressure in the shower either. Was one of my worst stays ever. Management would not respond, no offers of compensation or even an apology given. Stay away from this place. Go actually read other reviews online. You will see people complain about the rudeness and borderline racism.

The people at the hotel that check you in will say “ u did not request it’s not seen on hotel.com. Lately I do not know who to blame hotel.com try reach out to them to get any help. try to tell casino hotel I did mark handicap room more you complain hotel check in just gets attitude. Once you show them attitude. They say “ I’m calling security “ gets frustrating

The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The cigarette smell lasted all night and disappeared sometimes in the early morning. My guess is the smell was coming from the casino smoking area that share the same vent as the 2nd floor of the hotel. There were hotel goodie bags on our beds when we arrived but they were addressed to someone else so we didnt bother the bags and left them in the room.
