Staff was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately the swimming pool is closed for maintenance so it's kinda disappointing. We booked the place because we look forward to the swimming pool, it should not be closed on a weekend as family mostly travels during this time. Bathroom door in our unit won't lock but overall you get your money's worth. It's cheap so I can't expect toptier facility..

Our room was less than average for the money we paid. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The room and bathroom were small and cramped, the toilet paper was hard and cheep, no microwave and the pool was closed the first night with no explanation. (The reason why we stayed there)The staff did thd bare minimum, didnt appear to want to be there. It was worth half the price.

We accidentally booked a smoking room but figured it couldn’t be that bad. I knew the walls were going to be yellow and it would sell like smoke- however it was absolutely filthy. Nothing at all was clean. Hair in the sink, film on the tub, burn holes in the blankets, everything was covered in dirt. If I wasn’t so exhausted from driving I would have left immediately. I should have just left as we got little to no sleep as the smell in the room kept us up coughing all night. We even slept in our clothes so we wouldn’t touch the bedding with our skin or dirty our pajamas. Do yourself a favour, keep driving. Do not stay here!

The checkin and checkout desk staff were excellent: helpful about what's nearby, available at the property and extremely welcoming to the property and city as a whole.
The breakfast was tasty and served hot and fresh.
The room was clean but the bath towels need replacement as does the shower curtain, it was fraying and torn. The bathtub needs a refresh - it was peeling. Location is great location as lots of food places nearby.

The cleanliness of our room could have been much better. We found stained sheets and duvet covers, brown smears on the bathroom door and the bathtub was outdated and dirty. There was hair in the tub and in the bathroom. We found the phone not working, the air conditioner non functional, and had to ask for help with why outlets weren’t working to charge devices, only to find certain light switches needed to be on in order for them to function. Breakfast was fine, and better than nothing, but having it closed at 9 for any of the warm items meant having to set an alarm to get up to partake. That’s a first world problem though. The vote from our room was lovely, my kids enjoyed the pool for a short bit but then didn’t want to shower more than once in that tub, so didn’t get much use out of the pool in the end. Our room was incredibly warm, even after turning the heat off hours before bedtime. That’s when we discovered the air conditioning wasn’t operational (and windows had no screens, so I opted out of leaving the window open). We chose to check out in the middle of the night on our last night and head home early given our inability to sleep comfortably.
This motel could use some serious upgrades and a hand in cleanliness in the future. Staff was willing and helpful, but unfortunately we won’t be back to this location.

The staff are very nice. The property is worn down, old and very dirty. It is not kept up- no sink stopper, missing light bulb in bathroom, empty conditioner bottle, unpainted wood post holding up sink, ketchup on walls from prior guests, vents full of dirt, dirty shower curtain, dirty, painted over tub which is very slow to drain, very loud pipes (we had to talk louder to hear each other when another room was running the shower/flushing a toilet), etc. We travel a lot for our kids’ sports and this is by far the worst place we have stayed. I would never recommend this place.

Pros: nice, friendly staff! Pretty good pool area!

Cons: You can hear someone having a shower in the room beside and it’s a loud squealing noise at 5am. Towels are stained with yellow and brown. The tub is stained in black. The shampoo and conditioned were dirty with old shampoo on it. A part of the shower head fell on my child while showering. Whole room was dirty and grungy and very small. It’s falling apart, holes in the walls and the ceiling peeling off. The mirror had not been cleaned. The shower would go from scalding hot to freezing the entire time I was showering. You definitely get what you pay for and I would never stay here again.

The room size was perfect. Clean comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. My favourite part was the huge pool, fast water slide, and steamy hot tub. The courtyard was beautiful especially to eat breakfast in the mornings. Warm inside and lots of parking. The staff were incredible and so kind and efficient. An amazing stay and will DEFINITELY be back

Water in the room was brown, so we went and bought our own bottles. Pool was ice cold so our littles had to sit on the side of the hot tub.
Front end staff were amazing tho and extremely helpful as we were upstairs with kids and alot of bags and they helped us unload and haul them in. Probably won't stay here again, but if it wasn't for the staff we may have left after our first night.

The building is aged and operational standards are poor. Plants dying if not dead, dust everywhere. Supply rooms open for full visibility. Long black hair in my bathroom and in towels. Considering everything I was exposed to I will never stay there again and I would never, ever use the hot tub or pool. Overall dirty, dingy and outdated.

The staff was polite, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was just okay, rooms were comfortable overall, but they could have used more attention to detail. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor had a noticeable amount of hair left behind from the previous guest, which took away from the initial impression of cleanliness. That was my one complaint.

On a positive note, we really enjoyed the pool area and the pool lodge, which ended up being a highlight of our stay and a great place to relax. Despite a few shortcomings, it wasn’t a bad hotel overall. With some improvements to housekeeping, it could be a much better experience.

We would consider staying here again in the future.

The staff are very accommodating. We have gone there for at least 6 years for NYE with our grandkids. Kids have a blast in the pool. Fantastic courtyard to gather and play games. The only complaint is that the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. The eggs are weird and warming up the waffles in the toaster doesn’t work, they taste weird and are dry as dust!

The room I was initially assigned had clear damage—the door appeared to have been kicked in previously, the door frame was broken and misaligned, and the door would not lock properly. I reported this to the front desk; while they did switch my room, there was little concern shown about the safety issue. Additionally, the replacement room was not the standard king room I had originally reserved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was great super friendly and nice. It wasn’t the nicest. Bath tub was from the 90s and was chipping and paint was pealing. The heater for the room was as hot as possible or cold no In between and adjusting it did nothing. The beds were on wheels and moved around lots and only one tv for two rooms doesn’t work that well. The pool was cold and not enjoyable at all. In the morning the parking lot was incredibly icy and no salt or sand spread for peoples safety.

The overall hotel was super affordable.
The room looked a little dirty and the door was so hard to get into for some reason. It doesn’t seem like the pool / hot tub gets cleaned very often.. we stayed 3 nights and the same pair of socks, towels & a can was in the same spot the entire time. And not to mention that each time we had to ask for pool towels as there wasn’t any stocked. Also the garbage was heaping full the whole time too in the laundry / ice room.
I will say the staff were super nice though!

Found big brown dried water stain in front off bathtub that was to big to miss is previously checked before. Also found dried blood smear on bathroom sink counter and later dried blood on the side and tube of the toilet paper roll we used. Can tell walls and brown residue and dust on walls. Have not been washed in long time. Was offered a second room after first complaint but would have been more work to live at that point. Found more things after that offer. Was to afraid to use shower due to over all cleanliness or lack there of.
