Unfortunately there was no email about the hot tub being closed. There was no notice that the plumbing was going to be worked on in the middle of the night and that there will be no hot water in the morning. There was a little bit of mould in our washroom. The hotel definitely needs to be detailed oriented. I was surprised that the VLT and Restaurant bathroom had more ambiance the VLT room! Small details like the ATM was empty the restaurant lost our reservation. No hot water, was the biggest issue. Location was good for convenience stores.

The hotel and rooms are very recently renovated. Everything is modern, sleek and clean, simple and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Heating/cooling system in the room working. The only deficiency was our bathroom didn’t have a fan and the room walls still need some decor (pictures or alike) so they don’t feel like a blank canvas.

The room was clean and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The beds didn’t have comforters on them, just 2 flat sheets and a thin wool blanket sandwiched between. The toilet wasn’t secure and wobbled when we used it. And even though the Firestone restaurant is attached to the building we had to go down and pick up our food even though they've brought it to our room in the last. We’ve eaten at Firestone many times but this meal was terrible! Neither of us finished our food. Overall, not a good experience. We will not likely go back.

The room was very large and comfortable beds but there was so little lighting it was dark. Only a light at entrance ( with 1 burnt out bulb) and a small lamp near bed. Nothing else and it made the room less inviting. Also very little furniture so kinda cold forboding feeling.

Unimpressed with a Coast property not having complementary coffee/water
The website said that construction was to be done in October 2025, it is December 30th and there are boxes and renovation items all over the halls and common space.
Zero material, in the room, for activities in the area, no note pad, no pen, etc.
Mold growing in the bathroom tiles/grout. Dirty floors. Dirty air conditioning/heating unit. Dirty coffee maker. Light bulbs missing in bathroom, burnt out lightbulbs

Our stay was a bit disappointing. The lounge chair in our room was broken. The heating system didn’t work and our room was very hot the first night. We were able to cool it down by opening windows the second night. The gym has a broken treadmill and bike that wouldn’t work. While the room was adequate the amenities were not as nice as we hoped.

Check in was a bit slow as there was someone with an issue ahead of me that delayed movement. Everything was very fast and pleasant once things started to move.

I asked for an extra blanket or comforter and they brought a double sized mattress protector for my king bed.

Bits of sand in the sheets. Pillows are cheap and lumpy. The bed was OK. It feels like the hotel owners went as cheap as possible on everything in the room.

I have heard very good things about the restaurant and outdoor spaces, but did not have an opportunity to check those out.

Room was tiny and dingy. There were bugs on the window when we got in. The bathroom fan is so loud that it gives you a headache every time you turn the light on and you cannot turn the fan off. The hot water takes 10 minutes so be prepared to wait for your shower. The building is dingy, the elevator door closes on you and is extremely unsafe as it does not retract back or detect a person there. There is mold around the bathtub moulding, and towards the end of the night the room started to smell like onions. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Booked a premium king suite but got a old, smelly, small cluttered with outdated furniture. Tild staff who just moved me to a bigger, old, cluttered room. The curtsuns were on backwards and did not cover the window. They didn't empty the garbage so i had someones old garbage. The hallways and elevator smelled luke a sweaty saddke blanket. Rooms did not smell great either. Bed was clean, thank god. I called down for a late check out, phone by the bed did not work, lamp was incredible hard to turn on. The other phone went straight to a busy signal. Kept trying, straight to busy. Called the coast with my cell phone. It rang and rang and rang so i walked down to the fton4 lobby and she had the phone off the hook. Sermed upset that people kept calling...weird. im like well ate you going to answer your calls and she said that people kept calling etc... idk but is that not her job... i was granted a later check out for noon but never again. I booked with expedia and got the biggest and best room but they were going to put me in a lil cluttered box that gave me anxiety. Very upsetting. The hotel is so stuffy and smelly, cluttered and outdated.

Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, we were not bothered by the construction materials in the lobby. Our room was on the main floor and was conveniently located near the closest exit to where our vehicles were parked. Parking was not a problem even with a 20+ long cargo van. Despite being quite full for a weekday, the hotel was very quiet and the beds were quite comfy. We were both able to get a good night's sleep after a long drive into Lethbridge. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant which was only 10 minutes away making it very convenient. We had breakfast at the Firestone Restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent as well as was our server. My only minor beef would be that the room could have been cleaner than what we expected it to be.

Didn't start out well. Trying to enter the parking lot was a nightmare because of some auto show going on in town, and apparently everyone decided to use the hotel parking lot, we were lucky to even get a spot.
Staff was friendly, but the hotel was laid out weird, it wasn't even immediately apparent where the rooms were located from the lobby. Turns out they're down some weird little hallway, but there's no signage to point the way and staff didn't point us in any direction.
The pool looked nice, didn't have time to use it though, closed at 9 (yep...), bar/restaurant was crazy expensive. It must be what passes for upscale in Lethbridge, not sure as out of towners.
Rooms were clean and very nice and the beds were comfortable, but mainly the AC works well, and that's all anyone really cares about. Only complaint about the room is the bathroom is a comically small phone booth with a Fisher Price toilet only suitable for children. For a room that size to have such a tiny bathroom was a head scratcher.

The hotel has excellent amenities. We especially liked the pool and hot tub, as well as the restaurant. As I was travelling with my 80+ mom, we were also grateful that the hotel was very accessible, including ramps. The room was quite dated and I've never seen so many stains on a hotel room carpet; however, we were told they were upgrading the rooms so hopefully this will all improve soon.

The property is under reservation- which is fine- but this was not mentioned anywhere and prices did not reflect this. Our sink was plugged so we had to wash hands in the bathtub. We didn’t notice until 10pm because we weren’t in the room and we had kids that needed to sleep. I’m fine with no breakfast but the least they could do is have complimentary coffee and ice water.

I must 1st state the the Hotel is in the midst of renovations, this didn't interfere with having a quite nights sleep even though we were on the 3rd floor where much of this was taking place. The hallway was quite dusty. The desk clerk was very accommodating to our requests as at 1st we were given a room on the 1st floor however we requested a move due to the smallest low toilet I've seen outside of Vietnam. The Expedia web led us to believe that the toilet was high elevated. Once moved to a larger room on the 3rd, we found the toilet to be the same size. Small enough for small children and uncomfortable for Adults. The toilets actually was our only concern. Above all else we appreciated the the customer service received from the desk clerk. They were in the midst of a renovation but the interior was clean! Our room was a little too small but otherwise clean and comfortable.
The parking lot needed some attention! My husband and I picked up some garbage but it was still dirty.

Had brunch in the restaurant - food was excellent, service was amazing! Enjoyed very much!!

Expedia did not bother to tell us that the hotel was under renovation,the halls were torn up and construction stuff in the hallway,with workers and staff trying there best to stay out of the way and make the best of it. I don't blame the hotel,they did what the could. Shame on you Expedia for sending,some one into that. I'm sure it will be great when it's done. Great Restaurant on main floor.
