Great location

Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. Easily accessible by bus L5 from the train station (L1A from the bus station). The reception gave us a map and explained the essentials to explore the city (landmarks, dining, marketplace etc.).

Room size was decent and with good heating/air-conditioning. The soundproof was poor however. We could hear the traffic well.

Wonderful option in La Coruna

Adjacent to Teatro Colon and across the road from old town. Airport bus literally drops you off across the street from the hotel entrance for 1.55 euro per person caught immediately outside the airport. Casino located in the hotel but honestly i didn’t see people going in and out or hear any noise from the casino. It really isn’t a noticeable part of the property. Outstanding breakfast, one of the best I’ve experienced in Europe. Rooms are small but kept immaculately clean. The hotel staff is very professional and some speak English. Beds are firm but that’s the standard I’ve noticed in Europe. No pool, no fitness center, apparently they have an agreement with a local gym to access for 4 euro a day but there was too much to do for us to pursue the gym option. You can walk to Rialto beach in five minutes. A wonderful pedestrian pathway adjacent that goes around the harbor. La Coruna was a surprising wonderful gem. Would love to visit again. Eurostar Atlantico is a great choice to be near old town, great breakfast, super clean.

Senior lady traveling solo. Stayed at Atlántico for two nights. It is a clean, modern hotel in a great location. Just steps from the old town, shopping, bars and restaurants. From the airport I took the public bus that stopped right across from the hotel. Walked to all the sites and several of the beaches. Two days was too short, I will return to A Coruña and stay here without a doubt.

Bad attitude from staff

Maybe they thought I was English. This happens a lot to Irish tourists abroad and we are treated badly because of it. The staff were extremely rude and because I don’t speak good Spanish I was made to feel extremely unwelcome. I even heard them talking about me in Spanish. I may not speak it well but I do know some bad words.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone from Ireland.

Service - Excellent, Staff very professional in their work. Ready to help to make your stay a happy one. Food fantastic especially the afternoon lunch. As a high blood pressure patient I am extremely careful of what I eat. My stay there all the breakfast and lunch I had, I was never ill as I sometimes end up at other places due to too much salt in their food.
Their food is very fresh.
Their rooms very clean, beds very well laid. Etc. Well done the entire staff of NH A Corunna Atlantico for all your hard work.
I am going to promote this hotel to my families, neighbours and friends.

We stayed a week at the NH Atlantico. It is ideally placed in the centre of the old town, very close to the busy port, restaurants and the lovely beach. While the breakfasts were very good it seemed strange that a 4* hotel only offered snack type meals in the evening.

Good hotel in great location... few minor issues..

Hotel generally is quite good however quite old though. Our room was big enough, clean and tidy however nothing more than you should expect from this kind of hotel.
We faced some issues that made our stay little bit worse than it could be... however they were not completely fault of the staff so they couldn't do anything with that... well... it happens sometime.
The access cards were a pain - during our 3 days stay hotel staff couldn't issue us the cards to our room so we had to use the emergency card - the only copy they had so we had to return it to the reception every time when leaving the hotel. After return we had to spend sometimes around 15min to wait the reception is done with the line of other guests just to get the card back. It was annoying.
Another thing - not working fridge - this was fixed by myself as I discovered the power socket was not working so I had simple use different one... however this should be noticed by the staff during refilling minibar and fixed beforehand.
Last annoying thing - some strange smell from AC or the toilet. During 3 days we didn't close the window at all due to this smell. Didn't notice what was stinking but other rooms our friends were staying in were ok... so simply maybe avoid room 236 and should be ok ;)

Easy to find, clean and reasonably quiet. Efficient aircon and good quality bathrooms. Beds extremely comfortable.
we didn't take breakfast as was costly, given what is available within a very short walk. Despite being very close to cruise port it is also a very good location for 'old town' with plethora of quality restaurants. Only quibble is that €21 per night is a lot for parking and includes a wait when you want your car; hotel disingenuous re other options!!

The hotel is centrally located near the old city, close to Maria Pita square. Stores and restaurants are easily accesible. A city street construction is ongoing but access to the hotel is not a affected. Rooms are large and comfortable. Would stay again in this hotel.

My wife and I went back to Coruna to visit my wifes family for a few days.We have stayed at the Atlantico before and found it to be very good,clean and very central to the old town.The airport shuttle stops right outside the hotel as do many local buses,which means you can get around very well.The hotel staff speak English and are very helpfull.Wonderful area of Spain and very pretty and clean.A lot of Spanish holiday here and not many tourists.You really need to speak Spanish as very few locals will understand English.The beaches are wonderful and the local people are so kind.

Perfect location if you want to join the pulse of the city recreation night (bars and restaurants) and also the tranquility of night sleep.
For a 4 star hotel, to be awakened at 2 a.m. with the clear sound of people walking in the upper room was very bad.
I would came back only because of the location.

Great Coruna location

The best part of this hotel is the location - in the best area of the city. The rooms and facility are good making it a solid choice for business or pleasure stay. Breackfast is a great. Con is that they in room internet is expensive. Free for 30 minutes at a time in the lobby. Also, I didn't find the lobby lounge/bar area that inviting.

NH Atlantico - good hotel in La Coruna

All in all this was an excellent hotel to stay in. Ask for 5th floor if possible to be furthest away from street noise which can get quite noisy (but much less than other parts of Coruna). Room was very nice, although we had to ask especially for a double bed, so specify that in your booking or you may get two singles joined together which they originally were going to give us. The only negative point is that they say free wireless internet. This is only in the lobby and not in the room where it costs €10 per night. Internet in lobby was only very average speed. Didn't try breakfest buffet at €10 pp but instead went to any number of nice cafes in Coruna.

Perfekt läge för att upptäcka A Coruña till fots. Nära till många restauranger och shopping. Ca 8 min till stranden. Observera att det är nivåskillnad till stranden, trappor osv. Det är svårt att köra hit, var uppmärksam att gps visar fel då adressen även är en stor vägtunnel på ena sidan hotellet utan möjlighet att stanna. Det finns ett parkeringshus nära som har avtal med hotellet. Bara att köra in, ta en p-biljett och få den validerad (och betala) i receptionen. Bra rum och badrum. Helt ok frukost bortsett från kaffet. Personalen var trevlig och serviceinriktade. Det var en ombyggnation i angränsande park som kan bullra en del samt att närmaste busshållplatsen var avstängd.

Este hotel fica junto a um cassino e é muito bem localizado. A partir dele você pode fazer todos os passeios a pé. O único problema é que o hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, apesar de informar que tem. O estacionamento é terceirizado e fica do outro lado da avenida. Custa 32 euros, mas como o hotel tem convênio com eles, você pagará apenas 16. No Brasil isso seria um roubo, mas ...

Muy limpio, pero no tiene habitación con baño de ducha, y eso para un minusvalido està muy mal, estuve a un tris de caerme en la bañera. Por lo demas, es céntrico, buenos servicios, y el garaje tuvimos que pagarlo , como en la mayoría de hoteles.
