The location of the hotel was pretty good, close to the park, trams and Repubblica station. The breakfast was impressive, particularly the made to order coffees. Room was comfortable, with a decent shower. Overall a good hotel for those on a bit more of a budget

We spent 2 night at this hotel. Excellent service, the manager was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the passing trams were so loud it was very hard to fall asleep.

Nice enough staff, hotel in need of updating

Check in was quick and easy, greeted by friendly staff. Initially the double room we checked into was roadside with frequent trams passing in either direction, they were loud and the room shook when they passed, there was also a strong smell of tobacco despite the hotel being non smoking, dirt on the walls and poorly maintained shower gave an instantly poor impression. We asked to change rooms which we were able to do the next day, the room we changed to was a twin room which wasn't really an issue, but for being single beds they seemed on the small side, there was no smell of tobacco and outside noise was greatly reduced which we were happy about, the bathroom still had maintenance issues and there was some mould in the shower. There was no kettle in either room, and limited breakfast for €7 which we tried on the last day. Overall the hotel was a let down, the staff being the only good thing about it, we had stayed in a 1 star hotel for a wedding in Lake Como the day before checking into Brianza and that 1 star hotel seemed to be at a much higher standard than this 3 star.

The Reception people dont speak \"Italian\", nor English, nor anything but Chinese. They dont even know how to transfer a call from outside to a room. Facilities horrible, no elevator, breakfast looks like leftovers.

Never again.

The room smelt of cigarettes, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, you need to heave your own luggage up 4 flights of stairs, the wifi is terrible, available only in the lobby and costs you extra. You know it's a bad hotel when they hand over the TV remote with the key on check in.

We didn't stay long - not even our first night. The receptionist couldn't have been more disnterested if she had tried. Poor facilities, basic room hardly big enough for one let alone two. No air-con. For a 3*? Avoid this place. The pics online look nice - guess they had a good photographer.

Me and my boyfriend were staying for two nights in this hotel, in Milano. The staff was very polite, gave us needed information about city and everything. Our room was small, clean with very comfortable bed, it has its own bathroom, which was very clean and relatively new. There was also a wide balcony, from which you can see the street and building across. The only thing that could be problem for somebody with a 'light dream' were the trams, which are passing by every 10-15 minutes. But if you visit Milano with all day walking, the way we did, you'll probably be so tired that wouldn't even notice. Breakfast was standard, coffee, croissant, sandwiches... Location of the hotel was great, only 10 minutes walking from Central Station, and 20-25 min. to the centar. We are completely satisfied with our choice. Take the room here, you won't regret! :)

If you don't mind the cold attitude of the woman working on the hotel then this hotel works well as somewhere of a reasonable price to spend a few nights. It is close to a metro stop so is easily accessible and within walking distance of some nice restaurants.

The rooms are clean and of a reasonable size and the breakfast was croissants, toast and cornflakes with a selection of drinks.

The only problem we had was that when we arrived expecting a prepaid room we found that they had no record of our booking at all! The money hadn't been taken from our accounts but we were lucky they had rooms left.

The hotel is clearly old, but in good repair and clean. No frills. Internet access is troublesome. Friendly staff. Good espresso at the lobby bar. Near enough to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood.

I found the room to be loud and the beds are very uncomfortable. The \"direct\" people at the front desk seemed to not like to speak English. We did not get everything done that we wanted to in Milan so asked to stay an additional night. We were told it would be an additional 25 euros added to the nightly rate for another night. I guess we could have booked online for cheaper but decided that we could go down the street to another hotel for cheaper and more friendly accommodations.

The lady at the front desk us who I think is the wife of the owner was so UNFRIENDLY. It is not a good experience when, from the very start, they make you feel unwelcomed. My question is, why even bother to have guests in your hotel if you don't make them welcomed???

Me and my fd stay at this hotel for two night.
It was a terrible experience for us!!!!!
First, the attitude of staff was bad. The room is small and a bit smelly.
Most important, so many people who took drug were hanging around the street, too dangerous for just two girls to stay overnight.
That's why we canceled the next day booking.!!!!

For your own good! Choose other one hotel !

Quick 2 day stop over.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. The problem is there is no elevator and all the baggage had to be humped up 2 flights of steps. The rooms and bathroom were clean but very , very , small even by European standards. The neighborhood was ok and did have a few great restaurants close buy. They have only 2 news channels in English on the tv. No mini frig in room. If you love steps this hotel is for you. Please pick another hotel.

Look for better options

Hotel is OK but could use updates and the staff could be friendlier. There is no elevator in this hotel, so you have to carry your own bags up narrow stairways. Breakfast is not included and it's not worth paying extra for it either -- just walk to some bar/cafe. If your windows face the street, you will hear the trams on the street, even with the windows closed.

The hotel was really nice, apart from the grumpy receptionist. He wasn't much of a help when asked about how to get to the city centre.
We were charged for breakfast , 5 euro/pp

The underground was close to the hotel, but it's very difficult to find the way back without a map.

This hotel is convenient for staying one or two nights, it's within walking distance from the central station and close to Republique metro stop. (Do NOT get a taxi. The driver told me 5 euros and then charged 15 for a 3 minute drive!)

The single room was small, but clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. However there was no airconditioning, no free wi-fi and the staff were not very helpful.

Great location. If you want to travel around the country, 10 minutes walk to Central stantion, 15 min walk to the heart of Milan.
Unfortunately, hotel is not air-conditioned in May - it starts June 1st, but in May it's already warm in Milan.

Don´t understand how this hotel can have 3 stars and quite good reviews. Asked for a non smoking room, there´s obviously smoke smell in the full hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, almost didn´t get any sleep at all, you hear everything that´s going on outside. The breakfast was poor in terms of different choices. I will never book this hotel again.

We had an amazing stay in Milan. Hotel is located close to the park and walking to the city center takes around 30min. However, along the way there is so much to see, which makes the 30min go pass by quickly. Furthermore, the hotel is close to metro station.

The staff was very very friendly. Room was CLEAN. Matrass & pillow are comfortable. Take into account that the tram is passing by the hotel, which causes some noise also at night (not something the hotel can do about). Shower cabin is small (well, only 1 person fits in), but is more than enough.

I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the hospitality Hotel Brianza!

Comodo Hotel in ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Durante la scelta della struttura abbiamo dato maggiore priorità alla posizione e meno ai servizi, il che si traduce ad una colazione discreta, nulla di troppo eccezionale e alla mancanza del bidet in camera (ammetto mancanza sentita). Oltre questo la struttura era facilmente raggiungibile da metro (3 minuti di camminata) e dalla linea tram che vi passa davanti. La notte non abbiamo avuto problemi per la rumorosità del tram (forse perché al secondo piano), magari nelle stanze al primo piano il problema è più consistente. Piccola nota negativa i cuscini, troppo alto e rigidi per i miei gusti.

Günstige Herberge in einer teuren Stadt

Hotels in Mailand sind alle teuer und somit landet man bei vorgegebenem Budget unweigerlich in den niedrigen Klassen.
Die Mitarbeiter haben sich große Mühe gegeben, aber die Zimmer sind klein und das Hotel ist alt.
Das Frühstück ist nich wirklich toll.
Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ist es jedoch ganz OK.
Parken kann man gleich neben an für 30,- Euro pro Nacht.

Hotel calidad-precio genial

El hotel nos sorprendió para bien. La habitación muy limpia (cada día entraban a limpiar) y con lo necesario para pasar unos días, el tamaño también ideal. El desayuno sencillo pero rico y lo mejor es que el café es de cafetera, pides lo que quieres y te lo hacen en el momento. Los recepcionistas muy agradables y siempre hay alguien en recepción.
El único pero que le podemos poner es la ubicación que andando al centro queda un poco lejos pero nosotros cogimos Ecooltra y nos movíamos cómodamente.
La verdad que es un hotel que calidad-precio está genial, lo recomendamos.

Très bon accueil, très agréable et sympathique. idéalement placé (200/300 mètres) des lignes 1 et 3 du métro. Beaucoup de restaurants de tous styles à proximité, petit déjeuner parfait à partir de 07H00. Seul bémol, le tramway qui passe sous les fenêtres et qui fait un peu de bruit. Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger. Peut être que le problème ne se pose pas sur d'autres chambres.

Buena en general teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad - precio. Desayuno incluido bastante decente aunque el 'comedor' es muy pequeño e igual hay que hacer cola. Habitacion pequeña pero limpia. La mampara de la ducha estaba desencajada y se mojaba todo el suelo del baño. Buena elección si lo que quieres es gastar poco y estar cerca del centro.

冷蔵庫やお湯を沸かす施設はありません。ただ単にに泊まるという感じのホテルですが。、安くて、朝食がついているということは文句は言えないと思います。ただ、紅茶を飲むのにも、コーヒーを飲むのにもお金がかかります。また、宿泊税を一人１泊４ユーロとられます。

3성급 호텔이라고 하기에는 너무 오래되고 시설이 부족했다.
엘리베이터, 냉장고 조차 없는 호텔이라 처음에 무척 당황했지만, 가격대비 위치의 만족도는 매우 높다.
저렴한 가격에 좋은 위치를 찾는 관광객이라면 추천해줄만 하다.

Non posso dire lo stesso per la stanza d'albergo piuttosto umida e rumorosa quindi non ideale per chi desidera rientrare in albergo per riposare dopo una giornata fuori a visitare la città. Prezzo accettabile e vicino al centro. La pulizia è discreta. Per il resto non c'è ascensore, la camera è piccola e con aspetto trasandato, così come il bagno. Viene data per 4 persone una normale camere con due letti aggiunti: non c'è spazio per muoversi! Colazione molto scadente.
L'impressione generale è di \"vecchio e trasandato\". Tre stelle sono troppe. Il personale è gentile, ma non ci tornerei!

le stanze non sono insonorizzate: si sente sia chi vocifera passando per il corridoio, sia quando il vicino di stanza sta l'utilizzando le utenze idriche del bagno.
discreto il rumore del traffico veicolare (non eccessivo da non riuscire a dormire).
Evidenzio solo le cose individuate negative: scrivania con cassetto rotto. mensola del lavandino pendeva su un lato, cestino bagno rotto, un capello sotto il cuscino :/
costo eccessivo, spero sia dovuto solo al periodo expo perché in altri periodi si trova di meglio a un costo nettamente interiore.

Relación calidad-precio floja

Cerca de la estación central i a 10' a pie del duomo de Milán. Es un poco ruidoso porque cada 5' pasa un tramvia, creo que por 85 euros + tasa turística por 1 noche en el mes de Agosto es un poco caro por el servicio y la ubicación del hotel. Si pudiera hubiese cogido otro más cercano al duomo o del castillo.

Hotel comodo per spostarsi in metropolitana

L'albergo è comodo per la sua posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, linea M1 e dal centro città. Camera e colazione nello standard. Qualche attenzione in più all'arredo del foyer d'ingresso e soprattutto una sostituzione di qualche elemento rovinato non guasterebbe. Consigliato per chi gira Milano da turista.

Al di sotto delle aspettative

Una stanza quadrupla (in realtà sono stati affiancati 4 letti e una sedia tra due letti fungeva da unico comodino), non curata, non propriamente pulita (ad esempio erano molto sporche le placche delle prese di corrente), con un bagno senza bidè e doccia che non ha nemmeno un ripiano per appoggiarci i detergenti e un ambiente colazione angusto con poca possibilità di scelta per mangiare, non valgono la cifra che ho pagato.
Il personale è invece cordiale, la posizione dell'albergo buona, ma ciò non compensa il giudizio negativo.

Fiquei hospedado nesse hotel por duas noites. O quarto é minúsculo, mal cabendo as malas. Impossível tomar banho sem bater toda hora na torneira. A pia do hotel estava quebrada. Embora tenha feito o pagamento antecipado pelo Expedia, fui cobrado novamente na saída.

Qualche macchia e una colazione quanto basta,

Qualche macchia di olio sul copriletto e, come da titolo, una colazione passabile, ma commisurata alla spesa (tenendo presente l'occasione e non i prezzi standard). Materasso non certo di prima qualità. . Personale molto cortese.

Nice and clean hotel with good location. Breakfast was always the same but coffee with many choices was tasty:) We didn't use internet, because it cost. But anyway, this hotel is worth of money if you don't have high standards about it.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per questo hotel in posizione consigliatissima, vicino al centro. Stanze grandi, pulite e gradevoli. Colazione perfetta, con cornetti e caffè al tavolo. Consigliatissimo.

나름 만족스럽습니다.

위치도 괜찮았고 주변 치안도 괜찮았습니다. 아침 또한 그냥 간단히 먹을 수 있는 정도만 생각한다면 만족스럽습니다. 와이파이가 방에서 안되는게 너무 아쉬웠습니다.

Hotel Brianza è un ottimo Hotel, pulito e igienico perchè senza la moquette in camera , accogliente ed il prezzo è veramente concorrenziale.La zona è centrale comoda è sotto c'è un fantastico parrucchiere.

Buon punto d'appoggio, posizione ottima.

Hotel soddisfacente: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera non spaziosissima ma pulita e con bagno confortevole. Unica pecca, manca il minifrigo.
A 500 metri in direzione opposta, ci sono sia la fermata di P.ta Venezia (rossa), che quella di Repubblica (gialla), entrambe raggiungibili con una fermata di tram situato a 30 metri dall'hotel. Nelle vicinanze, ampia scelta di ristorazione e spritz-bar.

Hotel carino, ben posizionato.

Siamo stati bene.Il personale è gentile;la stanza carina e abbastanza pulita;la saletta per la colazione è molto piccola,con soli 5 tavolinetti;la colazione offre il giusto; al primo piano il rumore del tram da un po' fastidio ma il traffico è comunque limitato.

mycket bra läge ungefär mitt emellan Centralstationen och Domen. 15 min till fots till bägge. Läget är mycket lugnt vid liten gata. Utmärkta prisvärda restauranter nära hotellet. Rent snyggt rum med bra duschrum. Frukostbuffé omfattande, dock alldaglig. Wi-Fi fungerar endast i lobbyn. Hiss saknas i 3-våningshuset. För mig inga nackdelar. Kartor och info bra i receptionen. Taxistation och tunnelbana på 2 min gångavstånd. Sammantaget ett bra hotell, som jag kan återvända till
