I liked that there is a bus service to go to the city centre as the hotel is very far from the city, the breakfast was good and there is not much noise in the hotel.

We booked 3 nights but stopped only 2. The area was too busy not at all what we expected. We had great difficulty finding the place as it was not on our satnav. The location is actually student accommodation for the local university but that said it was clean and comfortable. The food very basic and really what you would expect at this type of accommodation. It has a good pool and gym but that is not in for us. Reception was most helpful so no problems there.

A Little Surprise.
Very hard to find when driving there. Turned out to be University Accommodation moonlighting as tourist accommodation. Once there you can use the regular shuttle to the city and back. Great. The room was OK with a small simple kitchen. Food on site was of poor quality although cheap. I wouldn't like to be a student living there. The price was good for what you had. It was close to the airport and the Taxi, booked at reception was on time for our departure.

A Lovely Week in the April Sun.
We stayed here 8 nights whilst we prepared our boat for the season. It was a lovely spot on top of the hill and generally a quiet location. It was great to be able to get back and park easily. With the self-catering hob/fridge and sink we could have simple meals instead of going out at night.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom great (two sinks and a power shower).
Unfortunately we did not have time to try the gym or swimming pool but used the bar and dining facility for one night. The meal was fine for €5 three courses, but this was student food so do not expect to dine out in style.

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en esta residencia en verano, la primera con familia. Sigue siendo una gran opción. Austera y sin lujos, pero con todas las comodidades necesarias para tener una agradable experiencia.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind total professionell, schnell, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Praktischer Bus von Rialta zu einem zentralen Platz in A Coruna. Man haette quch Sport, Sauna umd Schwimmbad nutzen koennen. Einzig das Fruehstueck war sehr basic, aber man ja eine Minikueche, nur eben keonerleo Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten. Abendessen war jedoch super.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en Rialta y volveré a hacerlo la próxima vez que visite A Coruña. Personal amable, habitación amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además hay un servicio de autobús gratuito al centro de la ciudad, aunque con horario bastante limitado.

O apartamento atende bem a um casal, principalmente pelo valor pago. Não é moderno, mas é espaçoso. O duche é pequeno, mas mesmo com meus 1.95m, aquilo deu jeito. O quarto contava com uma TV grande, frigorífico, um fogareiro de duas bocas (mas não consegui utilizar aquilo) e utensílios de cozinha. Há uma boa área de estacionamento, mas se estiver muito cheio, como no meu caso, pode haver dificuldade para encontrar um espaço disponível. No geral, pelo preço, vale à pena. Ficaria novamente se preciso.
Um último detalhe é que como havia algum avento escolar a se passar na zona do hotel, havia barulho, e pudemos perceber que o isolamento de som não é muito bom, mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas.

En la reserva de la habitación ponía que en la habitación había aire acondicionado y al entrar hacía mucha calor y al reclamar a recepción nos dicen que las habitaciones NO TIENEN aire acondicionado. Por lo tanto, no hemos dormido bien por no disponer de aire acondicionado como estaba indicado.

Es una residencia de estudiantes, que ofrece servicio de hotel en verano. Por tanto, uno no puede esperar los servicios y comodidades de un hotel convencional de 4 estrellas. Pero ofrece muchas cosas buenas. Para empezar, un precio difícil de batir. Para continuar, habitaciones agradables, provistas de cocina funcional y en buen estado, así como mesa de estudio. Y acceso gratuito a un gimnasio en buen estado y a un bus al centro de la ciudad varias veces al día. Es cierto que el entorno es algo aislado (aunque se puede ir andando a ciertas facultades), pero ello permite también disfrutar del paisaje y las temperaturas tan agradables de esta zona en verano (comparando con la mayoría del resto de España, que sufre constantes olas de calor en estas fechas).

Personal de recepción muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias, funcionales, sin ningún lujo pero con todo lo necesario a mi parecer. Realmente es una residencia universitaria que supongo en verano funciona como apartahotel. Hay un servicio gratuito de bus directo al centro de la ciudad pues está como a unos 10 kilómetros pero en 15 minutos estás en el centro y te olvidas del coche. También tienes la opción del bus 24 con más frecuencias pero que tarda más pues tiene muchas paradas. La ubicación, magnífica pues estás en medio del campo sin ruidos ni tráfico. Para empezar se equivocaron de habitación y nos pusieron en una individual cuando somos 2. No nos pidieron ni disculpas las chicas de recepción. Me parece un atraco 15€ por noche por mascota. Nunca me ha pasado que sea tan caro y más en uno de los peores hoteles que he estado. El personal de cafetería en el desayuno contestaba un poco mal por pedir unas simples tostadas por ejemplo. Como apartahotel para grupos grandes de gente mayor por ejemplo recomendable pero solo en ese caso. Experiencia fatal.

Todo muy limpio , estancia agradable , nosotros estuvimos un finde semana y muy bien , para hacer turismo y dormir está perfecto, el alojamiento está indicado para estudiantes pero si quieres algo para hacer turismo y económico es el sitio perfecto .

Es en uno de los peores alojamientos en los que he estado con diferencia. Cogimos el apartamento con cocina pero la cocina eran dos fogones y uno de ellos pequeño. Llamé para preguntar por el microondas el cual entraba dentro del apartamento que cogimos y nos dijeron que sí teníamos fogones no teníamos microondas cuando en la descripción ponía que entraban las dos cosas. Las camas para dormir un día vale pero para estar una semana como estuvimos es infernal. La tv muy pequeña que casi no se ve desde las camas. Para comer tienes que comer en una especie de escritorio, sin una mesa plegable si quiera… los ruidos fueron lo peor de la estancia… una barbaridad desde las 7 de la mañana ya no se podía descansar, niños chillando, las sillas de la gente de arriba que se escuchaban como si te pegasen con un martillo en la cabeza, el perro de arriba que se tiraba las 24h sólo en la habitación rascando el suelo con las patas (denunciable por cierto el abandono del animal, aunque ajeno al hotel…), gente chillando y todo muy muy muy molesto. Por otro lado avisé en recepción de que llegábamos de Valencia y que hacíamos un viaje muy largo que por favor en vez de a las 16 nos dejasen entrar un poco antes porque siempre hay alguna habitación lista que dejan limpias de las primeras… y nos dijeron que no… nos tocó estar 4h dando vueltas y muy cansadas del viaje por la poca consideración y empatía que se tuvo…

4. Traje 4 kilos de carne para comer. Lo metí en el frigorífico de la habitación. Al día siguiente apestaba. Vino un operario para ver por qué no funcionaba y al parecer alguien lo había desenchufado. En lugar de pedirme disculpas y, qué sé yo, ofrecerme una menú de 7 euros, en recepción pusieron en duda mi palabra o mis capacidades cognitivas: \"No viste que no había luz al abrir la puerta?\"
5. Por desgracia: se me olvidó un enser en la habitación. Aceptaron haberlo encontrado y me lo envían. Pese a todo lo sucedido y haberlo manifestado, no creáis que tuvieron el detalle de enviármelo pagándolo ellos.

Alojamiento cómodo, espacioso, con sitio donde aparcar el coche, aunque un poco alejado de Coruña, pero merece la pena por la tranquilidad. Es una residencia de estudiantes. Durante el día tienen servicio de bus gratuito que te lleva y te trae al centro de la ciudad, varias veces al día, con lo que te ahorras tener que mover el coche con lo difícil que es aparcar. Comidas bastante aceptables teniendo en cuenta el precio. Alojamiento recomendable.

its in peninsulae outkirts easy to reach by car. regular free shutle to city center worked fine, you got a nearby local bus stop too. its an university residential but it was a quiet , modern, spacious and clean apartment. i noticed some stuff lackin in my room but it wont prolly happen to you, anyway it was obvio personnel knew about so i cannot giveit a good note. peninsulae luminicos were great and we got a wonderful weekend there though
