Checkin was quick and smooth. Staff was very personable, very polite. They gave us a break on the Pet Deposit which was way cool. The building had some major construction going on thru out, but didn't affect our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo and body lotion. Overall was a good (convenient) place to stay.

The toilet was slow flushing when I used it to do number 2 that night it did not flushed I asked the front desk to get it fixed they waited for the maintenance which is the flowing day. It was unclogged but they did not cleaned it it was a mess and did not offer to move me to a different room. The worst breakfast I had because of bagels are tough as a rock so the whole experience was terrible could not wait to check out. They were having construction but that did not bother me it’s just front desk seem could careless.

Our confirmation said we would have 2 queen beds. We got 1 bed & a pull out sofa. No extra blankets or pillows for pull out bed.
The toliet had dried yellow pee on the seat
We were given 2 towels & both were dirty.

Stayed Dec 23–26, 2025. Absolutely unacceptable.
There was no room service, and the room was so poorly maintained that I had to purchase my own bathroom cleaner and trash bags just to keep it clean. The ice machine was not working, and basic amenities were neglected throughout the stay.
At checkout, guests were forced to exit through a rear door because contractors were actively installing new flooring. There was no prior notice, no apology, and no effort to minimize disruption.
To make matters worse, three days after checkout, an unauthorized $88 charge appeared on my card.
This property uses the Hilton name, but it does not meet Hilton standards for cleanliness, service, or transparency. The conditions were misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend booking this property.

Everything in the hotel was newer. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Great price and location. However, there was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. You had to go to the lobby. The frig was not a frig, it was an icebox with no electricity to it and no safe. So, nice and clean at a great price but without some of the normal amenities.

My room was a mobility room with a tub. The shower did not have a detachable shower handle or a rubber nonslip mat. Also, the towels were not reachable from within the tub.

Front desk staff tried to charge me twice for room arguing and insisting I never paid. Then I got into the room that was dirty and tv wasn’t working. I was so defeated I just went to bed when I woke the following morning I went down for breakfast when there was none although t advertised. All they had was coffee and oatmeal packets which is a horrible. Every other hotel at least give you waffles and fruit milk something. This place sucks.

Terrible weekend at this property. Pillows on the bed are uncomfortable and my neck has been hurting since I stayed there. Both days I was woken up by the sound of construction and maintenence at the hotel including 8:30am on Sunday. The TV channels hardly worked either.

The first room that I was in was horrible. I could hear the person in the room next to
me clear as day talking on the phone. The gal at the front desk was very helpful though and put me up on the 5th floor which, seemed to be under renovations. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very dusty and dirty so I kept sneezing. I’m allergic to dust. In addition the room was just old and run down despite the obvious fresh coats of paint. I’m disappointed because the hotel is portrayed very differently on your website and had I know the real condition of this hotel, I would’ve booked my stay elsewhere. I will not be back to this hotel under any circumstances.

Room was dirty, pulled the covers back and there was blood on the sheets, long strains of hair all over the bed. No towels in the room. Housekeeping staff only spoke Spanish. Breakfast area was dingy and dirty, food they offered was not good! Terrible experience

First room we were given was tiny and had no hot water. Seemed to be ran down as well. Maintenence was called but was unable to fix the water problem. Staff gave us another room that was clean and beautiful. Still the best place to go when there's a concert at Fiddler's Green.

Breakfast was included after our overnight stay and was adequate. Mostly cold foods, fruit and coffee,tea etc. The dining area was clean and well attended.
The room was adequate with comfortable bed and shower. My wife was disappointed that there was not a bathtub which she prefers.
The cost was quite modest and the experience overall was very good. We would return here in the future.

Very nice room. King bed was a must and they supplied. Close to fiddlers green and they didnt jack up the price like other hotels. Gas station/convenience store within walking distance. Will stay again for our next concert.

Good budget-friendly option near Fiddlers

Stayed overnight after a show at Fiddlers. Minimalistic, modern decor - room was fresh and clean. Both front desk staff members I encountered were super professional and also friendly.

Wasnt quite walkable to Fiddlers (about a mile but questionable safety-wise)- so a quick uber worked well.

Pleasantly surprised by this budget hotel. Great location in the DTC, staff friendly and helpful. My room was recently remodeled with upgraded shower and vanity/sink in the bathroom. New carpet and fixtures in the room, plus a comfy bed. I would stay here again.

Pretty unattractive rehab of part of the bldg's veneer

This property has newly opened and may be going through some start up pains. I booked a room through Expedia expecting to have both a microwave and refrigerator. There was only a very small refrigerator. There are ice machines on each floor, but no ice buckets or cups of any kind in the room. I asked at front desk if there were supposed to be cups, for example in the bathroom so you can rinse after brushing teeth. I was told \"we don't do that\". I thought it was odd because 1) there were ice machines and, 2) they did provide nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.

Was a quick business trip, stayed over nite and left the next morning. The rooms were clean , spacious and neat. Breakfast was basic bagels, muffins, yogurt , juice and coffee. Plenty of parking and Wi-Fi was ok. Neighborhood look and feels safe
