I arrived with two rooms booked--one for me and my wife, one for two of our kids. No one at the desk. Had to call. Waited not too long. We had two rooms booked. One was in my wife's name. She was arriving later. They would not let me check in to both rooms. My wife arrives later. No one at the desk. Had to call. Waited not too long. Get checked in. Daughter runs the shower. The head is not screwed in and water is spraying all over the bathroom. Fixed it myself not too difficult but not what you expect to have to do. Came down for breakfast at 8:25 (supposed to be served from 6AM to 9AM). No one at the desk. Juice machines running water. Cereal there but no bowls, spoons or milk. No hot food at all. Came back down later and they were at the desk and it looked like some of the breakfast situation had been rectified but too late for us. Not sure what guests did earlier.

Place was not very clean. Room was dark and dingy. Fridge was noisy and didn’t work. This is more like a cheap motel. When we arrived we were told they needed to charge our card $50 for incidentals and I asked what incedentals could we possibly use and the man said well we need to do the charge. Places like that don’t need to do that. The air in the room also was temperature controlled so when we pit the heat on it blew all night and got so hot.

Room was clean, but hotel overall was untidy. The only staff present during our stay was the front desk manager (likely the owner), and he was never actually at the front desk... we had to call the hotel (his cell phone) to have any contact.

I was told there was a $20 extra charge for pack-and-play and for extra blankets. We skipped out on these despite need.

Breakfast was cereal, frozen egg omelets, oatmeal, and there was a pancake machine.... most people took one look and skipped.

The first room, the first night was a disaster. Room 104 didn’t lock but I didn’t know until the next morning when I was heading to breakfast. Also when I was taking my shower the tub spout completely fell off, exposing a tarnished copper pipe.

I rarely ever do any reviews, but wanted people to be aware. It was so run-down when we went there. We thought it was closed. Not 1 car in the lot. Large blue tarps lying in the parking lot. Windows were filthy. Roof in need of repair. Garbage around the outside and looked as though landscaping hadn’t been trimmed in a very, long time. Due to health illnesses I have to be very careful about unsanitary conditions.
We could not stay there. They would NOT reimburse us any money!! We were out of town and going to a wedding. Very unprofessional and not understanding at all!!

The front double doors were deplorable. Fingerprints, smudges, very dirty. The outer landscaping was very bad. Needed definite TLC. I was placed on the interior 2nd floor and no elevator. I’m 79 years old and that’s a hard task. He should have seen that I was older and needed a room better accessible.The desk clerk was kind to carry up my bags.

Do not stay at this property! In fact, Expedia should not even have it on the booking site. It is that bad! It started with the fact that a pre-check in was completed, but once we arrived, we had to do it all again. Night One--Absolutely no hot water! Had to take a cold shower. Spoke to management about this the next morning, and they said it would be fixed that day because several guests had complained about it. The soda machine and juice machine are both not working, and haven't been since June according to other reviews. We had to ask the front desk clerk, who was sleeping, for the correct number of towels and more toilet paper several days during out five night stay. The lack of towels and toilet paper for rooms must be common because the desk clerk pulled them out of a dresser located behind the desk. Twice the pancake machine was not working, and we had to call a worker to get them to come out and fix it because there was no one available at the desk. The breakfast was very sparse. Only had fresh fruit twice in five days. The bedspread on the bed had blood stains on it; bathroom tiles were cracked, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work because it was stuck in the shower position. Lamps only had one light bulb in them when they called for two. Overall, a very bad experience. So bad, that we will never stay in a Days Inn again. If we could have received a refund, we would have left after the first night. We think a refund from Expedia would be in order.

The stay was fine, but Hotel could use major upgrades and cleanliness! My 13 year old son, and my friends 15 year old son found several blunt wraps and a blunt under the bed. I understand they know what this is but that is totally unacceptable! Trash was also found under the bed in my friends room.Also my toilet overflowed after a flush, staff was great urgently cleaned it up and fixed issue. No hot water in either room…unacceptable!

Very disappointed in the \"free breakfast\" advertised - there wasn't much of anything in the way of eating breakfast, just a basket of old muffins available, not even drinks. It really put a damper on our trip as we had to go out for breakfast each day. Not worth coming again.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife to ski and snowboard at 7 springs, Hidden Valley and Laurel Mountain. Great location close to dining places and bars with live music, coffee shops, bakeries, ski rental places and a snowboard/ski shop within a few minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.

The room was cold upon arrival, but tge bathroom was freezing. While the too. Slowly warmed, the bath never did and the bathroom heater was completely non-functional. We called the desk and they originally offered another room, but shortly after someone came to the room to check it. They then offered a heater instead to stay in this room- so an electrical space heater was placed on the bathroom between 3 water sources- sink, toilet, shower. We decided ti forego showers (exvept our son ) and i pulled the heater out of the bath there was no possibilty of water getting on the heater. And the toilet would only flush occasionally. The red throw pillows on bed were covered in hair and dog fur, and even a stain that looked like a body fluid. The vending machine in lobby was broken. If we hadnt needed a pet-friendly motel with convenient outdoor access we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. But we are never going back.

Pulled off turnpike because of unexpected snowstorm. luckily there were rooms for all of my crew. Parking was tough but we made it work. Weather got 10 below 0 and the owner let us hang out until we got our car unfrozen. Big thanks.

The location is very secluded but is right next to a sheets and the turnpike which is convenient.
We were there for an emergency visit due to a death in the family.
The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. The young man we saw most often was very kind and promptly responded with any question or need we had.
We needed to use two extra blankets as we had kids with us during the trip. My brother-in-law also got a room for the first night of our stay and ended up taking one of the extra blankets for his 19-month-old.
I completely forgot that the blanket was removed from our room and I got a call from the owner telling me he was going to charge me because they couldn't find it anywhere in our room.
Explain to him that my brother-in-law took it and at first he denied anybody even staying on the second floor.
Then he said there were only people staying in my room number.
I said I could have my brother-in-law call and explain to him what happened.
Then he said he was going to charge my brother-in-law that they did find the extra blanket. But now they're missing a quilt.
It was just absolutely crap communication between their cleaning staff and front desk.
They should have told me to bring them to the front before checkout if I knew any of this would have been an issue.
We travel all the time with our kids and are regularly asking for extras.
This is the first time I've been accused of stealing A blanket that in fact had stains all over it.

This was one of the most terrible hotels I've ever booked. The lobby smelled musty and heavily of air freshener to cover the bad smell. The room was worse. It smelled awful, there were brown specks on the bathroom towels, and there was a liquid outline from a cup on the night table. Was the room even cleaned? I am sensitive to mold, and I could feel the effects of the room in my lungs almost right away. The front desk was not helpful. I had to ring the bell for the desk attendant for about 5 minutes before he showed up. I told him I wanted to cancel the booking because of the dirtiness and smell of the hotel and he said he could not do that. I contacted hotels.com and have yet to hear back about a refund. You should not even consider staying here. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express about 20 minutes away. It was a bit more expensive, but worth it to stay in a clean, fresh room.

We chose this motel because it had a pool for the kids, and unexpectedly needed to stop for the night.

The pool was closed, front desk staff was not friendly, there were animal noises in the walls, and we could not use the air conditioner because the overwhelming scent of burning dust made us all cough and my daughter have a horrible headache. The breakfast was extremely limited. The bathroom was gross and none of us felt comfortable showering. If it hadn't been an unsafe neighborhood to be driving around very very late we would have gone elsewhere but we absolutely had to stop. To be honest - I've stayed at a ton of hotels and motels and this may have been our worst experience ever. I may have gotten two hours of sleep. Housekeeping lady was super duper nice though!!
