The seats on the bed in the first room or dirty and the room stunk. They moved me to another room sheets in that bed were dirty as well I went to the front desk to ask if they had any clean sheets that I could put on myself they told me no I asked if there was another room they could move me to even though the other four buildings had no cars in the parking lot they told me no.. they did offer for me to cancel my reservation but I already had plans in the area if you're going to own a hotel you need to keep it clean have adequate staff and supplies on hand this used to be a nice hotel I will never stay there again

Parking was very easy-next to our room, very easy to transport luggage from our car to our room. The staff was courteous. It was an older building but clean. We had a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker, as well as a pull-out sofa bed that we didn't expect. The only issue was that our room was cold when we got there, and we had to turn the heat on, but soon it was warm. Everything I expected for the price. This is my go to hotel when I visit Seton Hill University.

First of all we didn’t even get to stay here I payed 250 sum dollars for 4 days in a room with a kitchen and then we went to check in and the guy gave me a paper with a $200 charge and a $30 deposit I had to pay before we continued which was not stated we had to do that in anything before we came then he gave us the key we went to the room and it reeked of smoke! And there was no kitchen in there which I payed for I went back to the front counter and I told him and he tried to tell me I didn’t get a kitchen but in my receipt online shows it came with a kitchen then he tried to argue with me over and over to the point I’m in tears and then he calls whoever to get me a “refund” of my $250 sum dollars and I have still not received it after he said it would only be 2 days I’m on day 5 without a refund and I didn’t even get to stay there , the lady at the counter was very nice overall but the service in general is horrible I would neverrrrr suggest this place to anyone. If I do not get my refund soon I will be there!!!

This facility at first we thought it was ok just to rest but I was completely wrong. The locks looked as if someone tried to break-in (the bolts were even loose). I was so scared to sleep here that I literally barricaded the door. Very dirty as in dust, mold, stripped wall paint and separating ceilings as well as the floors. The only best thing about it is the parking. You get parking right infront your door basically.

There was no free wifi, no cable on the tv, the room was dirty, counters had a sticky substance on them, a cockroach was spotted in the bathroom. They charge an additional $30 fee as soon as you try to check in.

The room smelled overwhelmingly like stale cigarettes, I understand it was a smoking room but it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room everyday for years. There were cigarette burns all over the otherwise very dirty furniture, including the bed. The sheets and blankets also had some questionable stains on them. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t seen a broom or mop in quite some time, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running the whole time. For what I spent on a room, it wasn’t worth it. There are nicer and cheaper places to stay in Greensburg.

The room was smelly and dirty. I refused to stay there and I went to stay at another hotel. Lots of scumbags and foreigners all over the place there. Also they didn't have the proper parking for my SUV pulling a trailer and I had called in advance and they said they had it. That place should be shut down.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I saw Lisa there from last year and how I enjoyed my stay the last time, She's very polite and I enjoyed talking to her. I did ask Lisa if she could give me the name of the King size Mattress's and style that you have there. I really enjoyed the mattress that I slept on last year and this last stay. It was very comfortable and I slept very nice both of my Stay's. I found that they are more comfortable than the California King size mattress I have at home. I would very much appreciate the brand name and style of the mattress. That you very much.

I woke up in the middle if the night to my arm burning. I saw bugs crawling away. I had to spend around $45 and hours cleaning all of my things after I left. I was told I shouldve told staff so they could switch my room. It was around 4 in the morning. I was to exhausted and wouldn't have trusted another room. I requested a refund. I was told the manager would reach out. That never happened. Each staff member says and does things differently. Not even worth the low prices

I was very disappointed as the room had dog hair on comforter and cigarette burns in sheet and couch. Didn’t look like anything was wiped down or cleaned. The sink wasn’t clean, the cups were in plastic but had holes in the plastic- the tub wasn’t clean- I put a towel down to stand in there. I needed a room for the night because I was on call and I ended up sitting in a computer chair at the desk all night because I wasn’t happy about the bed or couch conditions. The room was a smoking room but smelled terrible when I first opened the door. I do smoke but I guess I expected some type of air freshener or vent. I smoked in the bathroom where there was a vent. At any point I won’t be staying there again. Maybe the nonsmoking rooms are better kept up.

Place was horrible. No sheets or pillows for advertised doubled sofa bed. I went to front desk and was told to come back at 7am that's when laundry employees would be in. So I was asked to sleep on a dirty filthy mattress. Refused for 50 minutes to give me another room with somewhere I could rest. At 7:30 day attendent tried to come through door with a key but I had the chain across the door. He is screaming that I wasn't to be in this room. I got dressed and went to front desk. He played stupid when questioned about why was trying to enter my room. Oh by the way don't dare ask for a towel🙄

Nastiest stay in my life. Staff was rude. The manager was creepy, rude, and condescending.

The room was disgustingly dirty!! Had it booked for three nights, and left the next morning. Only stayed the one night bc we already had plans and didn’t have time to seek other accommodations. Ended up paying for two nights anyway, but it was well worth NOT staying in that crusty room.

Do NOT stay at the Knight’s In. In Greensburg!! You will regret it!

Add on charge of $10.00 per dog per night. Be aware of this because I had to come out of pocket with $60.00 for 3 puppies. Rooms not up to base standard. Worn out bedding with stains etc. Sticky floor. They do have sign up for House Keeper Needed (if you are a good cleaning person-Please apply) Overall a safe place to sleep.

Old. Very out dated. There were 2 of us. We had 1 hand towel and wash cloth and 2 bath towels, both of which were dirty and had hair on them. The phone didn’t work. I don’t consider bag containing a packet of oatmeal, a store bought crueler, and box of apple juice as breakfast. Read all the reviews before booking. Or not. Just skip this one.

My room was nice. It was 1 bed and stayed stayed 2 nights because that all I needed. I found that the staff were real nice and helpfull. The rooms are dated but everything worked and it was clean. I loved the bed. It's hard to describe it but it was heavenly. Maybe my home brought MYPILLOW helped a little the blanket seemed lie a weighted blanket. I've never felt a bed like that. Just something about it that made me sleep like a baby. It had everything I wanted. I'll be back next year and I'll stay a couple extra days. I'll be retired and I'll have more time next year.

The property has been in the area for decades with minimal renovations to the entire property. The units have been painted recently but there was a walking hazard toward the bathroom. The metal used to keep the carpet in place was raised and I almost cut my foot had I not been observant. The TV offerings permitted one local channel only as the others did not appear. I did not mention anything to management as I was only there for one night and the check-in experience did not make me feel welcome. I felt uncomfortable when my Driver's License was photocopied during registration. Once again I did not say anything as I did not feel as though I was able to at all. Did not take part in the breakfast as there is a Burger King and McDonalds very close to the property. If you need a place cheap, for one night this could work for you. I don't really recommend it.

The first day they did that (AND called me), I told them I was paid for 2 days and they said they made a mistake. The same thing happened the next day.......Not worth the hassle. Warning- this place is a dump. Rooms with no heat/thermostat and people making noises in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The beds are old/too soft, and the blanket/bedspread was gross with cigarette holes in it. Good news….they refunded my second night when I checked out after just one horrible night there. Also, apologies to the desk clerk for my complaints, it isn’t her fault that the place is so terrible.

No, Bath Towels for me!

The lady at check in was very courteous and helpful. I got 2 cans of soda from the vending machine to take to my room. The room was very nice and clean. I was too tired to shower before bed. So I decided to shower in the morning instead. In the morning I was getting my things ready to take my shower. I noticed that I didn't have any Bath towels in my bathroom. So at 7:30 I dressed and went to the Main Lobby and requested bath towels. I also got my breakfast that they offered their guests. It was given to me in a brown bag. Two little finger size pastries a small juice box of apple juice and a instant packet of oatmeal. I got two cups of hot water for my tea bag that I brought with me too. The room was comfortable and spacious. I had a sofa, chair and a desk. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. The Bed was big enough for me, soft with 4 pillows. I slept very well. I enjoyed the rest. The motel is walking distance to a Burger King and a McDonald's if you want to get a better breakfast. Was hard to get a Lyft to take me home. I foundly got a Uber to take me home. I had to pay a little more with Uber, but I got home in one piece. Will I stay at this Knights Inn again? I didn't think so. I try things once. If I don't like it. I don't go back. Someone else may like it. But I didn't.

The desk clerk attempted to charge me twice. Despite my statement that I’d had a reservation that was prepaid and then protests over the insistence i hand over a credit card for the nightly rate. No apology was given, nor acknowledgement of the mistake.
The metal key was a nice throwback, as was the well kept decor

I stayed with my daughter and my 4 small children. ALL of the employees and staff were very rude and confrontational. I would not reccommend anyone with children or family, to NOT stay at the Knights inn but to find a place more suitable, and wont make it a point to make your kids cry. Out of 5 Stars, the Knights Inn in Greensburgh deserves a -5 Stars.

When booking the hotel, the images showed a jacuzzi bathtub., and the title of it was king suite with kitchen.. there was no jacuzzi bathtub and it was a coffee maker.. when I called the front desk, they said “You can only get a suite with a jacuzzi bathtub if you book directly with us and not a third party” and even at their front desk when I checked out, it said any issues with third party reservations they aren’t held liable., so I feel like this happens a lot. There was trash behind the dressers and I found brown/black hair in the bed.. I paid extra for a suite and nothing about it was a suite and they don’t me that they couldn’t do anything to help because it was a third party booking..

It was a decent place to stay. Everything was clean except the outside of the toilet bowl. Someone had a not so pleasant stay and apparently I noticed but the cleaning staff didn’t. I would stay again. Pool was nice but a lot of unattended children and we’re the ones that got in trouble for have a beer by the pool. Go figure. They were nice about it though.

We got in late, as there was an unexpected delay because of an earlier incident. It had nothing to do with the motel. we were directed to the wrong area, but found our room soon after. The deadbolt on the door didn't work,but We felt safe enough. When I booked the stay, it would have been good to be provided the local motel's phone number. I wanted to confirm that we were going to be late and had to go through the 855 no. She finally gave me the local number. I had called from my car, as it was noisy in the reception hall and was raining outside. My car key got out of my pocket somehow and was locked in the car. Hence our delay. Otherwise, the room was fine.

This hotel was very in a bad area of town. Not safe to stay there. The bathroom was not clean and the room did not smell or seem clean. I left a night early due to this and stayed with other people that were in town for a wedding. The people who live near hotel stated this place has high drug use and high police activities.

Check in was very easy and pleasant. The hotel as a whole could use a remodel, but that really didn't bother me. What did bother me was the room and the breakfast. The room, as soon as I opened the door, had a very musty smell. The bedsheets looked like they hadn't been changed, but it was just the comforter, which was old and lumpy. Once I took it off and made sure the sheets were actually clean, the bed was actually very comfortable. The bathroom mirror was small, probably 12x12 mirror tiles, which made it a little difficult to use. Shower had great pressure, but the shower head was very low. The \"continental breakfast\" was an absolute joke. All it consisted of was waffles, coffee, cereal, and cupcakes! No fruit, and there was a note that you were not permitted to have cups of milk- they were only for the cereal. Worst hotel breakfast that I have ever had.
