Do not stay here, it's not safe.
there was mold in the shower, the bed was a mattress on an aluminum slab. The room came with a hot tub but when you turned it on it backwashed filth out of the jets. And I'm still showing a charge from 3 nights when I only stayed one despite assurance from the manager I would receive a refund. Do not stay here, it's not safe.

Gross bathroom. TV and AC don’t work. Beds were so loud we kept waking when while shifting. Staff didn’t bring extra pillows after asking 3 times. Awful service. Terrible hotel. Stay elsewhere.

A Good Place for Overnight Rest from Traveling
Our stay was very good. Downfalls were we could of used extra pillows and blankets. Being there in fall, the heat would not heat up the room so we were really cold during the day and night. Room could of used some rugs to stand/walk on because the floor was cold too. Didn't have TV service the first night. For price and a place to lay your head at night, it was a respectible place to stay. They had a free morning breakfast setup that was very nice.

The heat didn't work well. The paint job was bad. There were insects in the room. The coffee and waffles on the breakfast buffet were good but the choices were very limited if you wanted something else. The carpeting in the halls was stained. The floor in my room was not even. The light in the sink area might or might not light up. Bed was comfortable. No housekeeping during my 3 night stay.

Run down exterior, interior smells like stale cigarettes. The beds were ok. I could not figure out how to get the water to become hot in the shower because the knob was barely functional. The pool is permanently closed it would seem. Didn’t even look at breakfast when leaving as they didn’t even bother turning the light on for that area. It’s right next to the highway so you hear the highway sounds all night.

The property was unkept-weeds all over-trash all over The sheets were not clean-blood stain on th pillow-were they even changed.?The new sheets we asked for were so stretched that they didnt stay on. Holes in the thin towels. I have pictures-cant believe I stayed here-hardly slept a wink. No iron, no extra towels or pilliows. Horrible experience

Mold in the bathtub, room had a terrible old cigarette/drug smell, my wife noticed faint grease stains on the sheets. We asked to move and staff was very accommodating. Property needs revamp. Much needed in repairs and cleaned throughout motel. Our room was convenient, comfortable, and clean. No pool. Hosts pleasant and accomadating. Really liked the waffle maker for breakfast.

Unknown when floors were last swept; GFI outlet in bathroom did not work, large bathroom had no table or shelving in bathroom for personal items, only a double hook on door; bathtub was grungy; no knob on shower pull - had to pull up on metal pull line; laminate flooring in bedroom buckling in areas; with more than 1 night stay had to ask for housekeeping to replenish clean towels, etc. and remove trash - at no time were beds made; had to ask for kleenex/tissues - was told they were out of stock(!!) had to buy my own; no smoke detector in room only base plate hanging on wall; landscaping really needs attending (weeds, etc.) Good things - coffee was good and plenty of parking. This was told to Manager at front desk.

When I checked in the person checking me in was watching videos instead of really paying any attention to me. The “breakfast” was uhhh just skip it cause it looked like it was reused for wayyyy too long. Wish I could get my money back it was so bad

Check in was super slow even though I check in and paid ahead of time because I’d knew we would be there late. Still was close to a half hour wait for me to finally get the key. Got to the room unloaded drink in the fridge just to find out the fridge didn’t work. A couple of the towels were dirty. I did not call the front desk because we were just ready for bed. The breakfast was 1 waffle maker, cereal, and bread to toast. They only had powdered creamer for their coffee at breakfast. I’ve stayed at many low cost places and this one ranks in my top 3 worst.

Breakfast was limited but certainly better than nothing. Room a bit outdated but fully functional and clean. The pluses far outweighed the minuses. Outstanding value.

The hotel was very run down and dingy. The photos on the internet were very outdated and misleading. There were stains all over the bed, a 3 inch crack under the door, and tears in the lampshades. No water in the pool and the grounds were overgrown and unkept. Plus it smelled musty. Will never book a Ramada again.

The beds are absolutely horrible, on huge metal frames that make so much noise even when you just turn over in the bed. And the front desk man was creepy and followed me and my boyfriend to the room like he was spying and then walked up behind us when we were opening the door and almost gave me a heart attack.

Questionable Hygiene and Safety of the Room
When checking in, the desk clerk asked for my ID and held it for a good 4 minutes before I questioned if there was an issue. He said \"no\" and handed my ID immediately. I had to submit a security deposit of $50, so upon the arrival of room 244, I scanned the environment and took pictures of any damages. There's a door that leads to another room with what seems to be a punched hole on the door, burn mark on one of the blankets of the beds, broken screen window looking outside, the door frame itself seems to slowly be falling apart, missing security chain for the door. Next morning, when checking out, I asked for a receipt, and the desk person (different person) stated I will get it in my email. His attitude was unwelcoming as of he just wanted me to leave already. My family and I just needed a place to sleep for the night, but will never again attend to this location.

We tried to find a hotel in Pittsburgh, but everything was sold out. This hotel had rooms at a reasonable price, but they were not very clean, definitely old and we had no smoke alarm. Worst hotel experience of my life! This place needs to be condemned and bulldozed! First we were placed into a room with missing/broken smoke detectors, stained bedding, black and red slime mold, and a broken AC unit which ended up flooding the room. We got them to switch the room for the second night, but when we returned for the night the promised room was given to another guest. They found us another room but surprise the room’s door had previously been kicked in and was hanging off broken hinges and couldn’t be properly closed. The lights also were not working properly. This resulted in another room change. Oh also none of the rooms had the promised safe. All of them have screws and brackets sticking out of the walls. I have pictures and videos to back all of this up.

The microwave didn't work the plug was pulled back that you can see all the wires. The shower had no pressure. We complained and they basically said we dont care. Never will i stay again. I didn't even try the bed out. My door didn't open or shut without force, there were unmentionable smells in the halls and the room, the bed had red stains on sheets and blanket while the pillows were yellowed. The AC didn't work and it was muggy enough that I saw bugs creeping around. I bailed after about 20 minutes. I feel horrible for the little girl I saw in the lobby who looked so excited to be on a trip because she'll probably be scarred. I thought this was Pittsburgh, not the deep south.

The power went off our first night there, nobody said anything about it didn’t check on us or apologize for it either. There wasn’t any breakfast. They didn’t come in to switch our towels out and only gave us one rag to bath with we had to get more. The room wasn’t the cleanest and the sheetz had stains on it. This hotel was dirty and disgusting! I cannot write about my stay, because I did not stay. The lights were off in the lobby when I arrived only one small light was on. It was dingy and smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The exterior was unkempt and the hallways were dark dingy.

I didn’t expect the Ritz for a $60 stay but I did expect a functional AC unit to start, and it was balmy for a 50 yr old woman in pre- menopause. The temp was 60 or it was 82- no way to adjust. And “60” felt like 75, so I had a hard time sleeping. Also I had specifically asked about a continental breakfast and the manager told me 6am, which was perfect for me because I work at 7am at Frick Hospital. I came down with bags in hand at 6:15 and all the lights were out in the dining area. Strike 2. I am a traveling medical professional signed to a 13 week contract on weekends. Needless to say I will probably not be returning to the Ramada. Also- the pics online are not a good representation of the actual rooms. Carpet felt stale and dirty on my bare feet. Dirty chair. Bathroom in need of updating, loose plumbing and poor shower head. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice.
