1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. The second night of our stay our key cards would not permit us to gain access to the hotel access doors or our rooms. The staff was helpful in giving us access to the hotel and our rooms on both occasions.

We reserved a handicap accessible room - and were assigned a room with a roll in shower
If you utilize a roll in shower you need either a bench or shower chair to transfer into - you can't wheel the chair into the shower
If you're able to stand but have balance issues you no need to hold onto a grab bar so you don't fall
The shower nozzle is at about 5 feet so it's too low to get under if you're able to stand compounded by the fact you only are able to use one hand
We ended up checking out a day early as the shower is completely unusable
The staff member indicated that they've worked at the property for 3 years and there's never been a chair
While I don't expect a desk clerk to be a disability expert I do expect the franchise owner or General Manager to have an understanding or to contact the corporate office for support
In addition the room phone was missing buttons and inoperable
I called the front desk directly after check in which was late Friday - so I understand the issue couldn't be addressed instantly but it could have been rectified on Saturday by visiting any medical supply store and buying a shower chair for approximately $100
The message sent by this property is we technically meet ADA requirements but we really don't care about disabled customers especially after getting the stock \" we're sorry for the inconvenience\"
You're really not - and having an unworking phone is a safety hazard
I will be speaking with the corporate office this week

Everything was old and outdated. The carpet in the room was falling apart, the bathroom door didn’t close, etc. To be fair, there were very few guests there and considering, the breakfast was decent. The front desk worker was an older man and he was great and let us store our bicycles in the meeting room.

Quick weekend trip

The gentleman that checked us in (cant remember his name but he worked the late shift as we checked in around 1230AM) was kind, respectful and helped us! We were late arrivals and he was awake and attentive. I called earlier in the week to make sure we had a cot. But when we checked in no cot in our room, but he continued to search and find us one (took no more then 10 minutes) he found one, delivered it to our room and was just super helpful. He also took note of the booking note that my mom has arthritis and stairs dont always work well for her. It was very much appreciated!!! The room itself was decent and there were a few dead bugs in corners, and the plumbing for sink was backwards (left is normally hot but it was cold and didnt indicate it) breakfast was yummy too and fresh! Would stay in hotel again

Well, this place was horrible!!! Will never recommend. Outside door in back by the room was opened with a rock throughout the entire day/night since it was broken. Very unsafe. Room smelled so bad and staff had car air freshners in the AC/heat system, carpet was dirty and stained, vent in bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I was not pleased with this stay. I had to stay for 2 nights since other hotels in the area were booked due to large events in the area. There was an older gentlemen that worked the front desk, he was so polite everytime i spoke to him. He was the only thing i like about that stay. And this was NOT the room that i booked. I was to have a room with a hot tub and this was the smallest room that i have evwr seen and there was NOT hot tub in the room. Very disappointed

Our check in was very quick. The gentleman was very nice. We had went to our room and it was dirty. They apologized and switched us rooms. This one was clean but outside our window was the entrance to that wing and people stood outside our window to smoke. Absolutely no privacy.
The main hall and foyer had a very strong odor - like urine.
They did have a fairly good breakfast but it was in the main area and the odor made it not enjoyable.
Checkout was a chaotic show. The front desk person was cleaning the pool so another person had to check us out and had no sign on information so she had to track him down to use his. This entire process had taken about 15-20 minutes.
We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the event we were attending.

General sleeping area was acceptable but there were two screws left on the floor for some reason. TV was on the fritz and could not call front desk as phone was not operational. Talked with the manager directly who said none of the phones in the entire building work. He came to the room for the TV and smacked the TV hard and it came back to life. Breakfast was marginal at best. Bath tub was not cleaned, it had multiple dog hairs or people hairs in the tub. This is a tired facility that needs more personal care and money invested back into it.

I have to say that this was a pleasant experience, especially since it was a VERY last minute reservation. The front desk staff are nice and welcoming, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There was even great water pressure in the shower! I'm grateful that I was able to find this place at the last minute, and I would definitely stay again!

The table and chairs in the gazebo were filthy. The room was okay but the telephone, clock and TV did not work. Was moved to another room, where again, the phone and clock did not work. The carpet was dirty and stained but the rest of the room was ok. The breakfast was the same every morning but tasted good and fresh. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the pool, even smaller than depicted in the photos, was very clean.

Was told the pool would be open, it was not. The shower in the room only worked but when my son wanted to take a bath, that did not work. I don’t think the bed sheets had been changed. Breakfast was ok and the front desk clerks were always very pleasant but to think I spent 525$ for 4 nights that the pool and shower would have been correct. I think next time I plan on staying down the road, same rates just a little newer hotel. E

Don't Stay Here!

We normally don't stay at Comfort Inns but the pool looked attractive and after a long day in the car, that was the plan! The pool was NOT as crystal clear as they projected and needed cleaning and chlorine. The property had a lot of litter. It looked like something vicious had happened in our room as there was blood and slits on the side of the box spring. Not a good experience at all and we won't stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Staff was overall pleasant and willing to help. Room we were given wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and there was a dirty wash cloth stuffed on a ledge in the shower. There were enough towels for two adult guests like noted on the check in and the housekeeping process wasn’t explained, even when requested the dirty wash clothe was still missed. You can tell either it’s short staffed or not enough follow-up. You can also tell that it’s an older hotel converted with aesthetic updates and still some opportunities to be great. Exit door didn’t work for keys, and room keys kept deactivating.

This was the worst experience at a hotel ever. Said they couldn't find our second room, gave us a room and when I opened the door there was a man standing there--- already occupied. Then over charged us several times on our credit card, including a \"no show\". That only scratches the surface. I could go on and on. Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend.

First my key didn't work. Had to go back to front desk. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. Then there was bar soap left in BR shower. Discovered I had no bar soap so had to go to housekeeping to get such. The pool, which was why I was there (was to stay at the Comfort Inn but they had issues and cancelled my stay) was TERRIBLE. You couldn't see 1 inch down. All discolored. Luckily, there was like 1 chair and garbage about. Later that night, I killed 2 COCKROACHES! I almost didn't stay but it was late and I can't see to drive at night. In the AM, I just gathered my stuff and left. Felt like bugs were crawling all over me. Did I mention neither ice machine worked.

When we arrived a few hours past check in time, we expected our room to be ready, but we were directed to a room that the front desk was unsure would be clean or not… we checked the room, and it was not clean. So we went back to the front desk and were moved to a different room, also unsure if it would be clean. Luckily it was. However, the room was not equipped for four people. They did bring towels up to our room when we called to ask for some the next morning however. The room was spacious, it’s unfortunate they didn’t take advantage of this huge space for a pull out sofa or something, there was enough room to fit a king sized bed there easily! The lighting was poor, only two lamps that worked and one was missing a bulb. The tv was extremely fuzzy, we tried to tighten the cable connection but we were not able to easily. The beds were comfortable and room was cool. The ice machine was not working. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the morning. The area around the hotel was tidy but once you left the parking lot, it was it impressive.

This place was so gross. The pool was closed bc something was broken, the coffee machine was broken in th lobby. The coffee packets in our room were open. We were there with our children and the whole place smelled like weed. The worker looked and acted totally strung out. Definitely not somewhere you would want to stay with children.

My room was at end of 2nd floor near stairs and trash can. The trash was piled up when i arrived and you could smell it all down the hallway as you approached. Had most likley been there a few days. During my 2 day stay no one moved the trash that was there and it continued to pile up. The smell was horrible. Room was a bit small and cramped. Wouldnt plan another stay at this location.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean as well as bathrooms. The carpets could use a good scrub with a carpet scrubber. I had white socks on and they were black after walking around the room.
All the staff were very friendly except the older lady in Housekeeping. She was a bit rude.
The free breakfast was delicious!

I am STILL waiting for a refund after being charged twice to stay at the property and lied to about the fact that one of the charges were dropped when in reality none of them were and I need to be given back ALL of my money. I am livid! If a person is unable to check-in at a certain time this site and the hotel should NOT allow the ability to do so. I made reservations later in the day because I was tired and unable to finish my drive back home, upon arriving I was told I never made the reservation, I would have to pay for another night, and I would receive a late fee! Then when I awoke in the morning, I was told by the manager I would be given a refund for atleast one night and that they payment didn’t go through as he somehow stopped it. lol and behold I have a $180 charge that has already went through!

My room was well I’ve seen better it looked like it was in the middle of a remodel the walls was scuffed and torn and nasty looking.
The bathroom had lights burnt out the shower to turn it on you had to basically pull the Water faucet almost off the wall and not once did I see housekeeping on my floor.
