This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. But this time I experienced some very bad wifi - tv connection. I was in room 707, which is a great room. But I had some real issues with connection.
And someone had an accident in the pool, which meant it couldn’t be used. But that is not the hotels fault

Enjoyed the views from my room on the 10th floor and picking out local landmarks
I enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful design
Ate breakfast every morning and ate in the brasserie one evening Food was excellent
One small problem was the staff moving furniture in the area above my room late at night and early the next morning. Raised at reception. Was investigated and staff told not to repeat which is very fair.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were really clean and beautifully decorated. I also was upgraded to deluxe room with a loft sitting area. The tall windows opened so I could have a gentle breeze in and view the courtyard. It was stunning.

There is not enough breakfast capacity, leaving people suing up in the morning with long waiting times. Also the rooms were not refreshed during the weekend just like towels etc was not changed. This was rather surprising

Selection at breakfast was good, but its very busy & even though we booked a time slot as advised, we often had to wait 10 mins to be sested. The rooms were quite spacious but you are asked to book when your room is serviced. Fresh towels & bedding changes were ok, but no top ups on tea/coffee used & we slowly had all of our cups/glasses removed & not replaced. So we got used to collecting spares tea bags at breakfast & made good use of the takeaway cups to get an extra coffee to go.

We stayed over the Easter weekend and they had organised extra activities for the children which was a great touch.

We loved using the pool and sauna after our day out exploring the city.

We had a large family room which was two rooms interconnected and that worked very well for us, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean.

The hotel is a short walk from the trains and buses to get around the various parts of the city, or even a train across to Sweden.

We enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar, brasserie bar, and in the sky bar on the top floor which had some nice views.

We decided to eat all meals outside of the hotel, and found it easy to find some good cafes for breakfast, and food markets for lunch or dinner.

This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. That’s just ridiculous. I had to accidentally read this on a poster in the elevator on day of checkout. So no clean towels on day two. Breakfast was insane! Had to wait in line for 20 min. And the offering was average at best. Location is bad because public transport is not near. The shower went from cold to burning hot continuously and was barely useable. I don’t like to complain and it was mainly my own fault for booking this. I will not be back here again.

The check in was simple and efficient. Easy to get around physically. The property wishes you to book breakfast restaurants etc via its digital companion, my security on my devices prevents me from accessing it . The Concierge therefore made my breakfast bookings. My associate could use it but found it very annoying, he works in IT. The breakfast selection was excellent and very enjoyable. The lobby bar and Brasserie were both convivial and saved having to venture out into the storm. The rooms were of a good standard, housekeeping on the digital companion also. The rooms were exceptionally quiet to the point you could not here the first Easter storm in 29 yrs. The property is easy walking distance to central train and bus stations.
It ticked all the boxes and made the visit more enjoyable.

Clean rooms with nice view and beautiful decor. Bedding was horrible - not sure what pillow and duvet cover were made of but they were scratchy and rough and kept us all awake all night.
Fabulous buffet breakfast and great pool and gym. Sticks and Sushi restaurant on the roof was nice

Reception was nice and clean and staff were welcoming. I didn’t get the 20% voucher on check in so had to chase that the following day. The room was okay, but the rug didn’t look like it was very clean.
Breakfast is served on the second floor but when we stayed (over Easter weekend) there were a lot of families with children so very busy. I booked this hotel as it mentioned catering for coeliacs but there were very limited options. The hot section had mixed beans and some small breaded tater tots which is limited for hot breakfast. The room doesn’t come with complimentary water which is not great for those who travelled from further away. All in all, I’d say this is an average three star hotel in a quiet area.

We were a group of two couples coming from England and Canada. We loved the hotel, we arrived early and we able to leave our suitcases and go and explore before checking in. The concierge were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and everything there you could possible want. We did a lot of walking, the main part of the city was around a 15 minute walk, we also used Ubers too which was very easy.
Overall would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and there was plenty of choice. Our room was lovey and had great views. I visited the pool every day at varying times and it was always very busy. It would have been nice if there could have been a daily adults only session. Also it surprised me that children were allowed in the sauna. But apparently that’s common in Scandinavian countries as they see taking a sauna as a family activity rather than the quiet meditative atmosphere we’re used to in the IK. All in all we really enjoyed staying in the hotel and would love to return.

Staff were fantastic, in every area. The room was clean, but I wouldn’t say well designed. Location was good, but not ideal for tourism, as quite a walk into town. Kids’ play areas were outstanding. Only real downside was the evening dining. The menu lacked imagination and tasted mass produced. Bean stew seemed like a few tins of different beans heated up in a bowl, and the schnitzel was a large hunk of breaded meat on a plate, in a thick tasteless sauce and little else. If the hotel was more central and nearer to restaurants, wouldn’t have been an issue. Breakfasts were great.

Its a great hotel. My concerns remain that yet again the wifi is unreliable. As someone who stays here every week, and use my room for work, the quality of wifi in my room is important. its sad to say that yet again as per the last 4 to 5 stays the internet is hit and miss and unuseable for business purposes. I will be reconsidering where in copenhagen i stay now.

This is a fab hotel. From the room we were allocated on the 6th floor to the service and friendliness of staff The bed was really good and the room had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We booked an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge with complimentary tea and coffee during the day and wine and beer in the evening. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on a while and I would def recommend this hotel it was really well located next to an Ikea and a massive shopping centre. Walking into town and sight seeing was really good as well

Changing area too small and cramped for the number of people using the facilities. Disappointed that our request to have our room cleaned every day was ignored 3 days out of five. Was staying in room 617 which was very noisy from early morning with the cleaners allowing the door to their storeroom beside our room bang continuously as they went in and out.

We booked a Deluxe King Double Room, for our weddingday, but we got a cold room, that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for two month and the minibar-fridge was really dirty.
The room, 591, was generally in very poor condition.
We also got a room with an ekstra bed for a child.
