In general terms was ok but it is evident some issues with maintenance. Toilet tables that not fit, noisy fridge and AC doesn´t work in heat mode.

O hotel é ótimo, parece ter passado por uma reforma recente e as instalações são ótimas. Mas pela visão geral que tive, faltam funcionários, na recepção, e no serviço de quarto. Fiquei 3 dias e a limpeza de dois deixou muito a desejar. No primeiro, foi tudo feito às pressas pois chegamos e o serviço ainda estava sendo feito (quase 6 da tarde) e no outro dia, nada foi feito (mesmo com a sinalização de necessidade de limpeza de quarto). Piscina é pequena e sempre lotada (melhor evitar nesses tempos). Restaurante com nessas muito próximas, e superlotação no cafe-da-manhã. Essas foram minha impressoes sobre esses 3 dias.

Hotel is modern, clean and functional. No surprises. The hotel is located in an area of mixed housing/light industry. There are no attractive dinner options within walking distance, but restaurants can be found in the centre of Itapeva about 2km away.

Esse Hotel dispõe de mais 137 apartamentos em 6 andares para melhor atender os clientes e hóspedes, dispõe de Piscina, academia, salas de reuniões, restaurante, segurança 24 horas, sala para Bagagem e demais estruturas para uma boa estadia. O quanto é amplo, limpo, moderno, climatizado e cheiroso, no quarto, tem ar-condicionado, mesa de trabalho, guarda roupa, cofre, televisão e frigobar. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, dispõe de todos os itens para um bom banho. Estacionamento descoberto gratuito. Café da manhã com uma boa diversidade de produtos de boa qualidade. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren eher einfach, das Badezimmer nicht sehr einladend. Das Frühstück eher einfach, das Poolwasser milchig. O hotel fica bem localizado apenas pecou na limpeza do banheiro e das janelas estava bem sujo, e faltou uma area fitness um pouco melhor equipada, de resto super bem localizado e seria muito perfeito se tivesse tido um pouco mais de cuidado com a limpeza e com o café da manhã que muitas coisas estavam cruas ou faltando um pouco mais tempo no forno tipo pão, panqueca esse tipo de coisa ficou crua.

No checkin fui informada que não havia camas extras e não havia outro quarto maior disponível. Acho que não deveria nem ter aparecido essa opção no momento da reserva. Pegamos o quarto luxo visando melhorar nossa experiencia, porém o quarto não agradou!
O quarto possuía uma mancha grande de infiltração na divisa da parede com o banheiro, um possível foco de mofo!
O ar condicionado oscilava entre momentos em que funcionava e parava. Achei que era o modo, porém era defeito do equipamento mesmo!
O móvel abaixo da TV estava danificado, soltando farpas!
No banheiro havia um vazamento na região da ducha higiênica e amanhecia todo os dias alagado. O assento do vaso sanitário também estava danificado!
O chuveiro estava com a maioria dos furos entupidos e o varal quebrado!
A acomodação, apesar de ser para casal contava com apenas 1 coberta de solteiro, solicitamos um edredom de casa que demorou aproximadamente 2 horas para ser enviado ao quarto e quando recebemos era de solteiro também!

Excelente custo benefício. Gostaria de sugerir algum tipo de fechamento/isolamento entre o estacionamento e a área da piscina. Me pareceu desconfortável para o banhista e para o quem chega desavisado de que ali tem uma piscina. Além da segurança propriamente dita.

Para comecar perguntei para a recepcionista o tamanho da cama e ela me passou informacao errada, quase que fomos para outro hotel, enfim decidimos ficar. O chuveiro nao abria veio um funcionario que tbm nao sabia fazer funcionar. Nao tinha coberta tivemos que pedir, nao tinha toalhar para todas as pessoas do quarto. Restaurante pedimos janta estava no cardapio nugets e veio frango cozido quase vivo. Enfim falta melhorar muito o atendimento, o estrutura do hotel muito boa, quarto, cama confortavel.

Cheguei no quarto, usei o banheiro. Sentei no vaso e tanto o vaso quanto o assento estavam soltos e perigoso. Informei e não nos trocaram de quarto. A luminária da entrada estava com fios aparentes e haviam formigas no banheiro. Lamentável.

No geral hotel possui boa infraestrutura , café da manhã muito bom. Únicos pontos negativos são o isolamento acústico dos quartos muito ruim, principalmente sendo ao lado de rodovia e o ar condicionado com uma luz que não apaga deixando o quarto claro durante a noite.
