The hotel is located on the beachfront and is just minutes from the city centre. This is a tourist complex with complete infrastructure, which allows guests to spend their leisure time well and provides all the facilities required for various events.
This air-conditioned club resort has a total of 156 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception service and a hotel safe.

O quarto estava impecável. A equipe de limpeza era muito eficiente. Os atendentes muito educados e com bom humor. O hotel é magnifico. A gastronomia do hotel é o grande destaque: cada alimento é preparado por Chef de cozinha. Comidas que lembram a infância, quando a avó fazia aquelas delícias caseiras.

Para não dizer ruim, digo HORRÍVEL!
Fui muitas vezes quando este era o Plaza Itapema. Os novos proprietários fizeram péssimas reformas onde não precisava e onde precisava mesmo (quartos) pouco fizeram. A ignorância é gigante que cercaram tudo e para qualquer lugar você precisa do cartão (chave). Ontem esqueci o cartão dentro do apartamento, não podia sair de carro, não podia chegar na recepção, não podia ir em lugar algum, fiquei realmente preso, e ainda sem ter um interfone para comunicar com a recepção, que por sinal você tem que descobrir que para chamar do telefone do quarto é*10, pois ninguém informou o número da recepção. Funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar e comida de péssima qualidade. Pra quem conheceu o Plaza Itapema, e conhece agora este \"novo\" hotel é uma decepção extrema.

Razoável e superficial. A estrutura é ótima, mas o aproveitamento da mesma, deixa a desejar. Os funcionários fazem o que está ao alcance deles (que não é muita coisa). Café da manhã também muito superficial, sem grandes surpresas ou quitudes.

Hotel com boa infraestrutura. No entanto serviços como sauna, massagens, serviço de quarto (alimentação) não são realizados devido a pandemia. Além de lojas que não funcionavam no complexo. E estas informações não estavam disponíveis anteriormente a reserva. De forma geral não fiquei satisfeito com o local. Café da manhã simples para um resort. O básico. Cardápio do bar da piscina com poucas opções.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste resort , não mudou nada em 1 ano . Ficamos num chalé , muito espaçoso , cama confortável , itens grátis no frigobar . Piscina externa de bom tamanho, bom serviço de bar . Café da manhã muito bom . Jantar ok . Serviço de praia incluso , atendentes muito solícitos . O hotel é bonito mas limitado pelo preço que pede. Os chalés mereciam banheira de hidromassagem e sábado a noite não tinha música ao vivo conforme prometido na hora da reserva e mesmo após reclamar que não havia nada para fazer no sábado a noite, o hotel não ofereceu nenhum tipo de agrado como um drink pelo menos. Somente ofereceu sala de cinema, contudo, pagar mais de R$1.200,00 pela diária deveria pelo menos ter música ao vivo no sábado a noite ou outro entretenimento, pois se for para assistir filme, melhor ficar no conforto da nossa casa. O hotel é caro pelo o que oferece.

Péssimo serviço e nenhum agrado aos hóspedes! Frigobar vazio , nenhum lugar para comer depois das dez da noite , sem serviço de quarto . Para quem conheceu o hotel Plaza é uma decepção voltar lá ! Parece que se está em um clube infantil. , pois a picina é toda cercada de gradezinhas e todo o gramado é circundado por cercas limitando o livre andar dos hóspedes! Triste de ver um lugar com uma natureza magnífica estragado pelo mau gosto!!

gostamos bastante, mas estranhamos algumas coisas, que comparamos com outros hotéis que já nos hospedamos: o frigobar vazio , bastece e cobra consumo ( não tenho hábito de ir em supermercado fazer compras para levar no hotel) O cliente se dá conta que falta agua, na hora da sede. Outra questão é a limpeza do quarto, em ambiente com piscina, sacada molhada ( chuva) e areia, é imprescindível a limpeza diária do quarto. Custo benefício , dentro do esperado. Excelente localização. E por último, porque nao fazer um All Inclusive?

O hotel tem uma galeria boulevard, onde se encontram diversos restaurantes como:
Las Lenas ( churrasco argentino/uruguaio) a la carte, comida japonea no Kaitô ( muito bem decorado, com uma parede de esmeralda, inspiração de navios cruzeiros, e referência da casa cor), além do standard - chamado Broadway, com referencia ao primo NY. Todos os pratos orbitam de R$50 a R$150 por pessoa + bebida, a depender do refinamento e fome. Vale destacar que a galeria ainda conta com loja Carmen Steffens, galeria de arte moderna contemporânea, e outras amenidades.
O hotel conta com piscina aquecida ( nao estava la quente), saunas ( fechadas por conta do COVID-19), quadras de tenis, futebol, e campo de golfe ( onde tivemos aulas com o Sr. Osvaldo, extremamente competente e profissional).
Os quartos são espaçosos, e contam com camas macias, tvs de bom tamanho, cofre, sofá, mesa para trabalhar, wi-fi ( com boa conexão), e ótimos chuveiros.

Passamos um final de semana no Itapema Resort e gostamos muito. O hotel está lindo, muito bem cuidado. A praia em frente é perigosa para banho, mas há outra privativa do hotel e de um condomínio que fica bem perto, uma pequena caminhada pela praia mesmo. Aproveitamos as 2!
