Localização muito próxima a avenida da praia. O ponto fraco o restaurante, apesar de um cafe bom, sujo, até barata surgiu pela manhã. Não repõem manteiga (básico), sem copos para suco, tive que usar xícara para tomar laranjada. Fui falar com a responsável, muito mal educada, respondeu que o restaurante era terceirizado e que não tinha nada a ver com o hotel???? Pedi uma taça e ela quase me agrediu

Bom hotel

Higiene, atendimento e café da manhã são ótimos. Estacionamento é pago à parte, com manobrista a disposição. Quarto onde estava, ar condicionado não funcionava, mas não foi um problema.
Toalhas e amenidades boas. Bom hotel, com ótima localização. No geral, recomendo.

Otimo com ressalvas

Nossa estadia foi rápida, primeiro me colocaram um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, sendo que eu estava com minha mãe e meus dois filhos. Reoslução rápida e me colocaram no tipo de quarto que eu havia reservado(quarto familia). Precisei passar um toalha no chão do banheiro e a toalha ficou bem suja, sinal de que o chão não estava limpo. As camas são bem duras, não são aconchegantes como espermos de um hotel, a solução mais rápida e barata talvez seja um pillow top. A piscina aquecida estava ótima, o chuveiro do nosso banheiro bem quentinho e toalhas e lençois limpos e cheirosos. Um sugestão é colocar um roupão (pode ser alugado)para poder sair da piscina aquecida sem passar frio pois ela tem acesso externo. Os funcionários são muito solicitos e educados. A copa e bem pequena, e seria ótimo ter talheres e pratos para ceder para uso dos hospedes como outros hoteis que já fui.
Tive um contratempo pois reservei sem saber se vocês aceitavam cachorro e tive que deixar o meu em casa o que me partiu o coração visto que ele é como da familia e vai a todos os lugares junto e me fez voltar mais cedo. Mas o Colaborador Carlos se colocou a disposição para avaliar essa questão em uma proxima estadia, o que deixou bem satisfeita.
Voltaria no hotel, e amaria se alguma observação minha fosse colocada em pratica.

Localizado na região central, perto de tudo, estacionamento e manobrista ótimo ambiente na recepção, pessoal gentil e educado. Condições do quarto - a porta do banheiro não trancava, a janela do banheiro não trancava - manutenção. Muito barulho no andar que estavamos, gente mal educada hospedada, e barulho do elevador a cada chegada no andar - problema de manutenção. A lampada do quarto queimou DURANTE nossa estada - problema de manutenção preventiva.

Adorei o atendimento prestado pros funcionários do hotel, principalmente uma atendente da recepção pela manhã. Muito educada, gentil e prestativa. Café da manhã variado e satisfatório. Excelente localização. Único problema aconteceu com os elevadores que desregularam, mas prontamente o te Nico chegou para conserta-los.

A experiência foi boa, achei as condições do hotel boas mas as instalações não são tão novas (porta de madeira do banheiro arrastando no piso e porta de vidro do box do banheiro pegando na outra parte de vidro). No mais o hotel é legal, café da manhã bem variado, piscina. Custo benefício é aceitável mas não é barato.

O ponto forte do hotel é o atendimento. O pessoal da recepção é muito solícito. Mas o banheiro precisa de reformas: metais enferrujados, box que não fechava totalmente, descarga muito ruim de acionar. As camas também não têm lençol com elástico… e acabam se soltando durante a noite.

Foram dias perfeitos, era o dia de meu aniversário, fui homenageada pelos funcionários com direito a bolo e ainda fui presenteada pela dona do hotel. Achei isso tão acolhedor e carinhoso.
O hotel fica bem localizado, tudo muito limpo e organizado.
Amei tudo, volto tranquilamente ao Hote hotel Geranium.

Apesar de ser um hotel com instalações antigas, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e possui uma grande variedade de opções, assim como o jantar.
O hotel requer reformas, principalmente nos quartos pois é notável a necessidade de modernização das camas.

Apesar de alguns itens que necessitam de melhorias, a estadia foi muito boa!
A localização do hotel é a gentileza dos funcionários são os destaques!

Bom sia,minha estadia foi ruim,não volto nunca mais com minha família,nos deram o quarto 501,q tem 2 quartos conjugados ,estávamos em 5 adultos e 1 criança,não fiquem nesse quarto,os ar condicionados são velhicimos e não funcionam,passamos muito calor,já reclamei na primeira noite,foi o funcionário da manutenção p ver o ar e falou na cara de pau de que não podia fazer nada,ficamos no calor por 3 dias,aí no segundo dia de hotel eu acordei me coçando toda,fiquei toda empolada,eu e meu genro,conclusão descobrimos vários cupins na nossas camas,mais de 30 q matamos e filmamos e fotografamos os cupins andando pela cama toda,aí descobri o q me picou e picou meu genro durante a noite.
Ai a gerência falou q era assim mesmo q tem época do ano q o hotel fica cheio de cupim e q eles tb disseram q descupinizaram o quinto andar todo,mas esqueceram de falar q foram todos p o quarto 501,não fiquem nesse andar,ar condicionado não funciona
Conclusão,na penúltima noite nós trocaram de quarto p o 701,aí o ar era split e funcionava,mas já estava aborrecida pela falta de consideração do funcionário da manutenção,pedi p trocar de quarto devido o calor e ele falou q não podia,então p não criar atrito ficamos no quarto c calor mas não indico a ninguém esse hotel,fora q o café da manhã eh a mesma coisa todos os dias,não variavam em nada.
E se alguém for em família como nós não fiquem no quinto andar,tudo velho,fiquem no sétimo.

Cama desconfortável

Infelizmente não tive uma boa estadia, pois o colchão do nosso quarto era muito duro e o travesseiro com espuma que afundava, além disso o ar condicionado modelo antigo fazia muito barulho. Não consegui dormir na primeira noite, por sorte no dia seguinte a camareira que nos atendeu foi muito gentil e conseguiu dois travesseiros mais confortáveis deixando a noite seguinte um pouco melhor.

Longe de ser um hotel 4 estrelas

Ficamos eu, meu marido e minha filha de 6 anos. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas de solteiro juntas, um lado estava extremamente mole e o outro mais firme, juntamos a cama da minha filha com a nossa e quando fui pisar no chão que a cama estava sujei toda minha meia, estava bem sujo. O quarto, os móveis e as acomodações do hotel são bem antigos, algumas coisas quebradas.
O café da manhã estava bom, o atendimento também! O preço que pagamos estava próximo de outros hotéis na região,
Mas no geral não gostamos, em uma próxima ida a Balneário Camboriú certamente escolheremos outro hotel.

Tivemos uma otima hsopedagem! O hotel é excepcionalmente bem localizado... Próximo a praia, lojas e restaurantes. Fomos muito bem atendidos, todos muito educados. Quarto limpo, espaçoso e tudo funcionando! Area da piscina muito bonita e, assim como o resto do hotel, bem conservado. Café da manha deixou a desejar um pouco... Não tinha manteiga, apenas margarina, não tem sanduicheira para esquentar o pão, a qualidade é mediana, mas atende bem com as opções.

Quarto sujo, cortina sujas e cheiro de mofo. Ar condicionado era de janela, fazia muito barulho, voz do banheiro pequeno, televisão se sintomia. Tive que troca e de quarto, que melhorou nas condições de limpeza. Mas ar e box do banho igual. Solitei um quarto que tivesse ar split e me cobraram 400 a mais do valor que paguei. Nas fotos apresentada pelo o app hotel.com não aparecia esse quarto e vaga para carro estava como disponível, sem dizer se era paga ou não. No geral não recomendo, quem viaja quer desbancar e dor bem, com esse ar, sujeito é tudo velho não dá .

No momento em que cheguei para fazer checkin fui muito bem recebido pela colaboradora Fernanda, um amor de pessoa, educada, prestativa e muito simpática.
O quarto era muito amplo, o hotel no geral bem amplo, cama super confortável, chuveiro excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, muita variedade e tudo bem novinho e saboroso. Com certeza minha escolha de hospedagem ao voltar para Balneário Camboriú. Super recomendo!!!

Hotel bom e bem localizado

Hotel bem localizado, perto da praia e perto de restaurantes e lojas. Durante a noite, a avenida em frente ao hotel é agitada e na frente tem uma lanchonete que os argentinos gostam de farrear até o início da madrugada. Mas, fora da temporada é bem mais calmo. Tem duas piscinas grandes e ótimas. O café da manhã é razoável. O banheiro é grande. Chuveiro ótimo.
Ar condicionado ainda é daqueles de parede e meio barulhento. Colchão razoável. O atendimento do hotel é ótimo. Recomendo!

Hotel muito barulhento. Se ouve o hospede do apto do lado abrir a torneira do banheiro, e as camareiras iniciam 6h sem se preocupar com barulho.

Cheiro de mofo no quarto e barulho no corredor.

O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, as camareiras logo pela manhã batendo na porta por inúmeras vezes para fazer a limpeza do quarto, pois o hotel não possuí orientador de porta (não perturbe) e fazendo muito barulho no corredor, impossível descansar. Primeira e ultima vez que me hospedo nesse hotel.

O hotel apresenta sinais de envelhecimento e as reformas estão sendo realizadas porém com qualidade a desejar.

Os funcionários sempre foram muito atenciosos, porém alguns deles precisam de mais treinamento.

O Café da manhã precisa melhorar muito!
Apesar do grande movimento no hotel, alguns pães eram servidos velhos, provavelmente fabricados dias antes.

A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo!

localização boa, chuveiro horrível

BOM: Localização boa (mas uns 20min do calçadão), quarto tem bom tamanho, reforma recente, porém, foi uma reforma mediana, tem piscina e alguns quartos com uma pequena vista do mar.
RUIM: o chuveiro foi a maior decepção (sequer conseguimos lavar o cabelo por 3 dias, pq não dava, o chuveiro era circular e a água espirrava fraco e para longe, um pesadelo), muito mofo no chuveiro, porta de vidro não encaixava direito e dava medo de abrir, chuveiro estava verde e mal limpo, achamos bichinhos mortos embaixo da cama (não sei se bedbugs). No natal, a ceia era caríssima e não tinha nada d+ (tivemos que escolher um restaurante), e no café da manhã sempre pessoal perdido, e faltava comida! Nunca tinha visto isso. Era comida mediana (nada de realmente saboroso, mas básico e TUDO sempre faltava, até café chegou a faltar). Estacionamento caro e pago. Atendimento perdido e pouco cordial, uma da recepção chegava a ser debochada até p/ dar informação.
Não voltaria, infelizmente. Vamos umas 30x por ano à BC, mas 1a vez neste hotel, foi um pouco decepcionante por causa do chuveiro e a falta de comida no café da manhã e desorganização do atendimento em geral (café e recepção). Há muitos hotéis melhores ali na região, uma decepção.

Bom custo benefício mas com algumas ressalvas

Hotel com bom custo benefício, bem próximo da praia, acomodações em ordem. Os colchões das camas são bem antigos, um pouco deformados mas no geral não atrapalha muito. Ponto negativo é o café da manhã, frutas com aspecto ruim e frios de qualidade ruim. Pães e bolos ok!

Excelentes instalações com várias possibilidades de atividades para crianças e adultos. O restaurante anexo ao hotel, oferece um excelente serviço com refeições com valor acessível e café da manhã bem variado. A única coisa que pecou foi a cama de casal, que na realidade eram dois colchões de solteiro, ficando uma brecha no meio, com desconforto durante o sono.

Quando chegamos ao quarto, verificamos que as fotos do site não condizem com a realidade. Chuveiro é muito ruim, frigobar barulhento, assim como o ar condicionado, é impossível dormir com ele ligado.
café da manhã é razoável, tem como pontos positivos a disponibilização de leite e queijo zero lactose.
mas faltou bacon para acompanhar os ovos.

a única vantagem é a localização, que é boa.

No geral, por uma diferença mínima no valor é possível ficar em hotéis melhores.
