Perfect for young couples with low expectatives

Excellent price-quality relation. The hotel is going to be desapointing for those who are looking for a fancy room and a seriously good service, but is enough for young couples. The building is old, but clean, and the location is one of the bests in Camboriu. The breakfast buffet is good for people with low standards.

Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários rápidos para repor alimentos e limpar as mesas, e atenciosos com os hóspedes, mesmo alguns falando espanhol. A camareira (que não perguntei o nome) é muito simpática (e bonita), sendo também muito prestativa, dando dicas de lugares bons e baratos para comer. O ponto negativo fica por conta do próprio site hoteis.com que dizia ter “estacionamento disponível”, sendo que o mesmo é cobrado. Ainda bem que a gerente do hotel entendeu que o erro foi do site e não me cobrou pelo estacionamento. Diante de tudo isso, só tenho coisas positivas para falar do hotel. E pra não deixar passar outro elogio, a localização é excelente, a poucos metros a pé da praia central, no primeiro quarteirão

Quarto em condições precárias, com tinta do teto descascando e banheiro fedendo a esgoto. No segundo dia foi trocado o quarto, depois de muita insistência de nossa parte, mas mesmo o quarto novo tinha iluminação ruim com lâmpadas queimadas e somente 1 espelho no banheiro. Sem água quente de madrugada, oq impossibilitou banho depois de saídas à noite. Hotel anuncia estacionamento disponível, mas são só 4 vagas para 70 quartos, tivemos que deixar em estacionamento externo a 3 quadras do hotel.

A nossa estadia foi muito boa...Funcionários simpáticos e muito prestativos. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas as roupas de cama e toalhas sempre cheirosas e bem limpas. Só o chao mesmo que nao limpavam. Fiquei hospedade por 6 dias e havia um copo quebrado com caco de vidro no chao....pois no ultimo dia os cacos ainda estavam la no cantinho. O lugar e excelente.. Quando fechei a diária, dizia estacionamento disponível, chegando lá, a moça que nos atendeu, falou que estacionamento seria aparte, e nos indicou num estacionamento a 10 quadras longe do hotel, depois vimos que tinha estacionamento mais perto do hotel.

Hotel é bom porém alguns ítens devem ser observados. O atendimento de uma maneira geral é ruim, não tratam mal os hóspedes mas não se esforçam em nada para ajudar ou melhorar o atendimento; Estacionamento conveniado longe do hotel e muito difícil a utilização; local do café apertado, mas possível melhorar com agilidade na reposição principalmente do café. Se tiver duas garrafas já ajudaria, termina uma coloca outra. Enfim, coisas fáceis de se resolver que poderiam melhorar bem a experiência na estadia.

Não recomendo ninguém ficar hospedado no 5 andar d

A dormida foi péssima dos 6 dias que passei no hotel não dormir bem nenhuma vez, em cima da cobertura do quarto tem muitos bombos que fazem barulho e não deixam a pessoa dormir e muito barulho de moto e pessoas que passam na rua do hotel gritando. O café é bom para quem passa até 3 dias, uma cez que todos os dias são servidas as mesmas coisas. A única coisa que o hotel apresenta de bom é pprque ele é localizado próximo da praia e do comércio.

A localização é perfeita. Mas o isolamento acústico, tanto do interior da propriedade e principalmente da rua e muito deficiente.
Os travesseiros recebem um revestimento plástico (?) e fazem barulho a cada mexida. Não tem como usar. Deveria ter um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto.

Local agradável com um ótimo atendimento por parte da equipe de funcionários. Limpou e bem higienizado. Localização é um dos pontos mais fortes, sendo perto da praia e de outros lugares de nosso interesse.


Único ponto negativo é a saída de esgoto na frente do hotel, mantendo um cheiro um pouco desagradável. De resto é um ótimo estabelecimento.

Minha estádia foi terrível fui para balneário Camboriú de carro , ao reserva esse hotel estava escrito que tinha estacionamento nenhum momento foi informado que deveria reservar antes fui acreditando que iria deixar meu carro no hotel chegando lá né avisaram que não tinha vaga , tive que deixar meu carro em um estacionamento longe e toda vez que precisava tinha que ir retirar fiquei hospedada por 2 dias e nenhum desses dias foi fornecido a garagem atendentes não fizeram nenhuma questão de nos ajudar , café da manhã sem variedades . Com certeza não voltarei

Ótima escolha em Balneário Camboriú

Ótima escolha em Balneário Camboriú, super bem localizado, perto de muitos pontos de meu interesse que me permitiu deixar o carro estacionado o final de semana todo, atendimento no hotel foi nota 10, equipe simpática e prestativa em todos os momentos.
Ok, o hotel não tem garagem, mas existe um estacionamento gigante a 150 metros de distância, super seguro com diárias no valor de R$ 40,00, desta forma resolveu 100% para mim a questão de onde deixar o carro.
Quarto bom, poderia ser melhor melhor em alguns aspectos mas encontrei tudo que precisava para um final de semana confortável.
Café da manhã nota 8 que considerei muito bom.
Enfim, voltarei e recomendo

O quarto atendeu a expectativa.

Boa localização.

Café da manhã regular.

Estacionamento pago, R$70/dia e não havia vaga disponível, disseram que deveria ter reservado junto com a estadia.

O elevador fedia muito nos 3 dias que ficamos lá, havia um tapete molhado que não foram capaz de trocar para sanar o mau cheiro.

Chuveiro das 18h as 21h não esquenta, TV a cabo com sinal fraco e “chuviscando”.

Pessimo hotel, a começar pela propaganda enganosa, não há estacionamento, fiquem alertas, havendo um convênio com estacionamento pago há cerca de 1 km do local. As instalações são antigas, porta do banheiro não fecha, baratas no saguão, café da manhã razoável, apenas a localização é excelente, mas tão só isso.

Fiz o chek-in e o recepcionista não falou nada sobre pagar a mais por conta do meu filho de 10 anos, que segundo eles eu n especifiquei a idade na hora da reserva. Saímos do hotel pra passear e quando voltamos o acesso estava bloqueado, tivemos que pagar a mais pra desbloquear por conta da criança.
Sem falar que o ovo tem muito creme de leite. Poucas opções de comida no café da manhã, esperava mais. Vaga pra guardar o carro é contada e tem que pagar…

Atendimento e estrutura / facilitação ao cliente

Falta de organização e atenção na recepção.. ficamos mais de 15 minutos para check in e no final ainda foi preciso preencher um cadastro.
Não tinha uma sala simples para uma reunião rápida, e o canto que ficamos onde tinham umas poltronas, não tinha nenhuma tomada. Durante a reunião minha bateria acabou e foi o maior transtorno.
Só arrumam o quarto se pedir.
Pagamento via hoteis.com precisa ser antecipado.
Estacionamento não tem no local, somente conveniado uns 5 minutos dali... se tiver chovendo, boa sorte para ir e voltar.

Boa estadia de 6 dias

Gostamos da nossa estadia, quarto grande e bom para um casal. Atendimento muito bom também, café da manhã agradável, localização boa a única coisa que não gostamos foi do estacionamento, pois tínhamos que ficar buzinando para abrir (e sempre demorava) e ficava uma fila de carros atrás, acho que deveriam entregar a chave para o hóspede. Fora isso como falei foi ótimo.

Atendeu a expectativa

Não usamos muito a estrutura do hotel, pois só ficamos um noite e tínhamos compromissos na rua, mas o quarto era bom, cama boa e chuveiro bom. Não chegamos a tomar o café do hotel.

Al llegar tuve un tema con mi tarjeta y el personal de turno no me iba a hospedar si no pagaba la totalidad, estábamos demasiado cansados con los niños y luego, el pesonal del siguiente turno me habilitó la habitación y me permitió ingresar confiando en que lo iba a resolver al dia siguiente. Por supuesto que fue un tema del banco, y pagué todo.pero la primera persona, no nos iba a dejar ingresar. Luego pasamos muy bien.
