Era um quarto bem razoável, mas aí trocamos devido a uma reforma que iniciaram em cima do nosso andar e fomos pra um quarto melhor, já tinha o ambiente mais agradável com coisas mais novas, tinham tomadas decentes e a cama era otima

Bom custo benefício, recepcionistas muito educados
Hotel muito bem localizado, recepcionistas educados e prestativos, café bom, quarto de tamanho adequado, chuveiro ok, mas cama meio desconfortável. O que realmente me fez baixar um pouco a nota, é que nos dois dias pela manhã tinha uma funcionária (não sei se era gerente, dona ou algo do gênero) falando muito alto o tempo inteiro com outros hóspedes conhecidos dela durante o café da manhã, impossível tomar um café tranquilo.

Móvel tia antiga e ar barulhento.
Em si foi não muito agradável, móveis velhos e as camas super duras. Reservamos 1 quarto com cama de casal, mas a princípio eram duas camas de solteiro com alturas diferentes e o ar condicionado fazia um barulho infernal, o que nos fez pedir a troca de quarto ou reparo do aparelho. O hotel optou por nós colocar num quarto quádruplo, que segundo eles seria um Upgrade, mas o mesmo estava sujo e com barata pelo quarto e até um barata morta havia no banheiro.

Apenas dois pontos a melhorar, o chuveiro demora pra esquentar e a janela não tem acústica, como fica bem no centro da pra ouvir todo o barulho da rua, música, risadas, etc .. Ps: Ficamos no segundo andar! A localização é o ponto alto, pertinho do BK, restaurantes, pertinho da praia e do camelódromo ,da pra fazer tudo a pé. O estacionamento do hotel é pago a parte! E tem a taxa de turismo também cobrada por eles, mas no geral foi ótimo.

Embora a localizar seja ótima, os quartos são antigos, roupa de cama e banho velhos, as cortinas estavam emboloradas, a geladeira não estava limpa. O quarto em que fiquei ficava nos fundos, por isso tinha um barulho alto dia e noite de máquinas. Mas o que mais falhou foi o café, nas fotos mostravam que tinham pelo menos 3 máquinas de café e não tinha.

Foi muito boa. Já me hospedei outras vezes no Hotel Gumz e volto sempre porque é bom. Talvez a única justificativa para não qualificar como EXCELENTE foi o ar condicionado do quarto onde fiquei. Era por demais de barulhento, impossível de ser ligado e permanecer dentro do quarto. Mas, como foi uma hospedagem rápida, de apenas duas diárias, nem sequer reclamei.

Muito barulho. Ajuntamento de uma galera na frente do hotel. Eles andavam de skate, bebiam, gritavam e falavam muito alto. Feito reclamação o recepcionista afirmou que nao tinha o que fazer pois haviam acionado a policia mas depois eles voltavam. So consegui dormir depois das 3 hs da madrugada. Foram 2 noites terríveis que afetaram todo o find.

Reservei um quarto com cama de casal, mas na verdade são duas camas de solteiro unidas (péssimo). Estacionamento pago, mas vc tem que pedir pelo amor de Deus pra abrirem o portão. Acho que é a filosofia do hotel os funcionários não serem nada prestativos. Somente um funcionário nos surpreendeu, não sou boa de guardar nomes, mas ele tem uma tatuagem na orelha,foi a salvação... Mas ele só ficava a noite.
