Inconsistent experience

If you stay in the back of the hotel, the rooms are new and renovated, if you stay in the front building, it's old and ran down. I stayed in the front and it was miserable. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was old, the a air conditioning smelled bad, and the windows were VERY noisy, I could hear everything happening outside. Parking situation is also not ideal, you have to park off-site, but you need to be escorted to the parking building at their own convenience.

Had a very pleasant stay, perfect location on Av Brasil. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The mini fridge in the room was well stocked and replenished daily. Highly recommend it.

Minha experiência não foi mto boa… o hotel é mto antigo, então no quarto tudo é mto velho, desatualizado! Nosso box estava vazando, as roupas de cama n pareciam ter sido trocadas do hóspede anterior, pedi toalhas e recebi uma suja… enfim, não voltarei! Mas os funcionários são mto educados e atenciosos!

Café da manhã básico de hotel, tinham opções de bolos, queijo não tinha mussarela, somente prato e ricota, frutas, cafe, leite etc, porém nos dois dias que ficamos por lá, as opções soram iguais. Quarto confortável, porém a tv, mesmo sendo smart , não era possível acessar a Internet, poucas opções de canais e imagem
ruim. Localização excelente para passeios a pé por Balneário Camboriú.

Hotel está pecando em erros desde o check in

Hotel sempre com problemas com falta de agilidade no chek in , não é a primeira vez que fico, porém continua com a mesma ineficiência. Muito demorado e não tinha muita gente somente dois casais.

Café da manhã, pelo valor da diária , muito fraco , pão, queijo , presunto , frutas , pão de queijo, ovo e bolo simples .


Hoteis com mesmo valores de diária ,estão com se diferenciando nos detalhes , café da manhã é um deles .

Falta melhorar a qualidade dos travesseiros, básico cama está ok dentro da qualidade.

Fico bastante em vários hotéis em BC, e vocês tem uma localização ótima , mas estão pecando nos detalhes fácil pra investir, que podem ter um diferencial.

Horrível,colchão cheirando mofo,tivemos que pedir uns três lençóis pra por em cima,se nossa estadia fosse mais que 4 dias ,estávamos ferrados.Quanto a garagem mesmo tendo manobrista era em outro prédio,um carma,toda vez que precisávamos de algo no carro era uma luta.Funcionario dando palpite na roupa dos clientes e ao invés de perguntar o nome da pessoa se referiu ao meu esposo como Zé,nada contra os Zés,mas a ética passou longe.Resumindo troquem aqueles colchões que a coisa tá crítica.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e privacidade com quarto amplo, mas o que acaba sendo péssimo é que a WI-FI é TERRÍVEL! Teste de velocidade não dava nem 5mg/s, tive que usar meus dados móveis. É impossível um hotel nos dias de hoje ofertar um serviço lixo desses de internet. Ruim também é que a cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, mas isso também influencia no barulho dos bares e lanchonetes do calçadão ao lado, mas é um preço a se pagar pela localização. Funcionários foram muito cortezes.

Inicialmente fomos alocadas num quarto com uma cama horrível: colchão de molas bonel velho, irregular, dava pra sentir a estrutura das molas em alguns pontos. Uma noite foi suficiente para uma crise de dor na coluna.

Além disso o quarto era extremamente barulhento.

Após uma noite solicitamos a troca e fomos prontamente atendidas. O segundo quarto era um pouco melhor.

A localização é excelente.

Tivemos problema na entrada do hotel pois fechamos um pacote 01 quarto para casal e ao chegar no hotel eles disseram que a reserva era apenas para uma pessoa e não para um casal .
Eles cobraram uma taxa de 100,00 a mais por dia e não tivemos o que fazer a não ser pagar .

Hotel bom com quartos grandes e bom café da manhã. Atendentes atenciosos.
Roupa de cama e toalhas num padrão bom, banheiro um pouco antigos. Ar condicionado Split (no quarto que ficamos a máquina do ar condicionado ficava literalmente embaixo da nossa janela, o que fazia bastante barulho), no nosso quarto a cama era nova, mas o colchão bem duro o que para nós incomodou um pouco, mas vimos que não é um padrão, em outros quartos tinham camas mais velhas e colchões mais moles.

Não recomendo, Decepcionante..

Horrível, desde o check in com os manobristas pressionando pra você aderir ao estacionamento que custa 40,00 a diária. Quarto sujo sem nenhum capricho, camas com o box à amostra e rasgados, banheiro imundos cheio de lodo e com descarga fraca e muita dificuldade de regular a água do chuveiro. Ar condicionado que não gelava nada (só não pedi a troca de quarto por já ter desfeito as malas). Café da manhã com produtos frios (ovo, salsicha, salgados). Não recomendo. Deveria ter um \"choque\" de gestão pra ver se melhora pois a localização é ótima. Acredito que se tiverem o mesmo cuidado e capricho que tem no saguão, as experiências seriam melhores.

Infelizmente, o apartamento estava com o chão muito sujo e engordurado. O chuveiro estava com um vazamento que jogava água no teto!

Box do banheiro rangendo muito, aletas do ar condicionado rangendo, no estacionamento (pago a parte) colocaram o carro em vaga não pertencente ao hotel, tomamos chamada de algum outro dono de carro, dono da vaga. Quarto em 2 dias achamos uvas embaixo das camas, sinal de que não foi bem limpo entre uma diária e outra, frutas estas q não foram consumidas por nós desde nossa chegada. E piscina com muito mas muito cloro, embora a temperatura estivesse boa.

Não nos avisaram que o frigobar não estava ligado na tomada. Coloquei as nossas coisas dentro e no outro dia percebi tudo descongelado.
Um dos manobristas ficou me apressando a tirar o carro dizendo que eu seria multado. Eu nem tinha começado a tirar as bagagens e ainda tinha duas bikes para desamarrar. Muito mal educado.
A piscina aquecida estava fria. Peguei este hotel pois constava que a piscina interna era aquecida. Não aproveitamos a mesma. Em nenhum dos dias ela esteve quente. Propaganda enganosa.
O café da manhã é bem fraco, pouca variedade. O café mais fraco de todos os hotéis que já experimentei. Por ser no centro de Balneário Camboriú, imagina-se que tenha um bom café. Mas é decepcionante.

Camas desconfortáveis, cama de casal era a junção de duas de solteiro, formando um \"buraco\" no meio. Ja tínhamos nos hospedado nesse hotel outras vezes e gostado bastante. Mas desta vez, o atendimento na recepção ja não foi tão bom. Deixaram vários hospedes fazerem check in antecipado e nós não. A limpeza do apto foi \"meia boca\". E não havia wifi no nosso quarto. Embora tenhamos relatado o problema à recepção, não fizeram nada a respeito. O café também é bem simples. O custo beneficio é razoável.

Hotel completo, com café da manha sempre bem servido, o quarto que ficamos haviam camas de solteiros juntas, mas nao foi um problema neste caso. Na avenida principal, muito perto da praia, 1 quadra, pertinho das principais lojas e restaurantes. Há um bar ao lado que toca musica a partir das 22h, se for problema o barulho, não é indicado.

Hospedagem em Camboriú

Estacionamento foi pago eu não contava com isso, inseguro para crianças pois já elas baixas e sem tela de proteção, ambiente da piscina desconfortável para mulheres pois é ponto de encontro de homens bebendo causando constrangimento as famílias, café da manhã ótimo, atendimento ótimo.
