Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again.

This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Great food!
Rooms on fourth floor are being renovated, so lots of construction going on right now. Breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible, great selection of food. Staff spoke very little English, but we managed. Check in and check out were fast. The location is very close to the beach, but not very safe at night.

The hotel was busy during my stay. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is very good but I did not find it particularly relaxing with all the people buzzing around looking for a free table. Apart from that this is a no-frills, very functional hotel which is generally clean and well maintained. It's main advantage is its proximity to the beach. All in all, I have no complaints and would stay here again.

This hotel needs maintenance. Things don't work. Some of the rooms smell of mildew. The breakfasts are good and most of the staff are fine. They only speak Portuguese, which can be problematic, but they try.
Our biggest problem with the hotel is that they did not understand that we had paid for our stay using an internet booking agency and charged our credit cards for the rooms again. We thought we had explained be problem to them with the help of Google Translate and they said they would sort it out. They did nothing, however, and when we left they asked for more money because they said they hadn't charged us enough when we checked in. We explained it all over again to the same manager and he again said he would do something but there is no evidence that he is doing anything. Our stay therefore cost us over $700 more than we had expected. We have appealed to the internet booking agency (a well known agency) to try to get back at least some of this money.

weak wi fi, breakfast options minimal, no good place to work. Overall, this is a suitable hotel for the people taking a vacation on a budget and willing to pay no attention to details like the musky smell that is present all over the hotel. Air conditioning on the public areas is bad. Like I said, ok place to spend vacation on a tight budget, not a good place to go for business.

Viajei com minha esposa e três filhos, e a experiência foi ótima. Fui bem atendido e o apartamento família foi muito bom. Café, almoço e janta com muitas variedades e pra finalizar, as piscinas e as atividades com as crianças foram excelentes. Pra finalizar, nossa estadia foi além das expectativas. Recomendo!

O atendimento é bom, mas o hotel está caindo aos pedaços. Elevador quebrado durante toda a estadia. Ficamos presos no elevador 2 vezes. Colchões velhos. Ar condicionado central sem regulagem de temperatura. TV não era SMART. Cofre não funcionava. Para completar, apareceu uma barata em nosso banheiro.

Foi muito bacana, adotamos o regime de pensão completa mas as refeições tinham limitação, se optarmos pelo almoço no check in não teríamos direito ao almoço de checkout, isso não fica claro no momento da reserva. Praiamar nos surpreendeu negativamente, procuramos um hotel com estrutura para crianças, já que viajamos com nossas duas filhas (7 e 2 anos) e encontramos um hotel que precisa de cuidados, muito cuidados.
A estrutura tinha tudo para ser ótima, piscina para criança com toboágua, playground coberto, só que o hotel está precisando de muitos cuidados. Nosso primeiro quarto no primeiro andar cheirava muito a mofo, banheiro sem janela e com o exaustor quebrado, pedimos para trocar e a gerente conseguiu um outro quarto pra gente no quarto andar, que foi muito melhor, principalmente por nossa filha ser alérgica. O estado do quarto era melhor, mais arejado, mais novo, só que o ar condicionado central pingava água no nosso quarto.
Pedimos mais piso de banheiro por isso e a resposta para tudo era que estavam lotados e não tinha. Não tinha mais coberta, mais toalha. E isso seria o mínimo para cada quarto. Em geral os funcionários fazem tudo o que podem e sempre com gentileza e atenciosos. A impressão que ficou foi que faltou mais recursos para o hotel funcionar melhor, poucas pessoas nos restaurantes, falta de cuidados básicos na estrutura do hotel, muita coisa mofada e quebrada. Boa localização na praia da Ponta Negra. Vista incrível do Morro do Careca e da praia a partir do terraço do hotel. Parque para crianças muito bem estruturado. Próximo do hotel tem um espaço com vários foodtrucks, excelente para um lanche rápido.
Falta melhorar o café da manhã, que achei razoavelmente fraco. Pedimos um prato de filé do restaurante, no serviço de quarto, e recebemos uma carne dura e com nervos, definitivamente não era filé. Reclamamos e conseguimos cancelar sem cobrança do valor.

A estadia foi razoável. A princípio fui colocoacda em um quarto que não correspondia com as instalações das redes sociais; reclamei e fui colocada em outro quarto que tinha até uma estrutura boa, porém o frigobar não gelava, e o ar condicionado tinha um barulho terrível.

O Hotel a primeira acomodação que fiquei não bate sol, um cheio horrível no quarto e além disso as paredes sujas, o chuveiro só fica morno não esquenta de jeito nenhum. Na quarta fiz um up grade para um quarto melhor pagando a diferença, neste quarto tudo normal e funcionando normalmente.

Horrível, Hotel com sérios problemas de ar condicionado, tivemos que trocar de quarto, mas o sistema de resfriamento é por central, cheira ruim e não refrigera… mesmo acionando o hotel, quando respondido, não atendia a necessidade.

A localização e as opções de lazer para crianças são o forte desse hotel. A estadia, entretanto, não foi das melhores. Quarto cheirando a mofo, travesseiros cheirando mal (que foram prontamente trocados assim que reclamei). Esperava mais do hotel, até pelo preço. O café da manhã estava “ok”, porém senti falta de alguns itens básicos,l como requeijão, por exemplo. Caso pretenda fazer passeios em Natal e esteja de carro, melhor procurar um lugar de melhor qualidade pra estadia, com quartos mais confortáveis. No mais, avalio como nota 7 no geral.

A parte de alimentação e entretenimenro para as crianças é bem legal, mas no quesito limpeza e conforto deixou a desejar, o colchão estava com buraco, janela so banheiro não abria, não tinha como secar as roupas de piscina e o pior pegamos escabiose que é um tipo de sarna humana das roupas de cama e banho que não foram higienizadas corretamente.

Bom custo beneficio para quem viaja com crianças, com otimas opções de lazer. Recepção sobrecarregada em horários de pico (check in e check out), as vezes com demora para atendimento. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, todos foram ótimos. Acomodações simples, com algumas falhas (ar condicionado barulhento e dificil regulagem de temperatura, box do banheiro que não fecha, pia com buracos que molham o banheiro) mas que atendem bem quem não busca resort de alto padrão. Beach club com boa estrutura, mas faltam lugares quando hotel está cheio. Refeições OK (poucas coisas ruins ou ótimas), todo jantar com opção de frango, peixe, carne e camarão.

A própria estrutura do hotel é uma completa bagunça, parece que ele foi sendo construído aos poucos e não adaptaram bem a parte antiga a nova. No geral a média de 7,4 (o que é baixa) é merecida, porém é um hotel muito bem localizado e com potencial, uma reformulação, algumas reformas, contratar mais gente e capacitar esse pessoal pode resolver os problemas.
