This place was awful as far as any amenities for a hotel bar to enjoy. It was closed half the time the location was weird and the lighting was awful.

The hotel is a very good deal for the price. It is clean, has an excellent breakfast and the restaurant also has good food. It is in the center of Balneário Camboriú.

The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Check in: totally uninterested staff - I arrived earlier than the check in and make a specific request for the room. Left and came back later to find that my simple request was totally ignored. When back to the reception and was served by yet another very uninterested staff. The request (to join 2 single beds making a double bed) was resolved within 10 mins

Enquanto as instalações tiveram uma melhoria significativa (quartos e ambiente externo modernizados) os serviços hospedagem tiveram um forte retrocesso. O café da manhã está muito ruim, com comidas velhas, sem variedades, igual que no restaurante cuja característica era a qualidade dos ingredientes e comidas. O bar não funcionou nem sábado nem domingo e ninguém soube explicar porquê (se e trrciarzado ou não não diminuí a responsabilidade do hotel porque não publicidade menciona a existência do bar, assim como academia e restaurante). Como usuário pouco importa se é terceirizado ou não. Pena, era nosso hotel favorito.

Primeiramente queria um quarto com uma decoração romântica, só consegui pelo número do hotel que me enrolaram até o último dia para mandar, e não teria como parcelar, somente avista o valor. Pelo whats disseram que poderíamos chegar antes do horário para fazer check in. Cheguei 12hr no hotel. Um atendimento super grosseiro, sem explicações, odiei o atendimento, falaram que quando o quarto fosse liberado iriam avisar por mensagem, o que não aconteceu, o check in no app era 14hrs e no hotel 14:30, voltei para o hotel 14:45 e liberaram o quarto, fiquei menos de 24hrs no hotel. Não consegui curti muito o hotel em si.

- Os elevadores demoram demais e não comportam o número de hóspedes, então para sair, é necessário sair com tempo.
- O estacionamento conveniado ao hotel é extremamente complicado com vagas super estreitas. Algumas vezes foi necessário deixar a chave do carro, pois não havia vagas, e às vezes a demora pro carro chegar era gigantesca. É válido destacar que a diária do estacionamento custava R$ 50,00.
- O ar condicionado no meu quarto não funcionou em boa parte do tempo.

O espaço da recepção é lindo, causa uma ótima impressão. Porém os funcionários são carrancudos, não dão um sorriso. Me deram um quarto péssimo. A porta do banheiro abria na metade da pia, daí para usar tinha que ser de lado. Sem toalheiros para pendurar as toalhas(isso em todos os quartos, minha filha estava em outro). Poucas tomadas no quarto, tinha que desligar o abajur pra carregar o celular. Troquei de quarto depois que o Hotéis.com negociou com o hotel. Um quarto maior mas também com problemas. Sem toalheiro…. A água do box vassava até na porta do banheiro. Tive que por toalha para segurar. O café da manhã é terceirizado. Quantidade sem qualidade. Suco de laranja parecia estar estragado, gosto de pano sujo.

O cardápio do café da manhã era variado. Mas faltavam opções de suco e o omelete era cobrado à parte. O quarto era amplo e bem limpo. O único problema era o banheiro, cujo box caçava agora durante o banho. O hotel de maneira geral é muito bom, mas os elevadores são terríveis: nem todos estavam funcionando então demoravam muito! O room Service também com boas opções, mas a pizza era muito ruim (usaram queijo fatiado), e em uma das noites demorou muito e nem avisaram.

O restaurante infelizmente de excelente passou para ruim, pratos reciclados de um dia para outro, os atendentes ubicam vc conforme suas necessidades e urgência.
